Really great spot in Fair Lawn at a location that desperately needed a mainstay. River Road is home of a few noteworthy businesses, and only a handful are independent resturants. Juany's is a gem. Amazing food. Pleasant employees. Great service. The food comes out perfect each time. Treat yourself and enjoy a brunch here.

A beautiful small restaurant/bakery on busy street of Fairlawn, serving exceptionally tasty food. We went to Juany for Saturday lunch around noon. We got seats right away as it wasn’t busy at that point. There’s a small parking lot as well as street parking available (st parking free on weekends). Inside the restaurant, they check temperatures and make sure everyone have sanitized their hands. Each table is separated by curtain dividers for customer safety. Their menu have decent variety of items. We ordered chicken quesadilla, streak with eggs and shakshuka. Items came within few minutes. They serve all items in to-go containers. All items tasted extremely delicious, but the Shakshuka stole the show for me. It was one of the best I have had in a while. It was creamy, full of tomato jest, and some sprinkle of cheese with two sunny side eggs just made it heavenly. From now on, if I crave for Shakshuka, Juany would be where I’d go. The staff were really friendly and helpful. They made sure we are having an excellent dining experience. We were really excited to have found this restaurant as a brunch/lunch option. owners are super attentive and kind you can tell they are working hard and trying their best, food is super yummy. There is a wait time for food but the owner explained to us that everything is homemade and made by order they come in so it is understandable and unless you want the bad food that comes with quick service this place is def worth the wait. Everything tastes fresh and made with effort and care. Homemade/handmade chips were brought with the guac which was amazing. The homemade drinks were so good, the iced coffee is some of the best we’ve had and they accommodate to the sweetness level and all. Totally recommend this place to all. Very good brunch. Came here 2pm on a Saturday. They close at 3 and then reopen for dinner on Saturday, I didn’t realize but because we got the breakfasts the ice tea was $2 off which was good. The homemade hibiscus ice tea was amazing. The flavor was so good and it was not too sweet. They put strawberries in it which was a nice touch. And also gave us complimentary fruit cups!! The food was super high quality. The Mexican breakfast dish I got was delicious. The beans were amazing, the chorizo had a great flavor and was not spicy. Loved the grilled cheese and the tortillas they provide. Also had slices of avocado and I got scrambled eggs. My husband got the shrimp tacos which had a spicy sauce on it that he loves. And my friend got the hue is rancheros and also like it. The waitress was super nice. I love that they have outdoor tables. It’s a very casual and comfortable environment. One downside is they don’t have tap water. So you need to buy a bottle of water for 2.25 or one of the other drinks.

Came her for lunch during work. Parking was easy. Service was quick. We went for taco Tuesday and I ordered buffalo shrimp tacos. It came with 3 for 9.99. They were delicious! Not too spicy and very flavorful. All of the ingredients tasted fresh and the portion was perfect. No complaints at all.

This is one of the best restaurants in Bergen County. I have no idea how I never have to wait long to get here, but I hope not too many people find out about it! The food is incredible. You can taste the love and care they put into its preparation. Brunch is the norm here but I just had the dinner and it did not disappoint. Already planning my next visit.

Tried this place for a birthday brunch today. Just wow! Everything was super fresh and it’s not your run of the mill menu. Eclectic twists on traditional brunch items that were on point. The spicy shrimp with grits were exceptional. The staff was super attentive and knowledgeable.I will definitely be back!

First time trying Juany’s and we will definitely be coming back!! The staff was very nice and super quick with service. We ordered the fully loaded huevos rancheros, one with the pork and one with the spicy chicken and both were amazing!! The iced coffee was also some of the best I’ve ever had!

Food was outstanding. My coworkers and I ordered from here, and were extremely happy with all our dishes. I had the fish tacos and it was super fresh, portion size was more than adequate. We will definitely be ordering from here again.

Simply the most amazing hospitality and incredible food! All of us enjoyed our meals. Quick clean service, authentic flavorful dishes. Best brunch and lunch spot in NJ! Can't wait to go back.

Was looking for a late Saturday brunch and this looked highly rated. I get it. Cozy atmosphere, fast service, friendly staff...and the food! I don't usually post about beverages, but the fresh mint tea was so good. Ordered a strawberry, mango, pecan, feta, spinach salad in Dec and all the produce was incredibly fresh. And it was perfectly dressed with piping hot chicken. Breakfast tacos were filled with fluffy eggs and ripe avocado, and I don't know how they seasoned the beans but they were also exceptional. Would also rate the french fries as highly above average.
