The
Art
Factory
truly
gave
us
the
ambiance
and
atmosphere
we
envisioned
for
our
day.
Our
guests
told
us
it
felt
like
a
movie
and
our
reception
was
an
incredible
party
atmosphere.
However,
I
would
NOT
recommend
The
Art
Factory
to
other
couples.
They
are
not
communicative
throughout
the
planning
process,
even
days
leading
up
to
your
wedding.
My
day-of
coordinator
(unaffiliated
with
AF)
and
I
had
to
provide
numerous
follow
ups
to
get
responses
in
Basecamp.
Art
Factory
did
not
execute
my
vision
from
the
1
custom
decor
piece
they
promised
to
the
general
decor
I
requested
based
on
their
own
reference
photos.
Luckily
my
guests
had
no
idea,
but
we
paid
$12,000
for
the
space
and
decor
only,
which
is
a
lot
of
money
for
so
many
misses.
We
had
a
virtual
walkthrough,
in
person
walkthrough,
plus
a
thorough
document
I
put
together
outlining
the
floor
plan
and
decor
needs,
and
yet
they
still
didn’t
deliver.
The
part
I
was
most
upset
about
is
that
we
repeatedly
asked
if
there
was
anything
else
happening
on-site
on
our
wedding
day
and
they
confirmed
it
was
only
us
days
before
our
wedding.
I
was
shocked
to
find
a
whole
film
crew
outside
my
bridal
suite.
The
filming
prevented
us
from
taking
photos
in
our
planned
locations,
including
the
main
courtyard.
AF
knew
we
were
planning
to
do
photos
there
per
our
event
schedule
and
meetings.
Lastly,
the
owners
will
not
take
care
of
you.
David
greeted
me
when
I
arrived
on
our
wedding
day,
but
no
one
checked
in
or
said
goodbye
once
the
event
started.
I
have
no
idea
if
any
members
of
AF
were
there
during
our
wedding.
Overall,
the
owners
will
not
take
care
of
you
and
they
pay
for
most
of
their
5
star
reviews
on
Google.
If
it
weren’t
for
our
DOC,
the
day
would’ve
been
ruined
by
AF.
There
were
many
more
misses
by
AF,
but
my
DOC
was
able
to
resolve
them.
UPDATE:
Yes,
Art
Factory
is
correct
in
their
response
that
I
inquired
about
a
potential
surprise
birthday
party
for
my
husband,
but
this
is
unrelated
to
my
review.
All
of
my
wedding
vendor
reviews
were
posted
the
same
day
when
I
had
an
opportunity
to
thoroughly
write
them.
I
am
in
no
way
upset
with
Art
Factory
that
they
would
not
allow
me
to
book
a
space
in
advance;
simply
after
talking
with
my
husband,
he
changed
his
mind
on
wanting
a
(big)
party.
I
would've
posted
this
review
either
way
because
it
is
true.
Yes,
the
Art
Factory
space
as
a
whole
gives
a
beautiful
and
unique
ambiance,
which
is
why
couples
book
with
them
for
their
wedding,
but
Art
Factory
didn't
execute
our
decor
properly
from
our
outdoor
layout,
to
the
ceremony
pews,
to
the
frame
display,
to
the
correct
bars,
and
more.
For
$12,000
it
is
upsetting
that
we
didn't
feel
that
we
got
what
we
paid
for
and
what
we
agreed
upon
in
our
meetings
with
the
Art
Factory
staff.
Would
I
recommend
that
others
book
Art
Factory
for
their
once-in-a-lifetime
wedding,
ABSOLUTELY
NOT.
Would
I
recommend
using
the
space
for
a
small
gathering
of
<40
people
for
a
birthday
party
with
no
decor
needs.
Sure,
take
advantage
of
your
"lifetime
membership"
and
for
an
event
that's
not
high
stake
with
nearly
200
guests.
My
husband's
birthday
is
not
until
December,
so
the
fact
that
Art
Factory
would
post
our
private
conversation
regarding
SURPRISE
potential
plans
is
terrible.
I
hope
my
husband
doesn't
see
this.
