I would like to share my experience with you all. I came to know about Vardan Physiotherapy and Fitness center. I was experiencing pain in my right shoulder. I went to Vardan Physiotherapy centre for my treatment. I would like to thank Dr. Kanika and all the staff members for being so humble and caring. My shoulder pain is lot relieved because of the Dr. Nandini under the guidance of Dr. Kanika. I highly recommend this clinic.

I visited Vardan Physiotherapy centre for acute cervical and frozen shoulder pain after my surgery. Dr. Kanika carefully evaluated my condition after going through all the medical reports and provided therapy aimed at my specific case. The whole team of physiotherapists under the leadership of Dr. Kanika are extremely professionals in their respective fields and are very supportive. The place has a really friendly atmosphere. One day she is doing some work at home suddenly She get Back Spine Pain without any Accident. So we Went to Orthopaedic Doctor. We change 3 to 4 Orthopaedic doctor in 2 months. One of them suggested X-ray, & MRI of Spine. In MRI Report Dr. Found That My Wife Spine Disk is Slip From 3 portion of Spine i.e. L1/2, L2/3, L3/4 They gave some medicine for Instant relief and also suggest for Physiotherapy. After taking these medicines more than 2 months. My wife Back Pain was as it is. She Couldn’t do her daily work. She Couldn’t Sleep at Night properly because of continuous pain. She has lot of back pain continuesly. I decided to go to Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, Delhi Were I take appointment of Dr. Ashish Goel (Senior Spine Surgeon) They suggest us Spine surgery. But after discussing many senior people around us. Who or their relative has done Spine surgery and they are surviving with pain continuesly after Spine Surgery. So we decided that we will go for physiotherapy instead of Spine Surgery. My wife started to go to Physiotherapy Centre near our home for more than 3 months. We change 2 physiotherapy Centre in these 3 Months. But my wife back pain was as it is. We spent lot of money but result is ZERO. Then My wife thinking that I will not be OK. This Back Pain was Spoiling Peace of Our Home & life. She Starts thinking Negative about Life. But GOD give us right way towards painless, peaceful & happy life. I came in excruciating pain Dr. Kanika gave me the comfort, proper examination and guidance I needed. Under her examination I have recovered 60% so far. The environment is very friendly and full of love especially Dr. Nandini. Big thanks to her and entire staff. Dr. Kanika, Dr. Anil, and Dr.Sandeep have been a great help to resolve my postural muscle pain and difficulties I faced because of them. They don't snap and pull like most chiropractors on Instagram, they check your issues and thoroughly apply a gradual procedure which stops the pain by resolving the root cause of it, with proper physiotherapy techniques. my shoulder pain was triggering a lot . i was not able to pull and push anything my muscles got so weak .i was diagnosed with frozen shoulder.Dr Kanika gave a very good treatment and guided me so well so that i could see the difference in a very short span of time . Even after 8 months of shoulder surgery it was very stiff as was not fully recovered . I went here and after a month all stiffness and pain was cured and got strength in my shoulder as well. Dr Sandy was taking care for my rehab under the guidance of Dr Kanika.

Dr Kanika is the best physiotherapist. I lot treated 1 years back pain for my sciatica pain and was unable to even stand. He did the treatment and I haven't had any problem since then... Thanks to him .
