Bed sheets were very bad, mattress very soft, no soap shampoo conditioner in the bathroom, no hand towels too. Had to call the reception 5 times just to get a water bottle. Don't order from kitchen, the food is below average and their service is pathetic.

worst oyo in terms of service. The receptionist is rude and talks harshly. They do not allow outside food and their own kitchen has the worst food quality. After checkout the receptionist told us to bring keys also from the 3rd floor as we forgot to bring them. So poor service.

Nothing more than worst. Everything u ll ask them, they only say sorry sir. Hospitality level = 00, Uneducated staff with lack of behavior sense.

Such a pathetic services. That receptionist was very Rude. He doesn't know how to speak with guests. Room was very dirty. Somebody peed and didn't flush. Urine drops were there on comboard. Bedsheet was very dirty. IDK how come somebody allot a dirty room to their guests. Even after I called at reception but that person was disconnecting the call. I had to go to the reception then he allotted another room. That another room's washroom was smelly. Such a worst experience. 😣😣 I would never ever prefer to choose that hotel again.

Wrost hotel you can get in delhi they are scammers at the time pf advance booking they tell you low price but at the hotel checkin they ask for more money and says if you have problem then talk to the person you booked from i mean how can someone be this level of madharch*d never stay here

Pathetic Experience Okay so here the issues i have with this hotel, I booked this hotel room for two of my friends from Dimapur, as they’re not familiar in Delhi also with Hindi language, I helped them to book. They lived there for four days, and hotel staff didn’t even changed bedsheets or linens for three days, not even come to clean the room, at the reception there two young boys who don’t even know about hospitality as their behavior was so rude. In four days they didn’t allowed anyone to even meet my friends who were staying there, as if it’s a girls hostel not hotel, said it’s a security concern. The hight of unprofessionalism is that we booked room with morning breakfast and they didn’t give them breakfast for first two days and gave them paid breakfast, after i told them that I booked room with breakfast then 3rd day my friends asked for breakfast then they have very average breakfast with aaloo parantha and very bad tea. Fourth day I booked again as my friends said they changed the room and took another room because previous room became very dirty. Somehow I didn’t realize on Oyo app that I booked the double room (two people) room but i put one guest in the option, so while checking out those boys asked for more money to pay saying we booked room only for one guest and for second guest we need to pay extra 820 rupees. I denied to pay because i told them I booked the whole same room they were living from past three days but they started arguing. I talked to the owner there then he agreed then for 200 rupees. So i paid extra 200 again. Pathetic experience. Please be careful before booking.

Whatever you ask them, even if it's a plate. They're like sorry we don't have plates.. awesome hospitality. Anything you ask them, it's a very simple NO. if you're going to stay here a couple of days, and if you leave the keys asking for housekeeping, they're not going to do it. They'll say it will be done. But, you get to see your room as it was when you left. Horrible and pathetic oyo service.

Don't even think of getting a room, you'll end up with serious itches in youe body and they won't give towels, thinking that all the people book their rooms for only one reason

All facility are good but room not cleaning everyday

This is the worst hotel that you should stay only in your nightmare. The hotel had worst quality of rooms, no room service, nobody on the reception to listen to anything. The rooms were smelling bad. The bed sheets were dirty and pillow too. The bathroom was in such a worse condition that nobody could bath in it. A bucket almost 10 years old, the mug had dirt in it. No working flush. I had the wors experience there ever. I am sharing some photos to save you the trouble of even looking for it. Also, the bathroom door had no lock, the only thing ok was that it had car parking which was difficult to find in Delhi hotels.

Such a very bad experience with key rooms. No manner staff, bathroom is so dirty, in the bathroom waste of water, no TV ,WIFI, OUTSIDE FOODS IS NOT ALLOW, no towel,shop,handwash,water bottle. I'll provide 1 mobile nmber but he said give me a girl mobile number mendetry such a bad experience.

* rooms were not so clean. * Geyser was not working, even after talking to staff they didn't care. * They don't provide regular water, only paid water. * There were no buckets and bins in the bathroom. * Shower was not working, you have to do a lot of bending to get under the tap. * No dustbin provided in the room. * Rooms main locks Conditions was very poor. * They charge extra what is shown online, so don't book online for this hotel.

Atmosphere was good. Room are also clean. But there is no towel and slippers available in the room. But when we ask about towel they are sending quickly.

Very bad experience with this hotel. Booked for our guests from another states. They really had multiple issues with the hotel. Including rude behavior from the staff, not giving them breakfast which was included in the room price while booking.

As per the staff is concerned the hotel is not even worth one star. Mannerless staff, no co-operation, money eaters. The staff only demands extra cash and if we denies they will make you wait so that you are frustrated and you pay them the price they want! Worst and disgusting staff. Not recommended!!

Hotel staff had charged extra, 50 percent extra charge was taken from the price of the app. After I made the booking, the hotel staff said that we do not give at the price of the app, we charge extra. So it is requested that you remove your hotel from Oyo app otherwise provide the room to the customer at the same price shown in the app.
