I've been coming to this office since 2018. I had a good experience with the staff until my last visit. For some odd reason on my last visit I was treated horrible, the two ladies behind the desk were rude, disrespectful and very unprofessional. I am extremely disgusted by their behavior to the point that I will never go to their office again. After my horrible experience, I called to speak with the manager, they pretended to transfer the call but never did and maded seem like I was speaking with the manager. After I was done stating what had happened, they made fun of me and told they were the same people that had treated me poorly. I don't understand why people like that end up working at places where great customer service is required. Bad people, they should be ashamed of themselves.

Those attitudes when answering the phone are the worst, not letting people talk, it's not because it's Paterson but unfortunately we have the worst people in customer service

My daughter made an appointment to get an implant removed and she went to the appointment they made her wait more than an hour and then told her to leave because the machine to remove the implant was dirty and the person that cleans it didn’t have time to clean it. So they couldn’t tell her this before she went and wasted her time and she lost a day of work for this! Terrible people!

If I can give this place a ZERO I would!! Horrible customer service by Bethany A., has no phone etiquette, unprofessional, and even laughed during our conversation. She was very unhelpful. This is who speaks with patients on a daily? Please get new staff before you lose more patients. I will not be returning to this location.

Maybe they have updated the staff but these are some of the most helpful people I have met. Going early might also be the reason for there is less traffic. The doctors and nurses were careful with every patient making sure they felt comfortable. This can be a scary place for many people and I think the staff handled it well.

bad service, they said my appointment was a time and after they said another. The staff have a bad attention, very slow to attend the patient and always have problems there. Very bad experience and bad service I never go back. I dont know if they think that the service is free.

Hey hey! I gotta state that this was one of the most pleasant experience in an unpleasant circumstance. The entire time these beautiful people were calling me “baby” “sweety”. I’m sorry but I didn’t catch their names. I believe it was Sandra and tbh I loved the gyno. She really made me feel safe and comfortable. Everyone made me feel so attended to and I loved how they babied me. 🥺🖤. I’m definitely coming again. They even helped me out get heath insurance which I’m always so hesitant to apply. Everyone truly made this unpleasant experience a pleasant one. I really appreciate everyone who helped me today. I feel so loved.

This is after my first visit and the lady who I was seen by for my appointment was not a doctor but she dealt with all of my information for my first visit and she was so sweet to me. She would call me darling and sweet heart and treated me with a lot of attention. Maybe in the past there were rude people but it seems they are no longer here because the ladies at the desk were very professional to me and the nurse who say me was very understanding of my situation with my past obgyn and insurance issues and she helped me very much. Everyone I have met here so far are very helpful and attentive and kind. I am very glad to be coming here and I would recomend so far :)

I don’t know why this place has such bad reviews, I made an appointment because i was due to change my IUD everyone there was so nice specially the obgyn she explained everything and made me feel so comfortable

The staff are very kind and caring. They care for the patient professionally, discreetly and intellectually. The women at the front desk are especially wonderful! We are blessed to have all of them to care for us..

This is by far the worse medical office ive ever been too how you open at 9 but your employees come in at 930 why even give appointments before 10 if no one is going to be in

Every staff member is extremely helpful and considerate. I can’t thank all of the nurses enough. Yuri was especially helpful with my situation and found me the assistance I needed.

Staff are very nice. Everyone is very helpful they actually explain what you need to know, & place is always clean including restrooms

Terrible! I'm going to find out my process to remove my implant. I told the receptionist that I had a removal process in NY and that they couldn't because it was something more complicated and she still told me that there was no problem and she scheduled my appointment and told me that it would only cost me 120 dollars The next day when I go to my appointment they tell me that the value is 490 dollars and finally tell me that it could not be done because it was still very fresh from my previous attempt to remove it so why the receptionist said yes and scheduled me the appointment, they waste time and money for nothing and they don't even apologize and ignore it. In addition, the attention of the receptionist was super rude.
