They used to only be pediatrics, but now they are seeing adults too. Also, they over book appointments. Be prepared to wait more than an hour even though you have an appointment. First and last time I bring my children here.

The doctors and staff are nice enough but the wait times are ridiculous. Trying to get an appointment is difficult because their answering service is terrible. Even with an appointment you can expect to be there for 3 hours. We usually go to the North Bergen location but the time spent there waiting is relatively long as well. I made a telemedicine appt for my very sick infant for 2:15pm and was never contacted. Rescheduled for the next day, only for them to call at 6:30. I missed the call but that late of a call is unacceptable. They obviously overbook patient visits and don’t respect your time or the welfare of your sick children.

Honestly the office is a nice office, but the wait time is freaking ridiculous and the staff can be better at being prompt and attentive . I called ahead of my appointment to see if I can come in early and they said yes because there was no one in the rooms. Why I get they and a whole hour go past , didn’t see the doctor ? They put me in the back because my child is sick (which I get ) but why not alert the doctor that I was there ? Instead I go to open the door the find the office filled and he’s assisting the other rooms as if I wasn’t the FIRST one there ! Completely over it

Had to get a last minute appointment to get a clearance for a procedure for my son. first time to that location although been with Riverside for years. We were in at the very end of their day and sure all was extremely exhausted but equally they were all nice, accommodating and pleasant. The place was nice and clean as well. Dr. Nadia was so nice and very knowledgeable. Strongly recommend this location.

Where to begin? I've been here 3 times with my Mom and it never fails. Ever visit is a long wait, over 3 hours. Forget about calling, they are some of the rudest people in the front. So far, only one person has been nice. If she is not there, forget it. This is an extremely unprofessional clinic compared to Ridgewood or Secaucus. The head office need to check in on their locations to see if they are keeping up to standard. I'm moving my Mom to somewhere else.

I would definitely recommend this office to everyone. They are very professional and treat me like I’m family. Love all their staff.

The worst experience at this branch. Our appt was at 9am and 10:15 still waiting. The waiting room was filled with patients, another parent tells us “ this isn’t bad, last week was worse”. If you have nothing else to do for the day then I’d recommend this branch. As for us, never again.

They took over Dr. nathen office and I hate everything about m! It’s always a problem. They never have appointments! They always trying to send you some where else! Why every time my kids sick I got to take them to the er if they have a doctor! Every time you do go they have different workers!
