All is good but the staff steals food. My family and I went for dinner recently and we had ordered snacks and main course as well. By the time we finished our snacks, we realized that we would not be able to have the Main course food. We told the waiter to pack everything. We had not even touched a single thing. When the waiter god the packed food, we realised that it were in very small containers and that too were not filled completely. Hardly 2-3 spoons were put in each of those boxes. We asked the waiter who had nothing to add and later informed the manager. This is the second incident. The waiters here steal food. So make sure you tell the waiters to pack in front of you or you would be cheated and looted for your money and food.

Nice place for a short visit. It better to go in summers as you can enjoy swimming pool.. the food was good. But rooms were not very well maintained...

A nice large sized resort located in the outskirts of the city. The gardens and pool facilities are available here. The restaurant is decent sized and the food quality is good. The service is generally slow, hence the 4 stars instead of 5. Otherwise it is a nice place. Ample parking is available on site and it easily accessible from the main road. Reaching the restaurant can be a bit of a walk from the parking though. Overall a good experience.

Pathetic service by staff at pool side restaurant of this hotel. Few days ago we reached the hotel at 9.30 pm ,were told that last order will be at 10.30 pm however the waiter at pool side came to take the last order at 9.50 pm. He was very rude, disrespectful and told to place the last order now as the staff has left for the day and the cook will not take any further orders. Horrible experience. Will not reccomend anyone.

Warm water for bath is a struggle. No geyser, solar heater which doesn't work effectively.

Ambience 5 star, spacious Parking, Nice Pool, live music all good. But Food zero star, overpriced and dirty serving containers. Food was not at all good, daal and rotis were just warm not served hot. Had good expectations but overall had very bad experience. Plus dirty washrooms. ✔️

It is a very good place on the way to dalhousie in pathankot. Very good food and location.

The food is great as well as the service. We just visited the restaurant to have family dinner. Will call it a nice decent place to hang out. The washrooms are a bit far off from the place of dining.

Nice place to enjoy quality time with your family/ friends. Especially enjoy pool side party. One request to hotel management is that change their rules to allow everyone to enjoy their quality time with friends/ grou p instead of only family.

Very Bad Experience in the beginning itself. The way to backside restaurant near pool was not maintained (Kuchha Road). We went for a family dinner but in the Gents washroom, neither the hand drayer was working nor there was paper to dry hands. In ladies washroom, there was no soap. When complained to the guy over there, he pretended to do the needful but didn't have the curtsey to come back and tell that the issue has been resolved. It was our duty to go back and check whether it was done or not. Though taste of food was good. Ambiance near pool was OK but table tops were very shaky as there was no hard layer on top. just the same plastic strips stuff as that of chairs. Some chairs had cushion, some didn't. Live music being played was OK.

The place is on the way to Dalhousie. We had no plans to go there as we were on an official meet. The rooms were cosy and comfortable. Heaters were provided ( we visited in Jan first week). Very tasty food. Buffet was not provided as occupants were less, but service never lapsed. It was raining on our day, so we couldn't spend time for photo shoots but trust me you will have enough photo-op with all the mango orchard and landscaping. Happy traveling!

We tried Yellow dry fry & Jeera rice it was good. However, Place seems to be very unhygienic to me, the property is not maintained properly. Flies were roaming in the restaurant. Sofas were so dirty that I didn't even want to sit over there.

A lot of money has been spent on infrastructure of this place. But it's a shame that the maintenance is so terrible that it is burning its glint to the ground. From leaking washbasin to oil smears on the sofas, even there were flies everywhere in the restaurant. The marks of the sweaty hand were all around the front glass door, I even refused to open the door with my bare hands. The food was okay, but the hygiene was so questionable that we were very uncomfortable in enjoying our meals. Hence this is the rating that I am giving at this point of time.

Nice family fun place can go in pool and enjoy the day. Pool have high chlorine resulting dryness of skin.

Food is extremely oily. Yellow dal doesn’t look yellow; it looks red due to oil. Similarly, paneer do piaza has one layer of oil on top. You point that out, and they say this is Punjabi khana, and their food is best in Pathankot! Poor food and poorer service and poorest hospitality.

I had beautiful experience ...great resort with nice ambience.....dish recommended is chilli chicken.... assorted non veg platter n veg platter....veg Manchurian n masala peanut n fried chicken were best

Manager sanjay Thakur behavior is not good and I am really very upset fir his behavior because am regular Coustmar and our all official party's and rewards ceremony on this place and am not going again this place and no any reference this place. Regards Pankaj Chaudhary

Ambience was good but have to improve food quality .

Visited Hotel Jannat located on Dalhousie highway from Pathankot. Details are below 1. Big property with 2 divisions - one hotel and second one resort with pool. 2. I recommend - don’t waste time & money 3. Food is not that great. Just normal 4. Service is poor. Takes hell lot of time for delivering even snacks 5. Pool is also on lease and charges are extra. 300 for adults and 200 for kids 6. Cleanliness is not there. 7. Just don’t waste ur time, visit somewhere else

First of alll this place far from city traffic or Noices. Good location. Easy to find. So much parking space u can also park under mango trees😅. Swimming pool 10/10.

Very nice, excellent service and the parking lot is very good but only one thing is bad thar people take eatables in the pool side and eat please fix that issue

The Ambience was Fabulous over here in this Resort. In this Resort the Environment was Clean. The Food was Good in this Resort. It was hygienic over here in this Resort. The Service was good in this Resort.

Had dinner and found plastic material in the daal also informed the restaurant but seems this is very normal for them they behave very casually

The best thing about this place is it's manager. So suave, down to earth and help ful! Food is awesome and the pool side is great!

It's a nice, but expensive place to visit. Although the person in count was more but they charges are way more expensive as compared to other restaurants. Although it was a good experience but not great 🌹
