Corporate needs to stage an emergency intervention before somebody is killed… Where on earth is the health department and basic training in fundamental service, organization, and cleanliness?? Was it their point to enter the Paso market to give the residents there a more convenient warning to never go to a Burger King again?? I will say that although without a dinner, (I got a refund, another story) that the show was great...quite fascinating in fact....!

Food is good but the people here have their earbuds in while taking orders and never get the order correct this has happened multiple times to me and has never been fixed once.

I ordered a bacon king , and paid for a bacon king . Instead I got a impossible burger. Drove to my home to eat it 16 miles away to eat discovered the mess up . How can you mess that one up . When do you notice that you put NO BACON on what is supposed to be a bacon king. Not the first time that I ordered something with Bacon and get something with no Bacon !!!

My first time here I never eat at Burger King, but I was in a crunch for time and was in walmart's so I thought I'd try. One girl very nice the other soooo rude. I'm very polite too. First I stood at the counter for along time before anyone acknowledged me. When I finally asked where do I order cuz no one was helping me some the lady just pointed. When I got my food she threw my tray down. So rude.

Food wasnt good. Everything was old. We had to send a burger back because it looked like it had little suction cups all over it like tenticals. The onion rings were soft and the onion was mushy. They did upgrade my burger but they did it so that it wouldnt take so long to wait for a fresh one and I was leary about eating it..... But the people watching at Wal-Mart delivered like always.

Ok I am messaging from my bathroom. That is how bad the food is. I should not have ate it when they were mad that we were there a half hour before they close. On line it says they close at 11 but they said they close at 9. Me and a friend of mine ordered the stacker hamburger one kids cheeseburger and 2 10 price nuggets. My kid had cheese burger his kid had nuggets. Him and I had the attackers. The meat was charcoal and it was clearly old. The lady in back throw a fit that we ordered the food and threw a bag. I mean if they closed at 9 we were there way before. They turned customers away at 10 till and told a guy that had already eaten that all there machines were down like for shakes or cones. All down at the same time. The lady that took my order did not understand me in English and she was the manager. It took a good ten minutes to order and she kept getting upset that she couldnt understand the menu in english. Not my fault you cant do your job and that we wanted to eat dinner well before your closing time. I think she got the meat out of the trash because food came really quick and it was about the worst thing I have ever eaten. Maybe go find another job if you dont want to do the one you already got. I believe this is going to be a long night I am feeling really bad and seems to be getting worse. If they poisoned me I will not stop till they get shut down. I have never had food poisoning and if this is the onset of it these guys dont know who they messed with.

I ordered a spicy chicken burger without mayonnaise. They gave me a spicy chicken burger with mayonnaise. I brought it back to them and they gave me what I thought was a new burger but it appeared to be the same one with mayonnaise still on it.👎👎

Second place I went to just to get a coffee beverage but apparently last nights Halloween party was too important to take my order. Just left

Horrible customer service to paying customers. Won’t choose a BK inside of a Walmart ever again.

Stopped in this town to get burgers. Only reason we stopped. My girlfriend has a citrus allerg, so we can't eat at most fast food. Waited 10 minutes for the manager to ask a question, and got bored, so we checked out the store. Came back a couple minutes later, and they closed. What bothers me is that none of the employees knew the menu. Three employees and only the manager could answer a question about a two for $5 promotion?

Service and atmosphere so obnoxious ladies behind counter laughing and gossiping so loud it echoes across the store! I had to leave it was so unbelievably rude!

nothing here at this location, I want to go to Burger King, … where is Burger King? 😕
