The ring I decided on was $270 and she offered it to me for $250 without me even asking which was super nice of her as well. I love the ring and loved the customer service. The man who works there is polite and helpful and patient. Although their store is smaller than the mega jewellery store next door, I found their pieces to be more suited to my taste. I think we can agree that most of the jewelry stores in the Paterson/Clifton area have a similar selection. However, I think Paradise has the largest and best options! One of the things I liked is they have some modern looking pieces but still have the traditional jewelry. Their new location is beautiful and the assortment is stunning! I find the prices to be fair and unbeatable for 21k. The real standout for me are the owners, Wala and Mohammed. They are both unbelievably nice and have the patience of a saint. Even when I was indecisive or asked to try on several things before selecting my pieces, they were happy to do so. This is what will keep me coming back. They are both truly such a pleasure!

The customer service was very bad and the girls there don't know how to talk to their customers. They gave off major attitude and made me feel unwelcome from the moment I walked through the door. Furthermore, the jewelry store played around with the prices a lot, which was a huge turn-off. I felt like I was being taken advantage of, and it left a bad taste in my mouth. I was truly disappointed with my experience here and can honestly say that I will never be returning. In summary, if you're looking for a jewelry store with excellent customer service and fair prices, I would not recommend this place. The girls there need to work on their customer service skills, and the store as a whole needs to be more transparent with their pricing. Save yourself the disappointment and go elsewhere.

The two times I've been here so far, the workers have been phenomenal. My mom had liked a set the first time we went but couldn't get it then. Paradise Jewelry truly lives up to its name and is in fact a paradise in comparison. The girl that helped me was friendly, courteous, and displayed considerable patience as I tried on several pieces until I made a final decision. Their prices fair, and their selection has a beautiful combination of traditional AND modern pieces to appease everyone’s style. Not even sure where to start when it comes to paradise jewelry, one of the best sales experiences I’ve ever had! They have a beautiful, young girl named Nagham. She was a doll, understood what I was looking for and I appreciated her opinion because she showed me pieces I’ve never seen before and was better than what I was initially looking for.
