    Whatever staff is there needs to be FIRED ASAP. I've been trying to get my childs benefits restored for the past couple of weeks. It keeps saying one person is a head of me then it goes to the automatic message saying a high volume of calls which is b.s. This makes no since and they need to be reported ASAP!!!!

    If I can give 0 stars, I WOULD!!! This place is the worst! You will be caller #3 & in a few seconds, "due to the high volume of calls right now we can not answer your call at this moment" .. leave a voicemail, no one EVER calls you back. no matter what time you call, NO ONE WILL ANSWER.

    Every time you call them, they refuse to pick up, whenever you fax them, they say they didn't get your form. I overheard to girls in their office talking about a mother crying on the phone about not having formula for her baby, one of the girls said "she wanted to tell the mom I guess you baby is going to starve. Seriously? How evil are these people?!

    This is ridiculous I been calling over a week leaving messages etc. not one person has tried contacting me!!! This seriously needs to be reported immediately, speaking to the staff is also pointless because each one of them give attitudes or lie about calling back I would like to speak to management.

    HORRIBLE I HAVE BEEN CALLING THE PAST 2 MONTHS AND THEY DONT ANSWER THE PHONE I LOST MY BENEFITS FOR MY CHILD BEACUSE THEY DONT ANSWER THE PHONE AND WHEN I LEAVE A MESSAGE TO GET A CALL BACK NO ONE CALLS ME BACK HORRIBLE HORRIBLE

    It was fast. First of all you have to call to a number that is in the wall and they ask you, the purpose of your visit. Then , after t minutes o so they bring what you need. No bathroom available, no chain to sit, but the rest is ok

    These people are very careless, and they don’t care about your kids. Their customer service is very unprofessional and very rude. And they speak too fast to you and they try to hang up the phone so many times. they will not allow you to ask any questions. Terrible and careless people.

    They are terrible and they don't care about your infants or kids whatsoever. They are very rude and mean. And every time you ask them a question they would always avoid answering your questions they are so mean and rude.

    I never had an issue with calling NOW I call at exactly 8AM or even a couple minutes after and it keeps saying “Wic is closed” after 45 mins it finally rings but it says I’m the only caller yet it still gives me the “unfortunately due to high calls…” like HOW SMH it’s ridiculous.

    If I can give 0 I would I have been calling for 3 weeks now to get my benefits restored never deposited no Answer I am caller 1 and says to many callers I have left multiple voicemail no return call so ridiculous

    I haven't been able to make an appointment after an hour of waiting on the phone, the person on the other line hung up the phone. I called again to wait 45 mins to get the phone hung up on me again. I live in paterson but Am I able to call any other wic outside of paterson?

    It's stupid that they don't pick up I've been on the phone waiting for 30 minutes. I was caller number 8 and after 30 minutes it said I was number 1 they just hung up they didn't even talk they just hung up on me I called back and now I'm caller number 11 it's so stupid that they have a bad service they should pick up fast and at least say something instead of just letting you wait so long. Horrible horrible phone service

    Great program! They are very resourceful and can help you and your family find resources in the community. I just wish they were located in a building with a more accessible entrance and a parking lot.

    Great staff! Always friendly and accommodating! The bathroom stalls however have no room to fit your stroller and I'm not comfortable leaving baby outside while I use the toilet.

    The people are always very helpful and nice especially the lactation Counselors. Even though it can take a while to be processed I feel I always get the help I need and info I needed although its never in and out. One thing I definitely think the parking is horrible.

    What terrible service, I've been calling for a week, I leave a message and they don't call me back, when I'm on call 1 in line they tell me that they are very saturated, with calls I don't understand why this staff doesn't do their job well.
