The most unprofessional place! The doctors are so unpunctual, and the staff (medical assistants) have no idea what they’re doing. I had an appoint for my child’s physical and to update her immunization records and they informed me that she was up to date. To later find out by my child’s school nurse that she was missing FOUR shots! Definitely changing doctors !

They scheduled my appointment for 11:30 am , I arrived 20 minutes early. They took care of my child by 12:30 pm (exactly one hour later ). Extremely bad coordination and so little consideration for their own customers time. Do not recommend

I liked it before, but about a year ago the attention is very bad, the girls at the front desk are very rude and unwilling to do their job, the last straw was that I asked them for water and they said they don't have any, like in a medical place or even There will be water for the patients. Definitely disappointed

If you have hours to spare for waiting to see the doctor, then this is the place to go. We were still in a pandemic last time I checked…. Stil, there’s more than 30 people in the waiting room, & some are mask less…so I chose wait in the hall with my child. Not wearing a mask is just irresponsible, especially for the adults! Meanwhile my scheduled appointment is 3:30 I got here 15 minutes earlier and there’s still at least 20 patients ahead of me..their scheduling system is an inconvenience. This my absolute last time at this office!

The doctors are good, but the girls who treat them are rude.

Some of the staff can be so rude. Doctor is fine but not that great for me to put up with the rudeness of the others. These girls are getting paid and some act like they have a stick up their %^#%. These girls have a lot to learn about manners. Yes and of course I will not be taking my children to this office ever again.

The doctors are awesome. Can't say the same for the rest of the staff. Those women that work the desk are not friendly most times rude and try calling them on the phone...only if you want to hold until they hang up or they give you the wrong info. If it wasn't for the docs I wouldn't come here.

Almost three hours waiting for the doctor to see the baby and the very unprofessional employees, all of them and especially the one at the window, should have a little more education and treat people better.

Worst Pediatric office ever! Appointment was for 1:15pm . It is now 3pm and my son hasn't been even called in for his vitals. They have two clipboards one for non appointments and the other for scheduled Appointments. There was a lady who signed in on the non appoint clipboard and she went in before me. I had an appoint schedule in advanced. Went to the window to ask how much longer to be asked "You still here" you have 2 more ahead of you!!! I'm so over it. Truly disgusting and unprofessional !!!! Definately looking for a new pediatrician!!!!!!!

There is nothing more, the doctors save a bit but then they are all idiots (without professionalism or empathy) they give half information and only one disorganization

Doctors are the best , but the receptionists in the front makes you not want to even get your child checked out.

According to Julia on the second floor they will not see my kids without a mask and I can’t talk to the doctor over the phone because she doesn’t take calls. Therefore if I want to speak to the doctor I will have to come in with a mask. But it’s about healthy right ? 😭 the control they want to have over people is ridiculous.

Not my type of service, too crowded waited for over two hours and when finally was seen by the doctor there was no privacy for my daughter didn’t like it or felt comfortable

Mrs. Mejia is really excellent, but the girls at the reception think that one is going to order there, they want to treat people very badly, they are rude and they only have their heads down using their cell phone, they really offer very bad service 😡😡😡 😡
