They provide Visa services for various countries. I found staffs are well mannered and energetic. They answered my queries and I was satisfied. While visiting this place kindly take care about car parking as in rush hour you can hardly find one, but yes, if you can find some parking space on road side, just opposite to this office. At this covid time, they also have hand sanitizers facility as well for customers. Best of luck.

Had a hands on experience, Rachna Singh was my agent responsible for my huge loss as my Australia tourist subclass visa 600 got cancelled. Had she read the terms and conditions properly and re-reviewed my documents again with the immigration website of Australia, things would have been otherwise. This was my first time and I was nervous too but the over confidence of her has let my major life decision on the edge because one refusal record in your passport becomes barrier for your anywhere next. It’s my fault too that I trusted this company and specially what Rachna claimed that she has expertise in. Despite I reminded her that there is a difference between Tourist visa and business visa, she didn’t take me seriously saying that she has done this so many times. OVER CONFIDENT and over smartness has cost me dearly. Words cannot explain !! Thank you for spoiling my crucial time, money and whatever issues i am facing still because of this refusal. Horrible, hopeless, over confident and they behave as if they know everything, My advise is please read the terms and conditions of any visa yourself and dont just blindly trust these people at all.

I had a great experience with this tour company. I booked an 11 day tour with my agent Eety in the Ahmedabad office. She created a personalized itinerary and added several days and flights to our trip. Everything went amazingly well from our driver to flights and hotels. Several options were given depending on your budget. Definitely check this site out for a consideration.

It started back in November when I initially started talking to Mr. Deepak about my visa to an Asian country and he guided me properly for the docs and requirements. My two friends visited him before me and the process was very easy for them. After 10 days I also visited and found it has a very helpful and polite dept. for costumers. He was asking for the details calmly and the conversation was amazing. Submitted on Saturday evening and got my visa on Wednesday. It was an SGP visa. Would recommend anyone who wants hassle free visa.

This tour's service office is present at east Patel nagar, nearby to Patel Nagar East metro stop on blue line. The office is present on third floor.

Disappointed - the travel agent had either no experience in dealing with families traveling or was completely out of touch with reality. I traveled alone with 2 kids (below the age of 8). First, we asked for a safari - we were offered to see a bird sanctuary; second, we paid for transportation with Innova - we were at almost last moment notified it would be a Suzuki, then after complaining, being assured it was Innova, on the day of departure we faced a Mahindra (still more comfortable than Suzuki); third, the agent did not verify/check our accommodation that was BELOW standard (room in the hotel was dirty, there were cockroaches in the room, the booking was supposed to be made for 3 persons and we were put in a simple double room, the geyser produced water barely enough to shower 2 kids at the same time, was not at all kids friendly); fourth, when the travel agent finally put up our programme for the trip, I saw a safari foreseen for both the morning and afternoon two days in a row - a safari of almost 4 hours twice a day two days in a row is sort of too much to bear for a 4 years old... Overall: if you know EXACTLY what you want to do and where, you might use their services. Otherwise I do not recommend.

Absolutely bonkers! these guys ask single adult financially independent women for a "letter from father or husband" to be allowed to travel! There is no such requirement from the embassy but these agents (it's not just jetsave) that have chosen to be the protectors of the patriarchy in such a shameless way! Absolutely terrible.
