Was about to walk away while the staff prepares the drinks, but immediately after the payment, the staff-on-duty Janet, offered small cups of the upcoming drink flavour to us waiting in line. Observed that the drink preparation process was done with precision. Overall, a pleasant experience during the wait, altogether with the street buskers playing Christmas music!

Regularly patronize this stall but today I was appalled when the staff told me I’d have to wait 30 plus minutes even before I opened my mouth to place an order. Fyi I only wanted to order ONE drink at an off-peak timing at about 330pm. There was literally only one person waiting in line. Seems like your staff was prioritizing delivery orders over in-person orders. Could consider hiring more part-timers to cater to both take outs and deliveries..

Friendly and welcoming staff makes the whole experience such a marvellous one. They have sample teas from time to time and that was how I discovered a new favourite. Thank you.

It’s conveniently located right at the entrance of Pasir Ris MRT station. Some times I get bubble tea cravings when walking my pupper. As the store is outdoor and has an open counter concept, I can easily satisfy my cravings with my pupper next to me 🥹

I have no idea why this store sometimes has just one staff although the store is in quite busy location. Interestingly, on those days with single staff the bubble most of the time run out by 7:30pm and stop receiving order from 8:20.
