Pediatric new receptionists are very rude and unprofessional on the phone and in person. After bringing my children here for 12 years I had to change and take them elsewhere because of their carelessness

Don't trust this clinic I was high risk pregnancy and I felt they didn't check on me correctly and I lost my baby at 5 1/2 months...

Don’t really have an issue scheduling an appointment for my son. The receptionist are okay, it’s a hit or miss when it comes to someone who actually likes their job. However Pediatrician Dr. Panem is an amazing Doctor! I would recommend her to anyone! She is super informative! She shows a lot of care in her work! She definitely knows what she’s talking about!

Worse dentist here, my mother went for an appointment and the dentist proceeded to cut her tongue not once but twice. Then my mother complained that she couldn't breathe well and they didn't care at all.

called to make a new patient appointment and the receptionist who was booking an appointment informed me because i have state insurance aka public assistance insurance, the office is going to need proof of address such as a bank statement and or a recent mail. i asked her if my state id was sufficient enough and she told me no. i also told them that i work with a doctors office and never heard of this that we dont even ask our patients for this type of document. she told me that its because they deal with the state etc and that my practice is private. this sounds a little sketchy so please dont even book anything here.

Tried to make an appointment with them. I was on hold for almost an hour before they disconnected my call. Really horrible service
