Worst experience one could ever have. I visited this hospital 3 times and never got to meet the Doctor. Whether you go directly or have any appointments, the receptionist will tell you that Dr. is 5 - 10 mins away. And that wait is never ending. Unprofessional Doctor and so the staff is. The way they make you wait (already suffering from something) is unbearable. Final word "USELESS CLINIC".

Glad to be here.We met Dr.Bhavani mam(Pediatrician) for our baby. She was very gentle and inspected the baby thoroughly with patience and explained all the details and medication clearly.

Doctor is Good , Only thing is at reception i was told to right a review and submit then and there itself to get a discount on consultation fees actually i feel they hiked consultation fees by 50 and once you review they reduce it to 50 this behaviour needs to change if you are confident to build your reputation by treatment and advise then this practice of forceful of submitting reviews should be removed .. Sir Dr Shyam please take a note of this ..apart from this your treatment is good

Very bad got a consultation for a general physician and was due for a follow up and when went and checked the doctor was only a emergency doctor not a regular at the particular clinic. And the receptionist is very arrogant who takes vitals of patients I.e bp temperature etc

I have been taking treatment here for my Hyperthyroidism for almost a year here with Dr Shyam Kalavapalli. I would definitely recommend him. He is friendly and listens to you and diagnoses well. Also I take my TSH blood test here every two months. You can get the report next day morning. I guess the fee is nominal.

I would say it is a complete Diabetic Care Clinic under one roof. Diabetic Doctor, Dietitian and Ophthalmologist, Lab Tests, and Pharmacy. I have been diabetic for the last 4 years. I have visited many other doctors before visiting this clinic and they used to increase my Table MG to get my Diabetes in control which went up to 1700mg per day. On my first visit to Idea Clinic, I was consulted by Dr. Shyam. He gave me good counseling and said we can control your diabetes with Diet and minimal Tablet. He gave me a normal 10mg Tablet and asked me to consult Dr. Gautam's dietitian in the same clinic. Dr. Gautam is a very good dietitian and with small changes in my diet, he has ensured to control my diabetes, and now it is in the normal range. The doctor and his assistant Miss. Prabha regularly monitored my food and Exercise activities and give suggestions required to keep my diabetes under control. It's been 3 months now and I can say I am very happy with their suggestion to reduce my tablet. Good control of my diet. My other health problems like Acidity is gone. Cholesterol is in control and BP is normal. I have recommended this clinic to my other friends, and they are happy with the service.

My mother got her saline infused with iron . Nurse injected very gently into nerve during insertion.I strongly recommend the clinic. Thank you for the cooperative and support behavior by the staff.

Doctor - Had an appointment for viral fever with doctor anil, he was late to the clinic so there was huge waiting. For each patient he took minimum 20 minutes (Unbelievable) Patients with 102/3 fever waiting outside to get consulted, babies waiting to get consulted, pathetic. Nurse/Assistance at Reception - 0 out of 100. Usha was incapable handling all patients alone with no help. No idea at all what she was doing. Improper time management. Late doctors. Unclean environment. Kondapur has become an area where these kind of hi-fi clinics with high consultation fees and fancy doctors all sit together with no ethics at all. I have not seen atleast 1 good experienced doctor with proper disciplined staff dedicated to patients. To Idea Clinics - Putting a tag of “Patient First” doesnt make it any better. Utterly waste clinic. Also. We had to walk out without getting consulted and no refund of consultation fee (550)

Sugar doctor refered to dietician which was 500 rs extra. Dietician was busy selling the 100 days plan for 15000 rs. Dietician office was on first floor. The first floor lobby felt unsafe as there were no people apart from us there waiting. Waste of money and time. Stay away.

I took appointment for Diabetes care at Idea Clinics. Dr Shyam was very helpful and took great care and effort in explaining the problem, root causes and treatment options available. He suggested lifestyle changes I need to make and how they can support me in reversing Diabetes. I also consulted Dr Gautam, nutrition expert who guided me on therapy that will reverse diabetes. He gave good suggestions on how to take diet , importance of weight loss abd role of exercise. Within 1 week of guidance from Idea doctors I can see positive changes in my weight, stress and health. My sugar levels came down significantly and could see positive changes in my energy level and mood. I recommend Idea clinics and Dr Shyam and Dr Gautam for effective treatment of Diabetes.

Please do not use the lab services of Idea Clinics. There are no trained person who can collect the sample .They are not sure about the lab test which doctor's prescribed In my scenario.. Doctor advised me a couple of tests but clicinic lab staff forgot to perform main test from prescribed test.I again went to lab to provide the lab sample.

Worst clinc ever. Doctor doesn't come on time and staff is also not bothered about your time and they just wants to earn money than treating patients.

Had 2 instances where I found the blood test rates are very high. Example: The dengu profile test cost 1800 in idea whereas the same test cost 1200 in Apollo Diagnosis. Similar rate difference found for lipid profile test as well. I have paid 300 for just pushing 3 injection by their receptionist Ravi Haveela Sony.

The lab tests are ridiculously expensive, they charge 2 to 3 times of the normal lab test cost. Better to go for consultation only and get the lab test done from outside.

This is best clinic for multi speciality purpose. Doctors visiting here are well know in city who also serves in big hospitals like Care. The best option in Sriramnagar colony with reasonable charges and just walking distance from home.
