It was my first time here"" my wife an I came here to go to my cousin's birthday party that was given at a studio here, that also rents out the space for different occasions. The place is clean secured an convenient. Parking right below the place. An if your shopping for food or whatever it's there also. Very convenient. So on that note, if I'm in the area an want to take in a movie or want to shop or pay Bill's I'll definitely stop by here again.

Just wanted to give you a peek at what was inside of our center city mall here at Paterson New Jersey. Every thing in life needs work maybe some day this mall can grow and be as big as garden state or willowbrook mall. Happy Ramadan to all of my Muslim brothers and sisters. May allah protect and guide you and keep your head in the right direction 🙏☪️

Basic Mall. Nothing to write home to mom about. It's been years since they added anything of note in here. I dont complain much because for ME it works. I use TD bank, they have one here. I use Tmobile, they have one here. I like movies, there a decent movie theater. I'm into fragrances and they have a shop for cologne and perfume. Basic but sufficient for me

The escalators and elevators usually are out of service, which is a safety concern. You have to walk steep and crooked sidewalks to get into the mall. People with ambulation issues, people with strollers and baby carriages are at a disadvantage. Fix the darn elevators and escalators!!!!! People work across the street from the mall and are parking there. You should keep the escalators and elevators running so that people could safely get in and out. The shopping centers and restaurants are good.

The place has a decent amount of stores but most of the time it is pretty empty. Also, I have saw homeless people inside. Overall, it is a nice place and have veyr affordable prizes. Pricerite has the lowest prizes in the market. There is also Marshalls and Burlington. Moreover, the Fabian Cinema offers great deals on Tuesdays. Also, they offer free parking if you buy from their stores and it is easy to park in the place just keep your receipt.

Honestly saddest "mall" if you can really call it that. Not a lot to choose from to shop or eat plus unless you purchase something you have to pay for parking. Better off going to Wayne

My next door mall. Love the Burlington and Marshall's there. Fully stocked with a variety of choices with pocket friendly prices. Shopping for suitcases ready to go to Africa.

I found a few good deals at Burlington & Marshall’s. Price Rite is cheap too, but doesn’t carry many brands. There’s a few beauty supply shops & an IHOP. I’m not sure how the movie theater or PC arcade are still in business…they’re surrounded by tons of empty storefronts. The architecture is actually quite nice, they should fix this place up.

Aside from the parking which took a long time to find a parking spot it was very convenient to where I had to go

One of my favourite malls downtown Paterson. A variety of goods for the household as well as clothing with excellent prices

They should bring in a chik fil a into this mall, they alone will bring in a lot of customers into the mall, then add like a Spencer’s, hot topic and fye to really bring in more flow. The mall needs more things to attack people and theythat would help

This place is terrible. Homeless people getting hi in the bathrooms and begging for change at every door. Stores are a joke and smells like garbage.

Center City Mall. Ok the Cornor Store has one of the best coffee machines ever. It grinds the beans in front of you, you pick type and strength of coffee mmm mmm delicious. The pizza joint on the second floor is also amazing, Pies for 6 bucks ...yes fam only $6.00. and it's decent. And lastly, I would like to point out the deli on the first floor when you first walk in from the front. Their menu is outstanding, they make just about anything, breakfast or lunchwise and they are always busy because of the court house being located just across the street.

Not one of the biggest mall I've been to. However, it was clean and had quite a few stores. Plus, there is a underground parking in which you can get a fare exemption depending on how much you send within the mall

Great mall in town. Some store fronts still not filled

  • 3/5 Aurora L. 1 year ago on Google
It’s a little more busy now that it has the big name brand stores but it looks like the management of the mall itself doesn’t really care about it.. it’s pretty sad

The only good thing about this place is Marshall's and Burlington! Besides that 🤢! Elevators are always out of service (safety concern), homeless hangout, and bathrooms 🤮! Driving in people are just walking in and out where cars are supposed to be driving, skateboarders, etc!

Excellent. We ate at IHop, great waiter, and the even better. Got candy at the candy store. Then we went to the movies. All-around good night.

The mall is pretty useful. It has a super market , hardware store, theater, Energy resources center , pse&g, IHOP, Marshall, Phone stores , now they about to open a Burlington factory , I hope maybe a Chick fil la can open or a MacDonalds.

Today was a visit to Marshall's by member invite email. I made several purchases, very few shoppers this morn (8:30am). Very good shopping experience. Glad I accepted that invitation. Thank you.😄😄😄

The mall is expansive, considering it's in the middle of downtown Paterson. A lot stores are not open. The parking system is not efficient. One person working behind desk to validate ticket. Receive ticket and the exiting machine does not. Pressing the help button no intercom. We were assisted by a parking attendant who had to take the ticket to desk to receive a new one, that took another 8 minutes while cars are backing up. Need to really work on this problem. The stop light when exiting is green for about 15 seconds. Only 3 cars at time can leave. They have a lot of bugs to get out of the system, if the want buisness.

Price Rite is very inexpensive, the inner city mall. The mall elevator & escalator is always broken.

I come to this mall when I need something because it is only a small mall. I gave a generous rating because I was in this mall to get clothes but they didnt have any so I left. That took 5 minutes. For parking, there is a 15 minute grace period. I still jad to pay.

It's pretty good mall filled with stores but some of the elevators weren't working

This started out great years ago but has steadily and rapidly declined, stopped in yesterday and before I started to shop I wanted to use the bathroom only to find the public restroom locked and was refused access by mall security.

This is a nice “hood” mall if you get what I mean. The street in front of its Main Street had so many stores down the entire street. You can find ANYTHING.
