The told me I need to have a tooth pulled under IV and oral surgery when I went to St. Joseph's Dental Clinic, they filled it in an hour fine! On top of that they told me last night that I could come in as a walk in today at 8:30am today because I have a dental emergency. I went there waited two hours to find out, "they would not see me, even tough they said they would." THey told me," they are over booked full (but there was not one person in the office.) Last year a Dr. Diamond at this (Clinton Health Center on PResidential Blvd) gave my teeth a cleaning and told me "Jill, you have no cavities), when I went to St. Joseph's yesterday they told me I had tons of cavities so Dr Diamond lied to me. Also, after he cleaned my teeth, I had pain like he put holes in them immediately after the cleaning and this is when the pain started. This mysterious Dr, DIamond is no where to be foundl

The people at the front desk are very unprofessional and hateful. Today is 10/14/15, and I have been going to this clinic since I was a baby. My mother was divorced and was left with three children, so naturally she took us to a clinic to get the health care we all needed. Today of all days, they were rude to me, denied me service, and degraded me on the phone with my mother. I asked one of the women to speak to my mother on the phone, to clarify why I am there and any issues they had that I could not answer. She took my phone and she put it facedown on her desk. As if to have my mother talking to herself. She joked about it with her friends, and laughed about it in my face. I hope she reads this and understands that her job is to help people and that she works in a clinic for a reason. You are not better than anyone, so please be a human and help another fellow human out -- someone who is experiencing pain with her teeth. I would never wish such hateful feelings on another human being. Just because you hate your job, doesn't mean you shouldn't act like a woman who doesn't care about the people begging for help in front of her. I will be taking my business elsewhere, and I advise everyone who reads this review to do the same.

The worst doctors ever I will not recommend ANYONE to go there the front staff is horrible RUDE an the lady in the billing office she has the most worst attitude ever very nasty an RUDE shes a Disgrace to that work Facility she should be fired .. The only people in that doctors office that's nice is DR.A an her nurse Quadirah. I wished DR.A an Quadirah worked in another facility I would definitely follow them. HORRIBLE! I went there last week and I just went for a drilling and a filling. At first everything was fine until a week later where I had excruciating pain in my tooth, the next day the pain had spread to my jaw and even tapping it hurt like crazy. Then I had to go to the hospital to get it checked out and there was an infection. I then had to have the tooth removed. Please, NEVER EVER visit this place, the dentist does not know what he is doing and the people who answer the phone never answer at all. Never go here it is not a good place.

Worst place ever . This is place is suppose to be to get the help needed . The lady’s at the front desk never fails are soo unprofessional. Every time I come here it’s like your invisible. I don’t know how they still have them working there . Unfortunately I have to attend here until I am able to get insurance. Very poor service

Let me say this OUTRIGHT: Save your money and go to Planned Parenthood. They will give you accurate information, and they won't waste your time. PCHC is a Federally Qualified Health Center, (FQHC) for short. This means that it is federally funded by the government to provide healthcare to people in the community. No one is turned away. I am starting with that explanation to make the following point: This clinic gets funded irrespective of the monies people pay to the clinic. What I am saying to you is that if they try to charge you over $40, walk out and go somewhere else. They are federally funded, and probably get reimbursed/paid based on the number of patients they see. The less patients they see, the less funding they get. Now, I was charged a total of $115 to see a doctor. JUST TO SEE A DOCTOR, not even for the actual service may I add. Bear in mind: The woman who takes the paperwork that you fill out CHANGED my income by hand (is this legal), on the paperwork. Also, when I spoke to the social worker, he said that and I quote "the next time you visit the center, we will charge you $115," so I asked if I will be charged $115 for the visit I was making, and he said "No." He said that "as a courtesy, they will charge me $23-33 for the visit." I'm quoting this so you now how razor sharp accurate I am with what went down. Prior to me visiting this facility (when I made an appointment), they said that the most I will pay is $40. I will tell you outright: Save your money and visit Planned Parenthood. The most Planned Parenthood will charge you is $75.00. SAVE YOUR MONEY. Secondly, the woman at the counter, who upon entering the clinic didn't even acknowledge me, now smirks in my face when I have to pay $115. Now she wants to be smiling in my face to see if I have the money. Okay, I have the money. Do yourselves a favor and go to Planned Parenthood. But, I got the last laugh because I got a ton of services done for my money's worth. I won't be specific, but I really have no need to go back to this clinic because I got everything taken care of in one visit. So, try to get as much checked out in your one visit so that you don't have to go back to this crummy clinic.

This place is poorly ran. No one ever answers the phones and whenever they do they always have an attitude whether it’s early morning or late afternoon, they hire nurses who are untrained on how to transfer calls and schedule appointments incorrectly. Your appointment time is never taken on time even if you come in earlier than your scheduled time.

I could honestly understand why most of the staff has an attitude. No one is ever on the same page and you have people doing way more then others. I’ve sat and watched a women lose her mind answering phone call after phone call and attending to patients who were also entering the facility while the other girl sat on face time with god knows who. I can totally understand why that would be frustrating and people don’t deserve to be put under that stress in a work place meant to assist others. I seriously believe this place should be reevaluated through out the entire staff. I literally only come here for the OBGYN because of Mrs Bell but i hear she retired and it honestly brakes my heart but this place needs serious evaluation. send a secret shopper or the big boss should just silently walk in and watch. it’s completely messed up in here. like its saddening to watch them work under this pressure there’s absolutely no reason one worker should be drowning in work while the younger one relaxes its insanity and its also disturbing to watch. i would use the word disgusting but i want to keep it formal. oh and calling to make an appointment forget about it you might as well show up as i have been for months. i respect their time and would love to make an appointment but they don’t respect their patients and would leave them on hold to point of no end

I have been taking my daughter to Dr. Brault since she was born August 2017. He has been so helpful with diagnosing and treating her eczema. I am extremely happy with how thorough and knowledgeable he is.

I took my children here and some of the nurses are so rude. The pediatricians are great, but the professionalism of the nurses is appalling.

Discrimination and poor treatment of the patient and problems communicating! I can only say that a doctor is good and treats his patients well.

I literally was on hold for 30 minutes just to get redirected to the adult clinic and when the lady answered I say "hi i need to make an appointment" she's like "okay let me redirect you". Then about 3 minutes later it hangs up. So I called back and a different person answered then I explained I was on hold for 30 mins and I just want to make an appointment. All this to find out I have to wait a month to see a doctor. Like Bruh 😒 but the lady that answered last was nice. 🤗 But still 😒😒 bruh
