The food as usual was fantastic What I really liked is the attitude of the staff and the manager. I had some issue in my order online, and it was a pickup order. On talking to the manager, she immediately sorted out the issue, personally took care to get my order packed and delivered to me. Wish all employees of other fast food chains and even KFC were like her. I forgot to ask her name, but will rate the manager 15 out of 10 points. Marvelous Service. I never give 5 stars, but this level of service, deserves a 5 star on the review.

Store is completely empty whenever you visit. Food is like same as every KFC store. Quality of chicken is gone down as there is a lot of oil . This store os particularly running by Zomato and swiggy. Open till 11 pm for customers but delivery is available till 2Am .

Best part is this outlet is situated on a walking distance from Metro Station (Patel Nagar). Got good ambience and sitting area. Usually crowded during weekends and special occasions. Place your order with cautious.

Was a good experience @kfc west patel nagar, took bucket of 681/- it was enough for 3 people with 3 Pepsi. But all the pieces were not equally good, there were some big breast pieces (fibre). General Advice - u can order small sets of different items, say smoky grilled chicken, wings, burger, etc.

They have improved a lot over time. Everything was fine. Hygiene and services all were fine. I did face an issue during order but it was due to server lag and hence I can't blame them.

Today I ordered from Patel Nagar KFC. The portion size was less, but it happens, but the chicken was smelling so bad. They gave me rotten chicken. The worst experience from kfc.

I ordered 5 burger meal it costed me around rs 1600 but i was disappointed by it's taste they were tasteless and the meat also didn't tasted well. Me and my friends was very disappointed with it also it was my birthday so basically it went bad... I don't know about their other chicken items may be they taste good but i would give you one suggestion that if a brand is famous for one particular thing you should only taste that in their restaurant and if you want something else it's better to buy from other restaurants.

I suggest the Order Status Screen should also be installed at the front section of the restaurant as otherwise the customer has to wait in front of the counter waiting for the order.

Ordered through Zomato. Most of the times this KFC is careless for online deliveries. They sent Stale, Hard and absolutely dry Chicken. 7 of 10 times the Quality of food sent by this particular KFC outlet is not good. Will never order again as have another choice of KFC outlet nearby.

The outlet has no hygiene standards at all. Flies, mosquitos and other types of insects are abundant. The tables are not cleaned routinely and it's very disgusting. I don't recommend eating here purely because of the horrendous hygiene. I couldn't eat my meal properly. However, I am still not giving a 1 star review because the ordering experience was exceptionally good due to the main person (unable to recall his name). The outlet also feeds leftover chicken and bones to a friendly cute dog outside the outlet which I felt was worth mentioning.

Highly Unprofessional Staff and an Understaffed Branch, There was a Huge line for people who wanted to order but there was only one cashier handling everyone whilst communicating with the kitchen staff , They Had some issue in the kitchen due to which they were not able to take orders for Signature Hot & Crispy chicken instead of Putting a sign for it or displaying it on the 4 Huge Menu TVs they had the cashier was busy informing each person, The Chicken popcorn i ordered were not freshly prepared and the spice coating was not uniform, one thing i loved about the outlet was that they had a Mute Employee, really loved that a global food chain is giving every deserving individual an opportunity regardless of challenges they face in their Life Hats off to Yum Foods or the Franchise owner

1.Air conditioning not upto mark. 2. Looks a little unclean . 3. I ordered veg zinger and chicken zinger meal and both of them were the worst i ever had . It was just buns and chicken ,, NO FLAVOUR. 👎 Always better to order through zomato !!

Good location, beside Patel nagar Metro station steps. On main road only. Taste is good and neat & tidy.

The food was same as that of any KFC outlet. This KFC outlet is very near to the Patel Nagar Metro Station. When we visited one table was emply and it was not cleaned. We requested them to clean it and they were quick to do it. This place was crowded when we visited. On weekends you would have to wait for up to 30 minutes. When i ordered the food, they were very quick to deliver my order. They gave it to me in just 3 minutes. However, the wash area and toilet was not clean. 3 out of 5 stars for the washroom.

Just like all the KFCs it will surely not disappoint. The staff here are very polite and professional. Their service is very fast and they also keep the place very clean. Also do try the Chizza if you haven't done it yet.

Excellent location right on the main road visible from the moving traffic. It's on first floor right under the metro station Patel Nagar. Good seating capacity. The wash room is neat and clean. It's a American chain present Pan India. The staff is polite and helpful. The food is tasty and delicious.

They are totally fraud…it’s been a week almost now I ordered there and did the payment through UPi online and the cashier guy told me it will be refunded back within 48hours…again I made the same payment to their private contact number and then they handed over my food…regularly I am following up their manager and only they have mentioned we have initiated your refund it will be now bank process so you will get it…they are not bothered for anything…only they know how to take double payments from the clients… Have done a complaint against you people not disclosing the names of three persons who were talking to me that time by today they will get to know how to work and never take double payment from anyone… Worst

Vegetarian options were almost non existent besides veg zinger burger. Also, drinks like mojito were not available in the menu. Zinger burger with tax costed around 400 for two people.

Pros (1) Superb Lonely Calm Environment. (2) Superb Ambience & Staff keeps the place well-maintained. Cons (1) They don't have their own parking space. - They should arrange the dedicated parking space for the customers who are coming with their own private vehicles.

Food is good but we get only 3 dips they used to give 4 Dips bucket is the best
