My partner and I visited here for our second time this weekend for Valentine’s Day. When we got here we were told we didn’t need to register the car, even though there is an obvious car parking system where you register your number plate, when we left the next day we were told we needed to pay for the car park as it’s only free on weekends. The lady who I spoke to to question this was rude and didn’t seem to know anything about car parking and had to go and speak to the manager about this issue, no apology given for the confusion. In our booking deal we had a £40 voucher included for food so we asked how we redeemed this and were told when paying for the food to put it on the room and it would be credited to our account. Therefore we put our food on our room tab, the next morning we found we had been charged £90 for our evening meal which we knew was wrong as we definitely didn’t spend that much on two main meals, two desserts and two drinks each. When we looked at the invoice we had been given it was very confusing, even for myself who works in finance, we had been charged the extra £40 rather than credited it and we had no clear lines to distinguish what each charge was for. We queried this with the receptionist who laughed at the fact we had been charged an extra £40 rather than it having been taken off. They removed it, no apology given, and we were then given a new invoice of which the numbers didn’t match the old one and the balance showed they owed us money even though we knew that was incorrect. We are still awaiting our refund of the £40 and we’re still left with a £50 bill which is not correct when the food we had totalled £36 and our drinks were £7 each so I’m not sure how they charged us an extra £54. What should have been a relaxing break for us was in fact a stressful couple of days in what seemed to be an unorganised hotel. To top it off the rooms didn’t have all of the amenities we were told would be in the room and the cleaning…well there was no cleaning. We arrived at 12pm and my partner used the toilets and found there was no toilet roll in any cubicle except one and when he went back the next day at 11am there was still no toilet roll and the hand soap hadn’t been refilled either so there was no hand soap in there. We definitely won’t be returning to the hotel and we hope no one else experiences what we did this weekend. I hope we will receive our refund soon!

The only positives I have to say about my stay last night are it was warm and dry, there’s many words I would like to use in this review however I don’t think Google would allow them. I am greatly disappointed as I have been staying in the Shaw Ridge Village Hotel in Swindon 5 to 6 weeks a year for business since 2018 and have always been very impressed and always felt at home when away there. I was attending an awards ceremony last night and traveled 3 hours to the Village in Bristol with the same expectation of service, I have been singing the Village hotels praises to my partner for years and last night came the time for her to experience this great service. First arrival seemed okay not the same warm greeting I was used to but not something I would necessarily complain about. The room on first glance was smart however with further inspection found that the room was filthy, large amounts of dust in the room which should never be the case when they are “cleaned daily”. The hallways were littered with empty beer bottles and bed sheets which remained for the entire stay. In the morning when I awoke traveled down to have breakfast with the same expectations which I have for the Shaw Ridge, the plates were all dirty when I say dirty that is an understatement, there was visible food debris on the plates one plate looked as if it had just been eaten off of. I wish I had taken a photo, I sifted though the 15 or so plates there and could not find a single clean one. I politely asked one of the lads on shift if he could get some clean plates. I was not acknowledged at all, he walked past me with out even looking at me disappeared out the back and I waited for his return which again no acknowledgement he didn’t places another 8 plates in front of me which only 2 were “arguably clean”, without rambling too much, the cutlery had food debris stuck to them, coffee cups had food debris in them. I cannot explain how livid I was this morning with the staff which I can only explain as Ignorant, Apathetic, Uninspired, Unhelpful. And in my can infuriating, my stay at the Village Bristol last night was the biggest waste of £110, I would have had more enjoyment flushing the money down the toilet. If I could go back I would never have stayed and personally would like my money back.

The location is good on the main artery going into Bristol but can get so busy to get in and out. The rooms are lovely with a generous shower room I didn't stay overnight so cant comment on sound . Service in the bar was ok just little or none in terms of welcoming but the setting and layout was awesome . They have the village gym there too but never had look. Parking is plenty and free for 4 hours then you have to pay unless staying in the hotel.

Review: Village Hotel Bristol Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ Village Hotel Bristol is a modern and stylish hotel conveniently located near the city centre, making it an excellent choice for both leisure and business travellers. With its comfortable accommodations, range of amenities, and easy access to local attractions, it offers a pleasant stay for all guests. The rooms at Village Hotel Bristol are well-appointed and spacious, featuring contemporary design and all the essential amenities for a comfortable stay. Guests can expect a restful night's sleep thanks to the hotel's comfortable beds and soundproofing. One of the highlights of the hotel is its leisure facilities, which include a well-equipped gym, indoor swimming pool, and spa. These amenities provide an opportunity for guests to unwind and relax during their stay. The on-site restaurant and bar also offer a variety of dining options, serving delicious meals and drinks in a stylish setting. The hotel's location is another advantage, as it provides easy access to Bristol's city centre and local attractions, such as the Bristol Zoo Gardens, Clifton Suspension Bridge, and the SS Great Britain. While Village Hotel Bristol offers a great overall experience, some guests may find the parking situation to be a minor inconvenience, as it can become crowded during peak times. However, this issue does not significantly detract from the hotel's many positive aspects. In summary, Village Hotel Bristol earns a well-deserved 4-star rating. With its comfortable accommodations, range of amenities, and convenient location, it's an excellent choice for anyone visiting the vibrant city of Bristol.

Fantastic modern hotel, great restaurant and a added bonus with the gym and small swimming pool. Just a shame a few finer details where missing. The bed was very comfortable but cleanliness of the room could of been better as they hadn't vacuumed underneath it or dusted the top of the TV or bed. But otherwise a great stay.

We came to Village Hotel pub and grill to watch a football match and have some food. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Service was quick even though it was super busy! There are multiple big screens showing sports, so wherever you're sitting, you get a good view, even when busy. The food was reasonably priced and huge portions. Overall, we really enjoyed our evening out here!

"I recently had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant and was thoroughly impressed by the quality of their food. The chicken wrap was absolutely delightful, packed with flavor and cooked to perfection. It was clear that they use high-quality ingredients, as the freshness was apparent with every bite. Similarly, the hamburger was a standout, with a juicy patty, fresh lettuce and tomatoes, and a perfectly toasted bun. The balance of flavors and textures in both dishes was impeccable. Service was also excellent, with friendly and attentive staff. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for delicious meals in a welcoming atmosphere. A true gem!"

I have never stayed in the hotel but am a regular user of the village Gym Bristol. Although the gym floor can become busy the classes are always manageable. The gym staff are helpful and are always willing to offer guidance and support with new equipment and exercises. Classes run by either Rosie or Issac are always enjoyable and challenging. They both bring high energy and expertise to the experience and are able to modify the group exercises to the individuals limitations.

This review is for the gym staff at Bristol village. There are some great new trainers and staff that show how a good gym should be. Ashley greats nearly everyone that walks in the door and makes new and old members feel super welcome and helps or gives advise if needed. If i still owned a gym i would be poaching him! Great personal trainer.

When my American football team was looking for a venue for our awards night, we looked no further. It was a special night for the team as we had won the national championship on top of celebrating the season and some individual successes. From start to finish, we all thoroughly enjoyed it! As we arrived the staff were very attentive and friendly leading us to the bar area for a bit of reception, a nice selection of beers/ciders and drinks for the lads. When we went to our ball room , WOW. Beuitifuly set up , our own bar , and entertainment and the hotels food was also good ( three course dinner ) We had a small technical issue and the manager Joe was on hand to assist us hooking up our computer and power point slides furthermore there if we needed anything else Top man !! It was an amazing night and ticked all of our boxes and beyond to make things special.. 4 months later we went back as we had another evening to have a meeting and receive our championship rings and celebrate , a little less formal but again a great venue with pazzazzz and great staff. Did not disappoint !! Look forward to holding our awards next year, we'll be back. I'd recommend the hotel if you're a business doing a product launch or a modern family gathering or in our case defiantly a team social around 60-70 Thank you Gary Gardner HC Bristol Apache football club

What a great hotel this is. Stayed for one night for a work conference and can't fault it. Room very modern and comfortable, bed comfy and nice facilities. Didn't use the restaurant in the evening but did for breakfast, which was decent enough with hot and cold options

Me and a few friends went to the Village bar for drinks on Saturday , the place seemed nice but due to it being “busy” (it was less than 15 people in there) they weren’t serving cocktails , which wasnt too much of a problem. But when ordering food , two portion of cheesy chips , chicken tenders and steak were all disappointing ! The chips that were served were undercooked and when mentioning this to the staff we got asked to wait at the bar queue (which at this point was about 20/30 minutes wait) to just talk to someone! One of the girls attending was 33 weeks pregnant and I think it’s disgusting how no one actually cared that she(and others) were served raw food.

Love the facilities here. The trainers here are very warm and motivating. Especially watching Rosie & Carly push it in the Spin 4 Sense cause. Really inspiring to watch them cycle 7 hours continuously for a noble cause. Enjoyed the spin4sense cycling class for members as well. Always enjoy coming here and looking forward to keep it up. All the best Team Village, Bristol!

What a great place to spend a few days. I thoroughly enjoyed my gym sessions. What a treat to have Starbucks on site to meet up with friends. We loved the bar and grill for a meal, lovely food and good service. Special thanks to Guy St Leger who always goes the extra mile. Can't wait to come back.

When I arrived I was having trouble signing in due to a payment issue. I was greeted by 2 of your staff on the front desk (Isobel & Phillip) they sorted my issue out without any hassle at all. All sorted up to the room. Nice room, plenty of space for just myself. Quirky privacy glass system in the toilet space. Gym is great, plenty of kit and ice to see it’s not all on top of itself.

I joined the Village Gym to improve my aerobics fitness. Equipments are plenty and in great state. Views from treadmills to the Royalmail bridge is nice. Pool and changing area is well maintained and tidy. I am trained by Lana who is knowledgeable and worked hard to help me achieve my goals. If anyone is looking to improve fitness specially running then I highly recommend Lana.

Could not recommend enough! All facilities were clean and well maintained, and the food was great. As well as all the staff being incredibly helpful throughout. Special shout-out to Lottie who was on reception, who greeted me with a lovely warm smile and amazing service!

Booked in for a few days with my wife and thought the experience was excellent. Staff very friendly and attentive and nothing to much trouble. Leisure activities a must especially the pool facilities with staff on hand to assist. The food and beverage service is great for a chilled out evening. Room was first class with everything you would expect to have. Definitely stay again.

Had an amazing stay at the Village hotel! The facilities including the gym and the pool were clean and well maintained, although somewhat crowded. But that might have been the peak time in the evening. The food was great and the staff were all incredibly helpful and lovely. Special shout-out to Isobel and Hannah who were at the reception when I checked-in who were very helpful and set the right tone for my stay there. Would definitely recommend.

I had an exceptional experience at V-Works, the communal workspace offered by Village Hotels. The atmosphere was productive, with a blend of comfort (Skysports!) and professionalism. The well-designed workspace provided a conducive environment for focused work, in a cool environment. Steve Schwartz & Staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any of my needs. Thanks Village Bristol Team! The added bonus of access to Village Hotels' facilities was a huge plus, allowing me to unwind and recharge after a productive day. Whether for individual work or collaborative projects, V-Works is undoubtedly a top-notch choice. Highly recommended!

What a return to Bristol!!! I’ve not been there since my uni days and the student slums left me thinking Bristol was all a bit like that. However, when I visited Village Hotels I was pleasantly surprised at how much more Bristol had to offer. There was a great workspace there so I could get a load done between meetings. Steve and his team were super friendly and incredibly accommodating. Rather upset that I won’t be back in Bristol with work anytime soon. Perhaps I’ll have to go there just for leisure… 10/10!!!

Very stylish and modern with great facilities. The reception staff were very helpful and polite, however I felt the rooms were very small, I also arrived with stains on pillows and sheets, and the 2 times during my stay when I asked for room to be serviced no-one bothered! Better housekeeping staff needed..

I use this hotel quite often with little to no issues. However today, I did encounter some issues. I'm normally not one to complain but thought I would this time. On checking out, I handed my room key to the members of staff and asked to make a complaint. I was directed to the male member of staff and raised my concern. Now this review could have been a lot worse if it wasn't handled the way it was. The male staff member aware of the situation already, apologised and had already issued a full refund before I'd even come down. What can I say? They knew there was an issue and I wasn't happy and fixed it. I could go into detail about it all but as it was dealt with very quickly, i'd rather not. so on that note I have nothing but praise for all staff there.

Slightly odd hotel where you have to check in yourself and the bathroom is just behind a glass screen! But staff were friendly and helpful, excellent multi-channel TV and free WiFi, tea making facilities and great toiletries. They did forget to check/refill the soap/shower gel bottles and the tea/sugar but were quick to respond when asked. Parking confusing - machine inside door implies you have to put your reg in but then told we didn't as it was free anyway? We didn't eat but the restaurant/bar were very busy with Christmas parties both nights! But we didn't hear anything in our room and the bed was very comfortable - would return at a decent rate.

I wanted to visit Bristol and environs, so a city centre hotel wasn't necessary. The Village hotel was great, just a quick ride got me to the places I wanted to see. Apart from location I really enjoyed the style of this quite modern hotel. The check was almost self-service. The room was good, kind of standard except for the adjustable bathroom screen. Frosted or clear at the touch of a button. I liked the restaurant/bar. Good food and friendly efficient service from very young staff. We were there for two nights. We enjoyed a small cabaret act on one night. The menu would have become boring over a few days. All on all we liked our time there. I forgot to mention the inclusive buffet breakfast was a real treat.

Staff are very helpful, moved is to a room with a working TV no problem. Swimming pool is not bad for a hotel, 2 lanes, plus sauna, jacuzzi and steam room. Given towels at entry to the spa. Ordered run service but have to pick it up, I'll update here once we've eaten.

Being a member I use the gym and the pool and Starbucks. The pool area is wonderful. And the majority of customers here are really friendly and chatty, it's really nice to go some where and not feel isolated or feel like your invisible. The staff here are brilliant as well. Myself and another customer had a bad experience with another client and the staff here were very helpful in sorting it all out. I really enjoy my time here and I feel looked after. Thanks to the team.

Having stayed here twice in recent times I feel in a position to comment - it's a decent hotel with room for improvement. Rooms are small but stylish, comfortable and well appointed. Breakfast is good. On site gym/pool is good, and you can use for free if you sign up to their loyalty scheme on the website. Staff are very helpful. I've found 2 main drawbacks. The first is the on site catering is very limited. The restaurant has a very limited menu and is expensive. There is not a lot around nearby either, so this could be an issue if staying regularly or for extended stays. Secondly on BOTH visits so far, I've had problems with the TV not working in my room. It's been difficult to reach someone to get assistance with this, without walking down to reception and talking to someone directly. No phone in the room and the app-based bot-chat service is very poor indeed. Overall, it's OK.

Rooms far to small for more than one person, love the mod cons, but wouldnt stay again if in a couple, no proper privacy in the bathroom. Such a shame as the food is good, the chef should show the other village hotels how to cook the menu.

Very noisy, my room was above the gym I think it sounded loud from what seemed early in the morning. ( loud inspirational music is OK working out in a gym, bit annoying to wake up to) Bar till wasn't working so waited 20 minutes for a drink. It's a bit like a premier Inn but they asked a 6 year old to add colour to the decor. Is clean, staff helpful. Breakfast good.

Amazing sports bar with great food, good wine and beer, and friendly staff. Fantastic cube TV and lots of other screens with cinema seats. The best place to watch sport if you can't get to the ground.

This hotel is outstanding, I always know I’ll get a great stay with a Village but this one is top notch!! Very modern, gym, pool, Starbucks, bar and grill that tasted just as great as room service. The room was bright and modern, super clean and above all THE most comfortable bed!! I slept so well. Staff were friendly and nothing was too much trouble. A real credit to the Village. The hotel is a taxi ride from the city centre but many of the Village hotels are a little distance out and they’re all the better for it I feel with the peace you get. Clearly this area is being developed and this location would benefit from some kind of a shop nearby as it’s offices and car garages but I wasn’t there for the surroundings I was there for work and for a great hotel to be based from.

I'm not biased even though I recommended that the planning was granted for this local Hotel. To be honest permission was granted at a time when the land across the A38 from this property was an airfield so overall height was restricted. Later when the build was finally started revised plans could have been submitted for two much taller accommodation blocks. As it is this Hotel with its excellent gym facilities and very modern bar not only welcomes you in but is a great place to meet friends colleagues..

I didnt stay here, I was visiting a friend. Having said that, the room seemed very comfortable. Light, nice furnishings. The bathroom had a clear glass door, which might be a concern if you were a very private person sharing the room, but the loo was tucked round the corner, so not too bad.

I really don't like leaving bad reviews but genuinely this was not nice. Firstly, I will comment positively on the receptionist that genuinely tried to help me and agreed with my complaint. The Hotel is pretty modern and I loved the work space. But the cleanliness of the hotel is simply diabolical. I checked into the first room but couldn't stay as it was filthy. The receptionist came to the 2nd room with me and we both agreed that this too was filthy and there were blood stains on the sheets. And the 3rd room I settled on was simply just because I couldn't be bothered to move hotels. There is no attention to any details, there's dust absolutely everywhere (under the bed, on top of the bed, on the chairs, bathroom not cleaned properly, things like on top of the bin, under the sink where the towels are). It's just unacceptable! And the remote control was just WOW!!! 🤮

  • 4/5 Gareth E. 1 year ago on Google
The rooms are very modern with lots of gadgets like electric blinds, automatic fans and lights and fancy showers. The bar restaurant is pretty reasonable. Not too expensive and served what you'd expect from a chain style pub.

  • 5/5 liz R. 1 year ago on Google
I had low expectations for this box in the area its been built, but from the minute I walked through the door, the service was exceptional. The rooms were small but well thought out, food was good quality; dinner and breakfast, staff could not do enough to help and genuinely wanted to help. There was a large event on, but this had no impact on our stay; a rarity as usually you have to fight for bar space, or put up with loud music all night. Good value for money and first class service.

I have stayed at the Hotel twice recently. My first visit was very pleasant, with the restaurant and bar operating seamlessly and my room being very good. We did order food via the app during during this visit and it worked very well. On my second visit there were clearly problems. Our food order was forgotten with my colleague having to ask the bar staff after an hours wait where it was. This was even after a panicked gentleman came around and confirmed our order again half an hour previously (he had lost another customer). The ordering app was down so it is possible all of the other systems were too. The food was still pleasant and staff friendly. Unfortunately however my experience was further soiled as my kettle didn't work and as the tap water was essentially undrinkable without being boiled it wasn't pleasant finding this out at 10.30pm. To cap it all off I visited the gym on my morning of departure and although the kit is very high tech, the first treadmill crashed and restarted when I tried to up the speed. I then attempted to do a quick spin session but the fancy bike that claimed to provide a real gear change experience was in severe need of maintenance, so I have up and tried a real spin bike, which wasn't the best either. This gym is very new so it is disappointing the equipment isn't in the best state. I feel guilty when doing negative reviews, but in this instance some tweaks are needed to an otherwise lovely hotel. It is very likely I will return in hope that my experience was a one off, as the hotel is great alternative to other local establishments.

I was a bit apprehensive about booking this hotel after reading some of the reviews but in the whole my experience was positive. It is hard to find a hotel with a proper twin room in the area but this hotel has very good twin beds. The only thing that lets it down is the privacy glass in the bathroom which does not cover the door. So if someone is standing in the wrong place they can see into the toilet and shower. Not ideal if you are sharing with a friend or colleague. The bathroom also has an automatic light that lights up the bathroom and bedroom if you go to the toilet in the night. Check in is automated but is easy to use and the staff at reception were very friendly and helpful. No issues with cleanliness or rubbish in the corridors like some reviews mentioned. We requested a room at the back, away from the gym and it was very quiet and peaceful. It was also one of the cheapest hotels in the area

Attended an AGM here. The room was very comfortable with a good sized bed. The bathroom was really good with a good shower - both an overhead ceiling shower head and at a touch of a button the wall mounted wand shower head became operational. Also to shield people in the bathroom from the bedroom there was a button enabling frosted privacy glass to be initiated. The room in which the AGM & Committee meeting was held was large and spacious. It had a utilitarian feel to it and served its purpose and function on the day really well. The staff were very helpful as well as attentive. The food we were provided with was plentiful, very good and tasty. The entrance to the hotel is not particularly well signposted and nor is it appealing - turn off at a slip road ,travel past the hotel and turn right into an industrial estate before turning right into the hotel. Location is close to main A road and not too far from the M4 & M5 links.

Very comfy super king bed. Could of done with drinking glasses in room for water, good air conditioning unit, gave you control on settings. Wasn't keen on the 'privacy' glass screen wall for the ensuite. Had a nice dinner but scramble egg at breakfast was lukewarm.

The room was lovely and the breakfast was ok. A selection of hot food, some pastries and cereal, all average quality. The pastries were almost always empty, although I did see some in there at one point. My experience in the restaurant area for dinner was mixed. Very tasty food but service from the kitchen wasn’t great. On the first occasion I waited 50 minutes before asking where my food was, and it arrived 10 minutes later. The table next to me also had issues and spoke to the manager. The next night they seemed to be out of most items and struggling to keep up with demand. The food I ordered was still very good. The waitress was helpful and pleasant in both instances. I didn’t ask to speak to a manager as I was in no rush.

Lovely place will definitely be staying again. The receptionist on arrival was missing though and when she did turn up seemed to have left her interest behind. Rooms are lovely and the bar area was also a big hit. Very very nice place.

Very shocked at the extremely small amount of food for the main course that was a 3rd of an adult meal. Equally shocked at the chaos at the bar, with one person serving and 3 other members of staff in the background unable to serve, this on top of no one knowing the prices for the bottles of wine due to tills not working. After a 25 minute wait, we were informed that a bottle of house white was £20 and they needed to go to the store area to retrieve it - a further 10 minutes. However, the price was better than £9 per medium glass. A manual list was being kept of each purchase, to be paid for later. A request for a further bottle of house white later in the evening was declined as they had run out. They offered a different bottle of white, which we were told would be the same price as the house white was no longer available, but on paying the bill for this later, we were told it was actually £25 not £20, despite us trying to politely trying to explain our previous conversation. Not witnessed such a poor service at a bar ever with crazily inflated prices, with no one appearing to know what they were doing. Alarming situation for what should have been an enjoyable evening. The soup was nice but nearly cold. The music was quite good. Thankfully our group of friends lifted the atmosphere.

A lovely stay, a lovely room with very nice fixtures and fittings and a good bar / restaurant. We didn't use the onsite gym or swimming pool, but a nice option to have. The only negative is there is nothing else around it, other than industrial estates, if you did want to go somewhere else for a drink etc.

Stayed here a few times now whilst down here training in Bristol. I must say it's a very modern and welcoming hotel with friendly and helpful staff - take out one individual at reception who came across as a bit rude. Apparently there has been several complaints about this person. That being said. Rooms are clean and tidy, the gym is kitted out well and has plenty of staff on hand to help whenever you might need them. The food in the bar is great, decent sized portions and tasty too. Bar manager Mark was very helpful when there was a slight issue/delay but he resolved it with no issues promptly and fully. I'm currency here now and am looking forward to going down to the bar for me dinner and watch a bit of the world cup. Definitely recommend for a stay....blast in the gym and or enjoy some lovely food and drinks in the bar n grill with Mark and his team.

Will definitely never stay here again, from check in where I was told a completely different story to reserving a table to the one I'd been told on the phone a week before with staff and manager completely unhelpful to assist. Added in then to a complete lack of room cleaning/replacing towels, tea and coffee during our stay, cover of remote control missing and stain on chair. As others have said and unfortunately I didn't read reviews before the room design gives the feel of a prison cell with a small window in the bathroom giving minimal natural light and poor privacy with the toilet. Also a fair distance out of Bristol so taxis expensive to get back into the city centre.

Interesting concept for an hotel. Rooms are interesting, and offer a certain vibe. The pub is very reasonable and the great Gym is a bonus, even if being charged for it. I think the self serve is unnecessarily taken to an extreme, and the systems are not ready for many things a human would sort out easily, just like long surnames Slightly annoyed that I asked for receipts and on excuse of being paper free, I never received some receipts I needed for expenses In short interesting but made unnecessarily complicated.... Some thingsake me want to come back - others not really.

A little expensive for the product on offer, especially as this hotel isn't even in central Bristol. The room was a little cosy and very dark as our electronic blind in the bathroom didn't work so there was no daylight. The toilet paper was also the cheapest that the hotel could find - the kind where you need 6 squares to ensure you're safe! On the positive side, the breakfast wasn't too badly priced and was OK - not world beating, but certainly not the worst. All in all, an OK stay but for the price paid, I'd have expected a bit more.

For me the gyms 10/10 all facility's are clean. Tidy at all times. The equipment is always working and if broken not left broken for a he's like a lot of gyms I've been a member at. The staff are very friendly and helpful Rosie has helped me a lot through my fitness journey with her bank of knowledge. But genuinely for a gym of it's class it's highly up there for best in Bristol for me. The equipment maintenance being key and the constant keep up with latest equipment for us to use 👏🏾
