Highly impressed with services of Apollo Cradle Moti Nagar. Wonderful experience !!! We booked Cradle at emergency and I am complete impressed with the way our case was managed. Although we booked Cloud Nine Punjabi Bagh but their initial process was pathetic which forced me to look out for other options. Then I made right choice by booking Apollo Cradle Moti Nagar. Should have done this first, but everything happens for a reason :) Thanks to their Marketing Team - Neha and Kaveri who left no stone unturned to help us immediately. Right from booking process - front office, nursing services, feeding staff's, housekeeping, security guards, kitchen staff's till discharge which includes billing/TPA, everything was so perfect and smooth, not even a single hiccup. Experienced doctors, radiologist, physiotherapist/lactation and diet consultant who helped throughout this journey to make it a memorable one. We booked The Man Singh Suite and delivery date was 31/03/2022. Would like to recognise Management and Admin team for this great experience. Although everyone has been of great help but few people whom I would like to recognise: Front office - Parul, Kanika and Amit for smooth admission and follow up front office services Radiology Department - Dr Rinkoo and Monica for their help in USG. Very Disappointed with Name & Service of the Hospital.Donot Recommend. The only motto of Apollo Cradle (Moti Nagar Delhi) is Money making Business My Wife got admitted in Dec 21 & the Room alloted to us was worst in Condition 1. Baby Cradle was crack 2. Washroom was very unhygienic & was bad odour. Towel were in bad condition & big hole was their in many towels they provided us . Toilet mixture were leaking & we have complaint them they said soon we are going for renovation. 3. Night Staff was on Sleep & no special care for C section after delivery . We have to keep constantly ring Bell 4-5 times & after 20min Staff give their Service. 4. Estimated Bill was more than committed Bill . According to Package. 5. At time of booking & admission the Staff was on Leave & could not pick the call. 6. The only thing in Appollo Cradle Hospital Moti Nagar branch money Business. High Bill amount as per the Commited Package told at the of booking. During the whole delivery it was absolute nightmare, utter mismanagement, no supporting staff and you have pinpoint every service a minimum 2 3 times which they boost of initially while booking the package. No time room allocation, no counselling. for behalf of whom you charge such high charges for regular checkups during stay charges in the bill. KINDLY THINK TWICE TO BOOK YOUR BABY DELIVERY IN APOLLO CRADLE (Moti Nagar Delhi branch) Pls check the Cradle pic & take your Decision as our hard money is involved ......

Incompetence is the word that defines them correctly. Everything was fine till admission and delivery, but the real struggle started after delivery. No care for newborn baby, they don't even bother to check if baby is able to feed properly or not. As per doctor baby should pee atleast once every 6 hours and it is nurses’ duty to keep a check and prepare formula feed for baby if mother is not able to feed. But this is just on papers there literally made my baby starve and on top of that they will defend their actions. Only thing that they will tell is that 'you should learn to do it; it is not our job'…I mean really…you really got to have guts to say this? Also, I don’t understand why they were not sponging newborn babies in room itself but instead they take them away , we could see that our baby is not well cleaned, and I do not understand the point of hiding this process from parents. What is that you are trying to cover? Another incident occurred when they took my baby for newborn screening test (for blood sample), after some time a nurse came and handed back our baby and said that please give him body heat as he is getting cold, what in the hell have you done to our child ??? later we saw blood spots between fingers and that part is still blue. God knows what they did and what kind of torture they put our child through. This is not over yet, after a week my wife got a call that they need blood samples again as there is some issue with screening test results, I wonder if there is anything that they can do properly in one go. Apollo is a big brand but shame on these people who are hell bent on destroying it. There are a few staff and doctors who are good, but majority of the staff seems incompetent and not worth taking a chance. I am never going to visit this hospital ever again and will also not recommend anyone.

Hotel like facility but not recommended for delivery. Until and unless you want to admit for the name sake purpose. Major problem is, this hotel/hospital has a c-section rate of round 70% which is very high. Whatever be the case, how so ever good the doctor is, their c-section rate should be less than 30%. It was our mistake we didn't check. So better check this in counseling session before paying booking fees of 10k.

First Impressions: Went to the toilet just after 9am i.e. by the time staff for the new shift had settled in. Was shocked to find out that the toilets were in a extremely unkempt condition. So ignorant was the state that there was no soap to use (check attached pictures). Can a hospital which doesn’t have soap to use in its toilets during an ongoing pandemic be trusted with cleanliness & hygiene? Second Event: We were asked to move from the central lobby seating to a waiting area. The waiting area’s nomenclature was only for namesake. In reality it felt like a corner to avoid the eyesore of the waiting family members of the patient. It was far inferior from the lobby area which wasn’t too good in the first place. This indicates the different treatment one can expect to meet before and after getting a patient admitted. Update: The next day, the seating in the waiting area was changed. It was brought to my notice that some changes were also done in the toilet. Good to see the immediate action taken by the authorities. Also had the chance to experience the in room services from nursing, catering, housekeeping and security. All were proper and efficient. Gave one less star because as seen, the child delivery charges for someone who is not covered or is not compensated by health insurance is higher than one who gets claim from health insurance. Eg, if charges are 1lakh, health insurance gives 50k, so total due is 50k. However if you don’t have health insurance, the hospital charges you 1.5 lakhs, so total due 1.5 lakhs. It doesn’t appeal to common sense. And is a predatory practice which must be reconsidered.

My experience with Apollo Cradle has been wonderful..the doctors are experts in their own fields...the nurses have been always very active, helpful and cooperative.... along with the front desk staffs, who also have been very empathetic, prompt and always ready to help to the extent possible..special shout out to Miss Parul and Monica...The entire team ensured that I am properly informed about my health, care and have a smooth prep, surgery and follow-up. I am so glad I chose Apollo Cradle for my delivery and would highly recommend it to my friends and family.

Nursing staff is very helpful. They taught us how to take care of our baby, feed her and pamper her. They are very proactive and diligent in identifying any underlying issue. Rooms and bathrooms are clean. Overall a satisfying experience

My experience at Apollo cradle was good. The doctors and staff helped us through the first and second day to take care of the baby and reduced the frequency of visit on 3rd to help us try a few things on our own. Out night nurse sister Yami was really helping and gave us some useful tips on how to handle the baby. The food for the patients was nutritious and tasty, which is a tough combination at this time. One miss on our part was not seeking help from lacation consultant when we faced problems with breast feeding during our stay. We consulted with Dr. Juhi who gave me workarounds to ensure that I do not give up feeding due to the problems I am facing. Over all the experience was good and we were at ease there during the first few days with our new born thanks to the hospital staff and doctors.

The entire staff - doctors, nurses, housekeeping staff, security guards, shift in charge folks all have been amazingly supportive. A special shout-out to the feeding staff - each one of them taught me so much on how to feed the baby and helped me day in and day out, 24X7 with my baby. They have taken care of my baby like its their own and they have taught me life long lessons which will be helpful for me and my baby. Overall experience has been great and that is why this Hospital is in the top runnings for Pediatric and Maternity area.

Great service and experience. The entire staff was very helpful throughout. The feeding staff (Manju, Seema, Jyoti), nursing staff (Donna, Pooja, Preeti, Sunita), GDA staff (Kaushalya, Rachna, and others) were extremely helpful and available for us every time we needed them . Overall, we had a pleasant experience with the service they provide to the patients. I would definitely recommend Apollo Cradle.

The staff is horrible, not at all helpful. No service at all. They are very rude. They dont even see to come you and you keep ringing bell but they dont come to see you. They just know how to mint money from you, in that case only they are superfast , else they dont even care about you and your baby. Please dont waste your money and try to do your baby in a local nursing home.

The hospital has very very good facilities. The doctors take very good care of you. The rooms are very good as well as clean and well taken care of by the staff who make sure it is clean and sanitized. The food was also good at the ward. The nurses really took good care of me. I reached out to Dr Juhi Dang who is lactation consultant at apollocradle regarding issues i was facing in breastfeeding. I had earlier consulted 3 doctors but didn’t get any resolution. But with help of some key tips from Dr Juhi, BF became much smoother for me. She is really supportive and helpful and communicates with full empathy and patience. Highly recommend her for all BF related queries.

Dr juhi lactation expert was so devoted to help me in breastfeeding. She used to lovingly take the matter whenever i need help in feeding my child which i believe was impossible without her. Thank you so much mam for your help. I will always be greatful. It is also because i know how important it is for the child to latch as my elder one was on bottle feed from day one.

Our experience with Apollo Cradle has been good. The doctors, nurses and consulting doctors have been supportive throughout the delivery process. The doctors and nurses ensured end to end communication of best practices. Improvement areas would be better administration of better appointment schedules for both OPD and radiology, rules governing patient visitation and communication of same prior to booking along with better hygiene and comfortable seating arrangements for the OPD.

I had large cyst in my right ovary, so me and my husband decided to consult Dr Shilpi of Apollo Cradle Hospital for this. We visited the hospital for her consultation. She said that I have large cyst so it was removed only by laparoscopic surgery.Our comfort level with her was phenomenal. Dr Shilpi told me to get some tests done before the surgery, then by deciding a particular date she did my surgery in a smooth manner with utmost perfection. It's her friendly or sincere behaviour, as I never had any hesitation to ask her silly questions. I am very thankful to him that she did the entire surgical procedure very well and examined all the things with great care. I would love to recommend her to everyone who have any cyst related issues. She is superb in her work and give best in every stage of whole process.

The treatment and care at the facility is undoubtedly very impressive. We got homely care and attention at every moment and haven't felt out of home even for a second. My wife recently get admitted in Apollo Cradle Children Hospital and we were surprised to see the staff, they were friendly with us and me and my wife personally loved to visit there... and also we get our baby's impressions by Hema(casting heights) her nature was very friendly and she provide us luxurious casting service with the best quality. With that we are able to save our baby's childhood movements and memories. We are preserving our baby's little feet into casts before she grow up. we are recommending to visit there.

I have delivered my first child in Apollo and the experience was amazing, but now for my second pregnancy when I am visiting the hospital, there is an entire list that I could make that is making my visit there a nightmare during the covid times. Starting with the problem of parking, even after charging too much for the same, you will be darn lucky if you find a parking spot and the guards outside are too rude, they won't even care if you deliver your child outside the hospital waiting for the parking. Then somehow if you manage reaching the hospital, I don't see any social distancing being maintained, it looks like a zoo and the staff (specially the nurses who are there outside the doctors cabins) are least bothered. And the utmost important thing is the FEE that they are charging now is SKY ROCKETING, even though they are not providing with any good service. The only reason for me not leaving that hospital is Dr. Seema Thareja, as she is an amazing doctor.

During this pandemic, we were really worried about my first delivery and after searching a lot and considering alternate options we came across Apollo cradle. At every phase we got support from all type of staff available there, starting from the reception where we met the floor manager Chitra, such an amazing person she is when it comes to providing comfort and help to the patient and there family members. Continuing with Dr Nidhi Khera mam, she lend emotional support to me knowing mine was a high risk pregnancy. Her Assitant Maneet was available all through the time via messages and calls despite day or night .Doctor Hitesh for his guidance.The radiology staff which includes Monica and Dr Rinkoo, were very helpful during each scan telling and guiding the correct procedure. During the stay there, feeding nurse ruby was super nice with the baby and gave an emotional support whenever required to me and to the baby. I would suggest to all mom-to-bes to consider this hospital once as they are quite professional but keeping personal touch intact.

I was giving birth for the first time and like any other mother I was also doing my research and I thought I have choose the best hospital for my baby and me but there I was wrong. Firstly I wanted to feel the Baby Crawling towards the Breast which didn't happen when I had already mentioned this to my doctors beforehand infact I could barely touch my baby. Secondly when I was in their Post Operation Care room, literally I had to fight to the nurses that bring my child to me so that I can feed my child in The Golden Hour. All this while my husband was also struggling to see me and the baby. He couldn't touch or hold him until we both weren't shifted to the room and it was like 4-5 hours after the delivery and this was happening when my baby and I were completely healthy, no complications at all. After all this I thought now nothing could possibly go wrong or make us sad because now we three are together but there was one more challange waiting for us. I wanted to EBF my child since the moment he was born bcz in my prenatal breastfeeding classes the Lactation consultant who belongs to the same hospital used to tell that we always produce enough milk for the baby no matter via whatever mode we deliver the baby. So this was my mindset and I was very confident that I'm enough for my baby but after being constantly bullied by nurses for 2days that I'm not producing enough, I gave up and fed my baby with formula. Infact first day when I strictly said no to one nurse, she said if I don't give formula then baby's sugar will drop down and anything can happen to my baby. All this happened with us in a Maternity Hospital. Though the hospital was very well sanitized and clean. Also the food is good too. And lastly I want to mention about Nurse Mamta who was doing night shift there, she made night times little easier for me.

A good maternity hospital working in compliance with all the covid protocols. The counselling session by Ms Kaveri was something that confirmed our admission in this hospital. The hospitality, the efficiency of the nurses who were there at all times when needed and hygiene maintained at the hospital is commendable. I recommend Dr. Nidhi khera as gynaecologist who handled my pregnancy very well after so many complications . Safely i delivered a baby on time. After that there nursing staff is very nice who helped how to feed your baby. Mrs. Dhanwanti is best who always comes on time and reminds me to feed your baby. In all, a very good experience at Apollo Cradle, Moti Nagar.

I have a very positive feedback for Apollo cradle Moti Nagar . I am blessed with a baby girl on 23 nov 2022 in Apollo cradle via c-section. Stayed there for 3 nights and i was really amazed with the kind of services it provides. From my admission to discharge we didn't faced any issue. The staff is very cooperative, the feeding staff , cleaning staff , Nurses.. all were so professional and polite. With my personal experience i will definitely recommend it to others too. Plz book it without any hesitation.
