Best spicy curry chicken buns found in this neighborhood mall bakery (bake inc) @ Loyang Point. Quality fillings, so soft, tasty and value for money.

I come here mainly is for washing of laundry. The laundromat here is Uncle Dhoby. Runs by a male boss. This place is spacious and clean. I notice the boss often comes in the morning to maintain the cleanliness of the machines. He also very helpful with the guidance of use of machine to some new users. I normally room around at this point while the washing is in progress. You can spend time having breakfast at McDonald,Burger King , 7-11, marking at 24 hours Giant Supermarket. Yiu can have Subway for breakfast or brunch . Here you can find two food courts with the usual menu that you can think of . Parking is very convenient as it’s have a 4 level of multistory parking space.

A two storey mall in pasir ris st 2, with sheng siong one side n giant supermarket on the other side, two food courts too n MacDonald subway etc... Compact with lot of variable choice. Pet shop/ vegetarian shop/ enrichment center/ hair salons etc... Not so "clean n modern" but serve all the purpose...

This small neighbourhood mall has two supermarkets, bakery, maid agency, doctors, dental clinics, pet store, food courts, fast food and many more. Ample parking place. Even though it is only two levels, there's many lifts and escalators. There's bus-stops at the side and in front of this mall.

A small Heartlanders place. Apart from a Sheng Siong supermarket and a Giant supermarket, I don't know why must visit this place. Food wise, it's just normal food served in a big food court. Good for large groups.

The mall is very easy to access with lots of shops that sells essential items and food. 2 big supermarkets that sells fresh produce, a pet supplies shop, IT repair and lots more. Super convenient for the neighborhood. Love it

I guess this is as mediocre a mall can get? It's a low footfall area that serves mostly residents in the area and maybe people who work in the Loyang industrial area. Most popular shop here is McDonald's. Years ago they had really good options at the Foodcourt, but it seems like everything there is rather blah now.

Lot of eateries in the Loyang Point,but only one reason I travel from Woodlands to Loyang point My favorite western food E&D Restaurants & really loves the food there each & every time I visit try different Manu but never upset me at all food are fantastic & the price was cheaper compare to other,for sure need to give credit to smiling staff,keep up good job 👍👍👍
