Pathetic Experience! It seems to be that they pay attention to customers only with big orders. And their reviews also seems to be bought and fake. We went there after watching the "Claptrap Videos" and had high expectations from this place. The in-store experience was okay and we were promised the bed to be delivered in 10 days. We were assured the delivery in 10days as we had bought it for our marriage. Not only was it not delivered on the said date, their delivery person called us since afternoon informing the bed to be on the way and reaching us within 2 hrs. We waited patiently for 3-4 hrs and every time we called to check in with the delivery guy, he would just give us a false location and expected time. We even called the store wherein their salesgirl also spoke rudely with us and afterwards we had to speak to the owner "M r Gaba". Initially he was helpful and promised us to expedite the delivery. But the delivery person came extremely late at 9:30pm to deliver and assemble the bed. What we saw next was really disappointing for us, the finishing of the bed was really poor as can be seen in the pictures. And there's a huge gap between the bed box and the head rest. When we contacted the owner about this, he simply refused to take responsibility and his exact words were " humare yaha aisa hi hota hai". I mean just imagine buying something from such a high-rated place and then getting this kind of awful service. Claptrap shouldn't fool people like this, we trusted blindly on their words and went straight to this store. Although Kirti Nagar has numerous shops with good quality furniture and far better customer service. I'd request everyone to please read this review and see the pictures for yourself and then make a decision whether to invest their hard-earned money on such poor-quality furniture. This store is a fraud place with pathetic-quality furniture and even worse customer service. Their sales people are also ill mannered with little knowledge and poor etiquettes. NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE!!!

Very bad experience with them. They fooled us very badly we lost our 75000 rs. as we bought sofa set from them few month ago and in just few month itself our sofa leg came out of it and even fabric also coming out and when we call them they are saying you may be sit wrongly on it and giving more fake reason for it and even when we ask them to repair then they are giving excuse and now they stopped taking our calls. they are using very low quality material and charging us for high quality product. And there behaviour for customer is very bad and they talk on phone very rudely. I will never recommend anyone for this shop in future at all

i have purchased furniture from them six month back. and in just 6 month time my furniture started to have issues. my furniture got broke in 6 month time. and even called many times to them for repair they never response. they are looting people. and plz dont go to there shop after seeing youtube videos. they are fake supplier. using very cheap and bad quality material. and yes at last owner behaviour is very bad. if you want to save your money so dont go to there shop. they are big time lotters..

Doesn’t even deserve a single star rating. Rudest person i have ever met, being a shopkeeper he should be polite. But he is only polite until you give him the money, after that he shows his true colours. Took almost 1 and a half month to complete my order and then wanted me to pay full amount even when the product was defective. And didn’t fix at the end.

I purchase a king size bed and one custom made table. The quality of bed is awesome as i expected in this price. But custom made table not up to the mark as paint bubble on body. I request them to use high quality lock and i will pay for that to you hut they ignore my request and fix 10 rs lock in the drawer. Also they didn't response after booking. So many call made but didn't response. But i am very satisfied with bed quality. From next time i will sure purchase furniture from them. And i hope they change their working style.

Very low quality no service back. No fake id . What if I put an video of ur product and show ur quality . Will u come and replace your product with an apology letter or u will come and solve the problem and make another video for reply. Let's see how u have Gutts in you and your fake company.

bakwaas furniture. broken in 1 month. 50K worth furniture gone to scrap. Owner very rude behavior. don't go to them. they are looting people. and giving them cheap and scrap quality furniture.. they are big time looters. beware from these kind of people

I had purchased sofa and dining table in Delhi from them with in three months major crack occur when i complain about it to seller then seller said it's due to climate and demanded Rs 3000 for repair it.
