I'm a trends fan but I won't suggest it for party wear or ethnics. Casual tops are available from 500Rs. One thing I like about Trends is that we'll get the the correct size if there is stock. No need of any alterations. Women's collection is better than Men's. Kids wear is also cool especially for girls. Customer service is good and well maintained.

I recently visited your shop and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The shop was far from clean and tidy, especially the trial room. To make matters worse, the staff seemed more interested in casual conversations, even in the corridor and at the billing section, rather than attending to customers. When I finally made it to the payment counter, they completely ignored my presence, absorbed in their discussions. After an extensive search, I found a dress I liked and attempted to pay for it, only to be told that the product was not in the system due to a lack of product updates. This entire ordeal left me feeling disrespected and frustrated, as it wasted a significant amount of my valuable time. I hope can improve its customer service and cleanliness for a better shopping experience in the future. Thankyou

It was raining really badly so we decided to go shopping here and it was a good experience even though the power was out. Monsoon season is the best season!

Very bad experience, and this is my third worst experience in trends in Pathanamthitta, selected a dress and at the time of billing they said to me "come after 2 days for that purchase, it's not in the system". They are not even considering the customer's time and appreciation and giving the customers a hard time.

Very poor custumer service sales man didn't look if a custumer come and they didn't ask what you want i ask a sales man about my shirt size and he tell to me you check the shirt size and take the shirt and select size then why this sales man need this shop didn't expect this type of poor custumer service from reliance trends
