Himalaya Bakers recently, they have opened 2nd outlet on Dalhousie Road, both of the shops with the experience is elevated by their impeccable self-service dining setup. I guess one of the best bakery in the area. Lots of food to eat and dine in facility is also available. Pure hygienic place and friendly staff. Variety of cakes available and also photo printed cakes available on demand. The thing I like the most is pastries and fruit beer specially mint fruit beer. A must visit place if u want to have healthy hygienic and best quality snacks sweets and cakes. A little bit of parking space is also available nearby the shop. Thumbs up for this place. 👍👍

One of the best bakeries (for orders and takeaways) in Pathankot but very poor dining-in facility. Was served a Rs 150 mud cake slice in a 1Rs paper plate. And the staff had no idea how to heat it properly. They can at least serve their food in ceramic cutlery. Hot coffee (Rs 50) was just brewed milk in a cheap paper cup. Upon complaining, the worker simply added more choco powder on top. Worst dine in experience. I will spend my money elsewhere.

Though it's one of the oldest bakery of Pathankot but their online service is very bad. I have placed order from Zomato for a Fruit cake and what I have received is not even worth what they have charged. It seems they packed it in hurry. Without thinking that at the end it will be going to a customer not to a robot. Atleast online delivery dhang se dekho, I have specially called them and requested to put the tag (Happy Anniversary) on the cake but they delivered without it.

In general some of the items are good like cakes and bakery. But the pizza I ordered was trash. It was Rs 400 and it was dipped in tomato ketchup with very little cheese and topping. See the photo. Also hard base. Never order pizza from here.

I try Himalaya baker second time aur I ordered ‘Bombay bada pao”. When i eat the pai is spoiled … check out your service .first time also i complain about french fries but again i get spioiled item.

A good reasonable bakery. Can get all types of chocolates, cakes, cookies any time. As the location is on the main road parking may be an issue at times but generally can be found.

Me & Our group was a regular customers to this bakery.Many time we ordered cakes for birthday and anniversary.Also we ordered tea share for official purpose. But my observation here the staff is very arrogant also who sitting on counter. They don't know how attend customer no politeness for customer's. They are only making money no respect for customer . They need to learn how to respect the customer and how to notice the suggestion from customer . Hope I will not visit this place next time.

I ordered dry cake via zomato and they had torn the manufacturing and expiry slips from the box. How will a person know if the product is even edible and even if it was the seller should not have torn it. Not expected from a brand name that is famous in the city. I bought first and last time from this place.

I ordered a designer cake. The look was good but the taste sucks. They need to learn to bake cakes even a home made cake tastes better than these.

This is what happened to their 3 tier cake on the reception day. No full sticks inside the cake caused it to crash on the table. Very bad experience not recommended for your auspicious day.

Yesterday I had purchased new latest fusion sweets from Himalayas bakery..before purchasing I had words with sales man he was boasted that this fusion sweet is filled with dry fruits and it is form of Agghani sweet... But in reality it was fake it is pure worse sweet which I have taken when I ate it it was only like Maida and no filling of dry fruits... The sugar level was too high... After eating this I wanted to vomit out...... So dear customers plz it's my humble request to all don't take this fusion sweet from Himalayas... It is just fake and wastage of your money...

I was disappointed to discover that the food at Himalaya Baker's seemed to be made up of artificial ingredients such as artificial flavour colour. It's essential for me to enjoy meals made from natural and fresh ingredients, and I didn't get that experience here. I hope the restaurant considers using more natural and wholesome ingredients in their dishes to enhance the dining experience."

1. Very unprofessional staff at counters. They clearly don't know how to deal with customers. 2. ZERO rating for service, hospitality and etiquettes. 3. Not sure of taste of food, but came to know from peers that taste of food is decent. 4. Variety of items is decent.

I ordered the cake yesterday, that cake was not like before, the quality was very poor, spoiled the fun of my party. Now it has become a matter of harassing the customer.

You guys busted a myth that "Good quality is always expensive". This is a damn good place for backery products. The only reason I don't buy a cake here is traffic jam.

I think it's one of the best bakery in Pathankot. Pure hygienic place and staff is also friendly in nature. Here you can find variety of cakes, also you can order for photo printed cake for special one. I suggest you must visit this place if you want healthy, better quality cakes, snacks, sweets etc. Dine in facility is also available.

***High Rates cheap Food*** I bought xyz product from here and it smells very bad. Why you people are selling old and smelly products and choose not to dispose them if you are unable to sell them on time. I am tensed that I am not getting sick.

I am not a new customer of this bakery.. Nd i have observed that by time only prices of items are rising but unfortunately quality of product is downgrading.. Though i earlier have two episodes of low quality item.. But i gave it doubt of benefit but i don't think this bakery is anymore serious abouy public health especially kids.. Sharing my latest experience yesterday i bought donuts for kids and i asked the salesman are they fresh he said yes..when i give to my child nd nephew they were wotking so hard to bite it then i tried nd helped them... Nd i tasted the bread was so dry and hard it was not fresh and taste was sour.. Nd i ended up throwing it in dustbin..those who visit this place pls taste your items before getting packed or take it on your own risk..becauss they hardly thinks about someone health.. Very disappointed.. Total no to himalaya bakers from now......
