Worst Ever billing experience. Only 2 persons doing billing and very slow at billing like sloths. We standed almost more than half n hour cuz of some people having a useless chit chat with billing person. We got frustrated due to their behaviour and left without purchasing anything. Dont visit this store.

Guard behaviour is not polite when we enter the showroom of Max Rajouri Garden New Delhi. I asked him to submit my helmet though I was on my Royal Enfield and was there for my baby shoping on 16th October 2022. He denied for keep the helmet on the rack though there was empty space available and Helmet for other customers kept there. I felt bad for the behaviour.

Just ok type collection... Please beware of the price tags on the stuffs And over the standees. Such as ... if it has written 'onwards'

Good things. 1.) Cleanliness. 2.) Polite cashier. Need improvements. 1.) Trial rooms are without latches. Anyone can enter anytime. Fix this. 2.) Slow billing.

Nice collection somewhat at an affordable price more...lack of gen z collection and the clothes style are not updated regularly, but can have some basic clothes and accessories

I have purchased paints and T-Serts for self and for children also just last month In May 2023 from Max Pacific Mall Subhash Nagar. Quality of paints is very poor. It is really Make my family unhappy. And I do not know where and with whom should we talk about this.

A relatively small outlet near the Rajouri garden metro station. Good place for a quick and light shopping. Easy on the pocket and a good place for budget shopppers

Max - Rajouri Garden... They are having good collection of cotton women kurti's and lowers for summers with nice colours. Kids section is also good... Must visit. I personally like their collection.

Also, putting one's hard earned money in apparels which don't have any specific appeal in comparison to other brands doesn't makes any sense. Good collection of kids cloths at very reasonable prices, especially for little ones as they outgrow their cloths every few months. The quality is also decent

The thing that I've noticed at the Rajouri Garden Max Store outlet that it do have lots of choices and variants as compare to pacific malls outlet. Be it any seasonal dresses I've purchased whatever I need according to my preferences. Ethnic choices are good for women's who loves to follow the latest fashion trends. The security check is good and customer representatives always helps the customers to make the right choice. There is only one cashier and one card counter operating, even when there are five in total. Barely any people to help. The head staff, instead of helping, is giving rude replies that it is how it is.

Huge variety of clothes are available..but the quality is not upto the expectations as compared to the brand name.

It was one of my worst experience to shop here at this place. Its not the matter of price but if something you see as remarked as 30% it Should be the same when we reach to the counter. But then they denied the fact saying some employee had done it by mistake. But as the brand or shop policies the customer should get the price they saw.
