I placed a takeout order from MagicPin. It showed me that outlet has accepted my order and will take 24 minutes to prepare my order. I reached after 30 minutes with no update from outlet about my order. On reaching the outlet I enquired about my order to my surprise they hadn't even started preparing for my order. And to top it off they prioritised giving orders to Zomato & Dunzo guys who arrived after me. Has too wait around an hour at their outlet. Worst experience ever never gonna visit again.
