Had
you
asked
me
up
until
this
morning,
I
would
have
said
I
was
pleased
with
EP.
I
won't
say
that
now.
I
bought
a
Lebara
SIM
card
for
my
iPhone
before
I
left
for
the
US
in
January
and
put
30
Euros
on
it.
Before
I
bought
it,
I
had
specifically
asked
for
a
SIM
card
that
would
be
reasonable
to
use
in
Germany
and
the
US.
I
tried
using
the
phone
once
at
the
airport
in
Munich
and
once
or
twice
in
the
US
and
could
never
make
it
work.
I
turned
the
cell
function
off
and
left
it
off.
I
took
the
phone
in
today
and
was
told
the
card
had
no
credit
on
it--I
needed
to
add
money.
I
showed
my
receipt
to
prove
that
I
had
money
on
it--but
was
told
the
phone
ate
up
all
my
credit.
There
was
nothing
that
could
be
done,
end
of
story.
I
had
lost
my
30
Euros--to
say
nothing
of
having
the
inconvenience
of
not
having
a
phone
while
I
was
in
the
US.
I
have
no
idea
what
I
did
wrong
and
how
to
prevent
such
a
thing
from
happening
again.
At
the
very
least,
the
salesman
could
have
explained
that.
After
the
salesman
was
obviously
not
going
to
try
to
help
further,
I
asked
the
boss
for
help--he
had
no
time
for
me
at
all
and
told
me
to
ask
the
man
I
had
already
spoken
with
for
the
hotline
number
of
the
SIM
card
service
provider.
By
that
time,
the
man
had
another
customer
and
I
had
to
wait
another
10
or
15
minutes
just
to
get
a
phone
number.
I
am
so
disappointed
in
the
lack
of
help
and
service
I
received
from
this
shop.
I
have
spent
so
much
money
there
over
the
last
20
years--I've
bought
phones,
numerous
small
appliances,
a
microwave,
iPhone,
printer,
internet
radio,
an
expensive
washing
machine,
and
an
even
more
expensive
induction
stove
and
oven.
I
knew
I
was
paying
a
bit
more
there,
but
I
did
so
with
the
hope
that
should
I
have
a
problem
with
the
product,
they
might
try
to
help
me.
Obviously,
my
confidence
in
EP's
service
is
completely
dashed.
For
the
most
part,
I
have
been
satisfied
with
the
quality
of
the
products,
but
if
you
are
buying
something
with
the
hope
of
getting
even
a
modicum
of
service,
I
wouldn't
put
a
lot
of
faith
in
EP's
ability
to
follow
through.
They
are
very
happy
to
take
your
money,
but
that
is
the
extent
of
service
you
can
expect.
