Drs Hassanein & De La Cruz are fantastic physicians but their is a MAJOR disconnect with the office staff. Authorizations are hardly ever competed in a timely fashion and if you call and are placed on hold you could be on hold for up to 30 minutes at a time UNLESS you hang up and call back multiple times. The office isn’t that big or that busy for there to be such a discombobulated communication system.

The worst staff you could possibly deal with. Forget being “unprofessional”, they don’t know how to do something as simple as sending an email or fax. I’ve been on the phone with them for 3 days now asking them to send my records to another doctor and even after being on the phone with them for over an hour, they didn’t do anything. I don’t know how these people are allowed to work in a medical office, they don’t know ANYTHING.

I had to wait for 3 hours to see the doctor while the people that came after me get to see the doctor. Those people didn’t even have an appointment. When I ask them why they don’t call me, they said that they did when they didn’t. I told the doctor about how his staff are so rude, he started arguing with me. Also, the doctor keeps on giving the same old medicine even after looking at the blood work results and saying that I don’t have that illness anymore

This has to be the most unprofessional office I have ever visited! Their unprofessionalism and lack of organization is disgusting. The staff is rude and the Dr. is worst! He does not review test results before writing scripts which causes the patient to return back and pay each time. I have never had such a horrid experience.

Whoever says the staff of nurses at this doctors office is professional it must be their friends writing the review because from them arguing with each other about what patients goes not to one nurse pushing her own friends to the back ahead of many other clients that are waiting their turn just like everyone else. I get it your in the inner city but to be fair it's and order that has to be upheld and done. Someone who is waiting shouldn't have to wait over two plus hours to see a doctor only to have a friend of a nurse pushed ahead without even waiting that long.

I Love the doctors and staff here. They are consistantly working hard to provide efficient service to all there patients. The doctors listen your needs. The nurses are patient with you, even after dealing with so many people through out the day. Referrals are given promptly.

they are all a problem except Yajaira is a dirty office the bathroom is an aquerosida when it enters please in times of pandemics there is no hygiene they live talking about everything they do and do not do, without any respect health does not go in to check impecion nothing take letter in this the city and such good doctors but they are careful in hygiene it seems that it was from homeless people without any consideration

Worst place to go!! I had this doctors and I changed it the staff is so rude and unprofessional the girls that work there always are so nasty talking to patience and there is one guy the is bold and he works there too he talk to me so nasty I told him off and changed doctors!! Please if you think of choosing this doctors don’t you will regret it take my advice! And I will be reporting this office I take it real serious!!!
