I'm typically not one to complain, but this establishment has gotten me to that point. If there were a zero star option , I would be the one to put it. Last "night" (around 12am), I ordered through doordash. Upon arrival of the stale food, it was not only cold, but also half cooked. The cheese wasn't even fully melted, meaning the burger wasn't proper temperature when placed onto the stale bun. After I took a bite of that nonsense, I reached for my "sprite" which was yellow and lacking carbonation. I'm glad I didn't finish my meal, because in fear of the same sickness my girlfriend now has, I will NEVER be ordering from this restaurant again.

I would like to thank the managers at this location for towing my car from their empty parking spot. It was m mistake leaving the car there for little over 30 min and therefore I have violated their tule for parking for up to 30 min. Thank you management for being so vigilant in enforcing your 30 min parking rules. I only wish you would be as vigilant with serving your customers as well. I will never repeat the same mistake of ever parking at any of your location ever again!!! $150 cost will be my reminder to never visit Wendy’s again

Honestly, throwing my money to this Wendy’s that’s right next to the police Station, across the DMV, is really something I should stop doing, because those staff that Wendy’s hire there believe that they are in the Dominican Republic and serve their customers as such, they have no respect at all for their customers and do not understand that we pay their salary every time we make a purchase there, to me it seems like they are doing us a favor even by serving us. I don’t think I am ever going back to Wendy’s again, whether it’s in Paterson or anywhere else, you can’t just hire anyone that’s walking on the streets without proper vetting.

This security Guy was bothering like 3 times my girl even after buying meal and anicecream

The person who was taking orders at the drive thru was so rude. Like she hated her job. Then they shoved 6 orders of food into 2 small paper bags. When I was checking the bag before pulling off they told me I had to move, i told them one of my fries were missing so they responded by saying I was lying. I gave yhem the bags and they took everything back out and realized I was telling the truth. Terrible service, terrible attitude just the worst Wendys location.

Hands down one of the worse Wendy’s! Seems like they only hire young rude females. They do not say thank you whatsoever. I ordered junior bacon cheeseburger light on the Mayo and you would of sworn I said extra Mayo with the amount that was oozing out the side. I’ve never had a good experience at this location!

I go here to get food at least once a week, and their service is good but their drive-thru is always very busy!

This drive thru is always so slow. I applied there before & thy were so rude. I see why they can't keep ppl. But it's location works.

Can't complain because I like the simplicity of the good flavor but its just usually packed since its next to the DMV and on Broadway. You might have to worry about a parking security putting a ticket on your car if you come to eat because they come down on people parking there to go to MVC instead. Other than that, it's a decent time. No bad experiences

The workers are Great. Then environment is pretty good. But the downside is that Wendy's corporate, not the franchise. But the corporation has removed fish options. Which means I got nothing to buy from there....

Less than attentive staff at all levels, order missing items, passcode on bathrooms which is fine but hold the "you have to be a customer" speech especially since you just rang me up 🙃 also panhandling in drive thru

This Wendy's is a very busy place. It is located directly across from PCC, Passaic County Community College and only a few blocks from downtown Paterson's Main Street. The food is always on point and the service is fine, nothing exceptional you know a pretty ordinary Wendy's. The only thing is the drive thru line can get long at times and inside can get a bit noisy but if you like a younger, college vibe and some quick grub Wendy's on Broadway in Patersons is a great option. French frie goodbye!

Food is always good. Not in a very inviting location but the employees make up for it with not only their attentive attitude but also their kind and helpful attitudes. Would definitely visit again for food if in the area.

Honestly one of the worst wendy's in service they give you attitude when they are wrong why advertise 6:30am when i am here at 630am and waited 20 mins for you to open and still didnt open and always nuggets are cold and always poor people outside begging for money im tired of it be more professional

Can't order anything from this place without it either being thrown together or completely wrong. I shouldn't have to travel 2 towns over to get good Wendy's. If you order more than one thing. Double check your food because it's likely messed up. They also pad their reviews.

Worst wendys ever. I was doing uber eats and i parked where i have to. I went to dmv building quickly to use restroom and when i came to get the delivery they towed my car. When i went to pick up my car charged me 300 even when i showed prove i was doing uber eats. I will never again go to that wendys.

Employees in Spanish verbally harassment tours me for no reason whats so ever I do not say anything to them and they look at me with so much hate. WENDYS should really look I. To this because if they continue to mock me for no reason I will press charges .

Waited 20 mins just to walk back out. Associates took care of there employees going on break before the customers. Then had us waiting till there food was done. Very rude as well. Better off going to route 46.

My kids and I love to hang out at Wendy’s, there food is much better than Macdonald’s. I discourage my kids from eating Macdonald’s. So Wendys is our spot.

Food is delicious, super cheap and the music is so relaxing amazing place also everything is clean. It's 5 stars for me thank you WENDY'S.

Worse service ever I just recently ordered online im a constant person who orders all the time from this location because it’s close to my house every time I order a baconator I receive so much ketchup and Mayo like if they throw a whole two bottles of both no napkins and no straws for my drink like at this point i might have to reach out to corporate

Anytime I come here I’m in line for at least 15-45 mins which doesn’t mean “fast food”. I came last night and my fries were not fresh, they tasted old but reheated. Then my nuggets were cold of course didn’t want to wait & request another. The only good thing was my strawberry lemonade :)

This is a nice restaurant but you guys should have professional managers one in the morning and one at night shift and the mangers should change the hours the workers should be awake from 6am to 12am only and the delivery driver should not deliver by midnight cause it's very dangerous at night so this Wendy restaurant should close at 12am if the managers approve with me, you guys need a big change for this restaurant.

Clean store. Very Friendly and polite workers. Food is good 97% of the time. Sometimes later in day can get very busy and take a while to get my order. When ordering for pickup sometimes you stand at the pickup counter and get ignored for several minutes before you're acknowledged by an employee which is frustrating but I'm used to it now. I know they are busy. I've had cracked eggs in my breakfast sandwich twice and was missing sandwich once but I got credit back thru the app. It happens I guess. Overall A- for this location.

Drive thru experience is horrific. Consistent wait time of over 30 minutes. If you can survive the wait, the customer service and food are generally very good.

This place is a busiest place. Be prepare for little longer wait in line or drive thru. Some of the staff are really good and sometimes I don't understand what they are saying due to language barrier, havey accents but at the end I make it work and get my order complete. Only reason I like this place now because of 4 for 4 deal. Other then that Wendys is becoming expensive.

I think they need improvement on their drive through some days it's to long and then ya don't feel like waiting. I'm in food service myself,im not impressed with the dive through at all.

Wendy's is Wendy's, as you may already know... This one can be backed up at night in the drive-thu! But, even inside when is seems busy, they handle business quick and effectively. One drawback, no inside seating as of 12/21. Hopefully the seating will come back after the COVID mess.
