    Starbucks Is an awesome place for their drinks however I forgot her name but she dresses like a dude so I don’t know how she identified as but I payed for a large drink throughout the whole process she was rude from the start to finished and for her to give me attitude which was a horrible experience and she gave me a small drink with a smirk I payed for a LARGE NOT A SMALL. Work your on your customer service.

    Well staffed, good customer service, plenty of seating inside and out. Drive-Thru available for those of us on the go. WiFi speed: Fast, 17.2 mbps download but not blazing. Great place to work from at the 5am hour before it gets busy

    so disappointed, I walked into the lobby and I was IMMEDIATLY struck over the head with a metal bat!!!! I feared for my life.

    I was charged $7 for a cup of whipped cream I did not order… I have an extremely painful medical condition that gets triggered by caffeine, so I ordered a caramel ribbon crunch frapp (Decaf). I received my drink and realized it was not decaf, so I went up to the sweet worker and asked if it was decaf. She said it didn’t look like it and they’d have it remade, & even apologized to me. It took a lot to go back up and ask for the drink I ordered, but I knew I had to. A different girl was the one to remake and give me my drink. It was straight up whipped cream only in a cup with ribbon crunch topping at the top. She had attitude as she put my drink down on the counter and said my drink was remade… I did not ask for my correct order again because I was really upset and did not want another messed up drink. Now my $7 whipped cream sits on my night stand untouched.

    Great coffee. The feta wrap was not good. But that's a Starbucks offering. Disappointed on it not having flavor and the ingredients not being uniformly stuff across the wrap.

    Friendly, very busy though. Order was correct and drive thru line is always long. Walk in at this store is just as busy. Might want to spread your visits to 24th or golden hill, even creston. Just as friendly and not as congested. Creston doesn't seem as busy by a notch.

    I go here frequently, and recently they messed up my orders, and this time I didn't even get any bacon on my sandwich. I'm not sure whats going on but I'm disappointed. I used to never have any issues.

    We placed an order, tipped well and they gave us a bacon gouda sandwich without and bacon or gouda. Wish the staff would be a bit more careful when distributing food items. Nothing is cheap nowadays....

    MUST READ FIRST This is the worse brista/Starbucks store and team i have ever ever had... I've literally been every single Starbucks locations to the top in Creston California and all the way to the bottom to San Diego. So this is literally the worst of them all. This one here. It's located in the county of San Luis Obispo and the in the city of Paso Robles off of Theater Dr... This is the worst location here off of California's Centrals Coast.!!

    The manager Sarah and all of her staff or so very friendly and kind. They always greet me with a smile and the drinks are perfect! Best Starbucks in SLO county!! Hand down!! Thank you all so much for your hard work 💜 ❤️

    Worst starbucks I've ever been to. Lazy, deliberately careless and undermining that particular starbucks will never go to that one ever again. If business is lousy there it's because of employees dgas plus It's rocket not rocket science.

    Not what I expected from Starbucks standards. Inside was messy with items stacked on counter and trash can over flowing with trash. I ordered a regular coffee. It was lukewarm and old tasting. It’s a coffee shop so my expectation was at least hot coffee.

    Drive-thru is always fast and the service from the employees is always great! All the employees are friendly, say hi to my kids when they're in the car, and are more than happy to re-make your drink if it's not perfect.

    Pickup order was placed 10 minutes out. When we arrived it took another 15 mins although it wasn’t busy. Finally they got 3/4 of the order out. We kept waiting and finally asked about the last item to which they immediately said, “oh, we’re out.” We’re they going to tell us? No. We opted for another item, which had to be cooked for several minutes. 30 total mins for a pickup order. No refund was offered for the price difference in the missing item. Good grief.

    Went through drive through, ordered a couple of drinks, including one to take home to my wife, a caramel macchiato. Get it home, she informs me that it has no caramel in it and tastes like some weird vanilla flavoring. No big deal, mistakes happen. I drive five miles back to get it corrected. Other Starbucks have offered me a free drink or something for my trouble when similar things happen. But no, not this one! I asked the clerk if I could have a free cup of coffee since I had to drive ten miles roundtrip to fix THEIR mistake...no, "You only get what you pay for". Never mind that it probably cost $3-4 in gas to drive back there. She wasn't budging. Horrible customer service and I won't be going back there. P.S. I know this is small in the grand scheme of things but sheesh, people, use a little common sense. I guess businesses are scraping the bottom of the barrel for employees. At least the lady that handed me the completed drink was nice and said she hoped my wife liked it.
