Let me start off by saying that I have stuck to this doctor for four years for the simple fact that he was the doctor at the hospital to check my newborn after birth and was referred by my OBGYN. I dealt with the hours of waiting while having appointments, decline in bedside manners and lots of mom shaming for the way I do things and the way I view things. He tends to walk in and automatically tell me my kid is fine without hearing me out at all and the minute I talk I get cut off with his own questions which I don’t appreciate. I rarely get any solutions and the same way I walk in is the same way I walk out. Constantly disappointed. Some of the stuff he saids makes me feel uncomfortable and makes me constantly feel like I’m doing everything wrong. Highly judgmental. His secretaries have gotten better because non of the old ones are left (thankgod). The real pro with this office is that they’ll take my kid without an appointment and never turned me away. But at this point; I will be looking into another doctor with better bedside manners.

This doctor is horrible. I agree with all the people who left a one Star ⭐️. You would have to beg him to get a referral to go to hospital and get treatment. You can be suffering in front of him and yet he wouldnt give you any referral to go to the hospital to get treated. Such a horrible doctor. If you dont care about your health, then go get treated by zaina. Also, it takes you hours to see him even if you have an appointment. Worst doctor and worst staff in NEW JERSEY.

worst service ever especially those who answer phone calls. you are calling them to take an appointment or for an emergency, they keep you on hold for 45 minutes. you hang up and call again, you are on hold for another 30 minutes. rude staff , unprofessional and I agree with everyone who left a one star.

So unprofessional also referred me to a two star doctor for surgery will never come back here ever again disgusting.

I went to the doctor's clinic today to get the allergy shot. They made me wait for an hour and I booked my appointment two weeks ago to tell me that they did not have the vaccine, but they gave it to me after they heard my complaint to them there, but the shock is that they started searching on Google to find out information about the shot and this is what scared me. I do not recommend this doctor at all.

Dr Zina is one of the best Drs I seen . He cares and take his time with his patients. The problem is with the stuff , he need to hire better stuff. Usually they answer the phone and tell you hold and they never come back to the line. But I give him 5 stars due to his behavior and caring.

Dr. Samir is a caring professional, and highly recommend. True he is sometimes busy, and u don’t get to spend time with him as you had wished, but his assistant is also professional and caring and he takes care of you. So you get to see to Doctors at once. I’ve always had a good experience and the help I needed from the secretary as well. The office can always improve with scheduling reminders vis text messages and try to cut patients waiting time. A goal of less than 2 hours in and out is a start. A great Dr visit would be an hour in and out.

Worst doctors office appt was at 2:00pm and I’ve been waiting for an hour for so called pts that was ahead of me, 2 people that walked in after me was called in first and I honestly think they are doing this out of spite and that why I will never return to this distinctional doctors office again

Every time I try calling this office the staff just puts you on hold immediately for a long time and then they hang up. I have to call at least 5 times before I can talk to someone. Really bad costumer service

Been my daughters Isla doctor since the day she was born. Now he's my whole family's. He's the best in the world!!! If you don't like an honest straight up doctor then he's not for you. He comes off tough but he needs to be. Great experience and just amazing. I don't know what everyone is complaining about...this guy is the best

Dr zaina and his assistants are very professional and caring and very organized. Any advice he gives to his patients is for their well being some people take it offensive but he's just looking out and only wants the best for his patients some people don't like to hear the truth and if that's the case then he is not the doctor for you ... If you want the best the truth and honesty then DR Zaina is the doctor for you . I recommended him to lots of people I know . And trust me when I say I am very picky with doctors one error or makes me feel uncomfortable I change and report them immediately. Dr. Zaina Samir is #1 for my family .... Thank you doctor zaina .

BEST DOCTOR EVER ❤️ I’ve been suffering from an uncontrolled hypothyroidism for 10 years now .. I have been to so many doctors more than 10 some of them are specialists!!and yet no one could treat it to get my TSH level to at least 20 it was always through the roof … I go to doctor Zeina and he treats it in less than 2 months !! Now my TSH level is 4.8 and going down ❤️ Thank you doctor Zeina for everything that you do for your patients you really go up and beyond for them ..

The most bad service of medical I ever seen, doesn’t respect patient time nor come to ofgice on time, patient waiting every time more than 2 hours to be seen I’m not recommended this Dr at all fir any one respects himself
