    Ordered, waited, waited, waited. Then asked where my order was and the barista shared she didn't know as the ticket didn't print. This happen to another customer as well. No manager to say sorry, just some young kids with sad faces. It's hard to be mad with kids, but this should not happen. Not sure who was in charge but they didn't care that we hadn't gotten our drinks.

    The dirtiest Starbucks I have ever seen. Started with the glass doors being grubby and dirty, walking to an overflowing trash. Dirty bench seating that looked like someone wore their wet shoes on it. Pieces of paper napkins, straw wrappers on the floor. It was completely unswept. For as early as it was, it was more than clear that the night shift did nothing before leaving. The sinks for washing your hands had grubby tiles and pieces of toilet paper or paper towels on the ground. My guess was the cashier was new. He was an absolute delight and competent in his customer service. The general manager may want to pay a visit and see how that store can be supported.

    I've been to this location numerous times. But today, I felt like they were barely holding on by a thread. They were doing the best they could, but it was nonstop, in the drive-through and walk-ins. Our drinks came out great! Although there was a little mixup with our order. They baristas were as kind as they could be since they were trying to remain focused. One barista had to go out for supplies, which left them short one team member. But respect them having to leave since it seemed they were running out of multiple items. I appreciate their hard work. ❤️

    Clean bathrooms that are gender neutral. The place is a little chaotic with the amount of people coming through. The service is about on par for the busy location. I took a picture of the sign out front that they serve military, but they don't offer a discount. Sounds like pandering to me. The green tea I ordered was fine.

    Love the drive through as the roses in the garden give a pleasing approach. This time I ordered through the app and it asked me to go inside. Hoping for quick approach I was greeted by barista, Ella. She just finished and handed me my latte. Noticing the rest of my order was delayed by the cashier she hustled to fulfill my order. The drink was delicious and customized just as I'd ordered. Her service and attentiveness was truly note worthy.

    This ho round was alot smoother, the wait just a few minutes, and guy at window attentive and smiling. My beverage cold and mocha rich and breakfast sandwich hot and flavorful.

    Went to this location and my fraps were watery no flavor. Went back inside and asked if they can remake it. I had to wait 15 mins before i got my drink. People that orderd after me were getting there's before me. I had to go ask how much longer for my drink and finally got it and it taste the same as the first drink. I was upset and threw them away. Never going back to this spot.

    In and out in no time. Even used the restroom. Sinks are on the outside door of the restrooms. Very busy, but very fast and efficient.

    Went at around 8:30pm was told that the store was closed they had just closed 15 minutes prior to my arrival. Online hours state 10pm drive thru 9pm. Not okay, I was traveling back home and was super bummed out that they were closed so early.

    The bathrooms looked like they hadn't been cleaned in awhile and my drink order was done poorly. I ordered an iced green tea peach lemonade with 2 scoops of matcha added. He simply put the matcha powder at the bottom rather than shaking it so it's all just clumped at the bottom (stuck past the point that swirling will help). He also started trying to take my order while his back was turned to me and seemed annoyed when I didn't respond. But how was I supposed to know he was talking to me? Never had this kind of issue at a Starbucks before.

    I saw that this starbucks was the only one left open in the area until 9:30. I came at 8:20 and just before i could go in, the employee locked the door. I find it really unprofessional that every time i go in an hour or so before closing hours, they are ALREADY closed. either update hours or discipline staff because they are always closing early

    Drive through. Intensely touristy area of town. You're much better off going downtown to Vic's diner, whose diner coffee is better.

    My drink was well made. The line for service wasn't well defined and we were waved to the counter only to find out she didn't take orders and we had to go to the back of the line and wait again. Bummer, but it only took a few extra minutes out of the day. Would have been nice if she would have just gone ahead and taken the order if she was going to call us up.

    The ladies there were so sweet! It was just about 5 a.m. and I could barely spit out my order, lol, but they not only called me by name but also wrote me a note on my breakfast sandwich bag!

    Staff is friendly but inefficient. Sometimes they make my drink right, sometimes they don't. There is one barista here who is absolutely stellar and makes my drink right every time--wish I knew her name so I could shout her out. Brown hair, wears glasses, always has a smile and always makes my bev right. Management needs to emphasize beverage quality, consistency and customization with all of their staff. Also pretty sure when I asked them to please remake my drink the barista used decaf shots to make the second drink. So not cool. I used to be a barista myself so I can definitely notice the difference. Hope Karma does her job better than your baristas.

    Drip coffee maker broken, pour over lukewarm. No soap in the bathroom - I just saw a worker return to work, apparently washed hands with no soap. 7 staff members working and service still extremely slow!!

    Same as always with Starbucks, don't have what I want ran out. Slow service forgot my wife's order and foot mine wrong. Said they were too busy.

    For the most part this location is ok.. but my only complaint is when people order their drinks online and when they arrive their order isn’t ready because of staffing issues, maybe shut down the app or close the drive through so those that order online don’t have to wait!! I was a server for about 5 years and believe me I know short staffed issues!! People order online so they DO NOT have to wait! It’s frustrating that is it!! Also maybe not mandate a vaccine especially when the federal court has stopped the Biden mandates!! Maybe more people will apply!! Just a thought!

    I ordered a mango dragon fruit lemonade with light ice. What I got was a lemonade with some dragon fruit and too much room at the top. The barista did not call out my drink and I had to ask him to come back and make it right. They do not care if they mess up your drink here. They will hand you something subpar. Don't go here

    Generally good experiences here. Several times though my drink was literally missing top 3/4 of cup, and not from Froth melting, it was just short. That was in 2 drinks, 2x in a row. Other than that no issues.
