    Wonderful service from the young man working in electronics. I wish I had gotten his name. He was very knowledgeable and so helpful. We were getting a screen saver for an IPhone. We are senior citizens and not familiar with these things. He put the new one on and cleaned up the phone. Very pleasant young man. We got exceptional service that you don’t usually expect or get at Walmart.

    Alison is AMAZING!!!! She deserves a raise and a lot of credit as she’s a fantastic employee!!! She held a very special toy for my autistic son all day as we walked out and returned a few hours later to “earn.” Her generosity to our family does not go unnoticed. Toy was right where she left it, hours later, and she personally helped us out while expressing pride and joy for my son earning it. Also I misplaced my keys and she found them! Is there anything Alison can’t do!? Seriously if she’s not in management, she needs to be. Give her a hug and kiddos!!!

    I recently visited the Walmart Paso Robles off Niblick Road, and I was disappointed by the overall quality of the store. It is an older Walmart, and it shows. The store is dirty and in need of some repairs. The refrigerated food section is small, and the selection is limited. One of the biggest complaints I have about this Walmart is that there are always only one or two lanes open. This can lead to long wait times, especially during peak hours. Walmart is pushing self-checkout, but it is slow and inconvenient, and you cannot purchase alcohol at the self-checkout kiosks. Overall, I would not recommend the Walmart Paso Robles off Niblec Road. There are other Walmarts in the area that are in better condition and have a better selection of products.

    Tried to get 3 money orders and the cashier stated they could not do three separate charges. My card has a limit. Will not be coming back here for shopping or anything else. The cashier was also very rude.

    One of the most well stocked walmarts that I've been to in a long time. I would've liked to see more associates on the floor asking customers if they needed assistance but it was pretty good for the most part.

    This particular Walmart is humongous ! They have such a huge variety of merchandise..Nice and clean.. Id give it a 5 star however , I had a run in with an employee who even after she seen me ring my items (with my kids) I misplaced my receipt and she made it seem like I was stealing as well told other as other employees( whispered to them while looking at me) they joined in. I was embarrassed ( found my receipt ,showed it to all of them) no apology. But, this has no bearing on how nice of a store this is to shop in 😁

    For a Wal-Mart, I was impressed. I had an oil change performed there and was able to grab a few things in the 20 minutes it took to service my car. Clean, well stocked store.

    They had what I needed, but it’s not a full on Supercenter. It was difficult to get my items considering the other customers seemed to be having navigation issues….

    I don't like to shop, especially in a crowded store. I needed distilled water. There were 3 left, and all of them were out of my reach, so I found a young woman stocking. I don't remember her name. It started with an S. It may be Stacey or Sherry. Anyway, the water was beyond her reach as well. She got a step-ladder. The water was still out of reach. She, then, proceeded to find a stick with a hook on it. Water was still out of reach. She rattled the rack until all 3 waters were in reach, and ✋️ the water down to me. It took 15 minutes for the entire transaction. I was beyond grateful. I feel she went above and beyond the line of normal transactions. I felt valued as a customer. I wish I could remember her name. She is approximately 5'5" and 150 pounds. She has dark hair and dark eyes. She was pleasant and friendly throughout our entire interaction. And, she didn't show what a huge inconvenience it was.

    I just placed an order online for pickup for Olly Gummy Vitamins and when I received them the entire contents of the container was melted. Extremely disappointed. Worst Walmart ever! Also the person at the customer service counter left as soon as I went to the counter to start my return. After finally finding someone to explain what happened Walmart offered to replace the item by putting my refund on a gift card and having me pick out the replacement. Unfortunately however the brand that I ordered and picked up was not on the shelves at all.

    Went to find plastic cups for Halloween party, they were out but they did have a ton of candy and sugar free candy (Russell Stover and Hershey's/Reese's zero sugar) for those who wanna keep the carbs/blood sugar down. Plenty of self checkout lanes to get out quick. Tons of holiday fun stuff too

    Had an oil change, cap was not put back on, I found out putting window cleaner in the reservoir. Good thing I didn't have to go very far. Didn't know they didn't double check.

    I got off of work and went out to this Walmart to look for some toys for Christmas. When I got there I didn’t see the toy I wanted on display. I seen one on a pallet so I asked an employee. He refused to give me the toy that I politely asked, for he proceeded to take the pallet somewhere else. He asked me to come back in the morning. This is the Worst customer experience ever. I went on to ask for the manager and The same guy that took the pallet came to me and said he was Cambryn or Camrin the assistant manager.😡

    It really is only "ok" anymore, I wish it was a super store, with more employees they are sometimes very hard to find??? Also constantly moving Merchandise all around so when a customer goes in for a quick pick up (a specific item) (can't find it)??? On a great note though their prices are still not so bad as many others in the category

    Lou is the vision center is amazing! He has helped me many times over the last years with my vision needs and has been so thorough, kind, and professional!! I am so so impressed with him! He truly is so awesome and always makes my experience so quick and easy!! He’s the very best! And his communication skills are wonderful!!

    Overall I'm satisfied with my local Walmart. Find the folks to be knowledgeable and courteous enough to say they don't know if they don't know something and are willing to find someone who does know. The prices are so so basic commodities prices make it worth the trip the shop with them versus elsewhere.

    The pharmacy was great service. The store itself is marginal with a frustrating shopping experience. Very limited produce and no fresh meat. Very limited grocery supplies. They didn't carry items that most other walmart's regularly carry. I won't be going back except for the pharmacy.

    I'm sorry I would never get my oil changed where they don't check and do all the fluids I don't care what rules they invented what a waste of my time if I'm going to spend $40 on a oil change I might as well do it where they're actually touching every single fluid and fueling it all

    Declining morale here. Tough place to work evidently. All the wal mart items your used to still here. Pharmacy staff always helpful with any questions or med location. Few good people left!

    Eco ATM was not working and could be better place to shop if they had more inventory seems like they don't have a lot of things other Wal Marts have, other than that it's kept clean and is organized I can go straight to where I can find what I need everytime and be out quickly.

    The store was clean not to busy they had just the items I needrd. I managed to find the sizes I needed for my son and still on sale prices was able to get some food for dinner and the boys got thier gaming things and snaks. It was quick the lines went to long and the cashier was very friendly helpful and patient. It was a great shopping experience we will return thank you

    Pickup is a fantastic service. I have had the same pickup employee several times. She is very attentive and goes out of her way to accommodate. I use the service at least two or three times a month.

    Waiting for assistance in electronics. There is only 1 person maintaining electronics while a line of guests form. The Walmart associate failed to ask their team for additional assistance while they helped other guests. All I needed was someone to unlock the ink for me so I could grab what I needed and go. Now the associate is busy on the phone answering calls and juggling helping a woman buy a phone—instead of asking for help so they could assist more than one guest at a time and not have guests loose their priority in line.
