All these reviews are fake. Don't believe them. They don't even know how to give first aid to a heart attack patient. My mother got a hear failure just because the delaid the initial heart condition first aid

Went their with my mother in law... Waiting was too long.. Then I saw a board which said old patients are given priority... When enquired the same the receptionist said that it is only for 80 yrs and above... Though nothing such thing was mentioned anywhere... Strange they don't consider 60 as old.. If you have any of such things then pls don't put such boards....

Hospital is very good, we met with Dr. Suresh Kaul, he is an intelligent Doctor and he handled our queries in a very good manner. Service of this hospital is also very quick, ONLY ONE THING WHICH ANNOYED US WAS THE APPOINTMENT SYSTEM. WE TOOK APPOINTMENT ONLINE THROUGH PRACTO AND AS SOON AS WE GOT THE CONFIRMATION FOR OUR APPOINTMENT WE RECEIVED SO MANY CALLS FROM AMANDEEP HOSPITALS HELPLINES AND THEY ASKED US NOT TO VISIT. We felt very uncomfortable, when we asked whether it's a scam to take appointments through PRACTO app , they said it's not scam but we entertain only one patient through online appointment. I advise the Hospital administration to make it clear online about all the conditions so that the patients don't suffer from your staff's unwanted calls. AND IF YOU DON'T ENTERTAIN PATIENTS THROUGH ONLINE APPOINTMENT THEN PLEASE CLOSE THIS SYSTEM OF taking online appointment. Thank you

The services that I receive from Amandeep Hospital is excellent. Dr. and the staff are friendly and ensure that I am properly informed about my health and Priyanka(GRO) is very nice and Supportive I would have no qualms in recommending them to friendly and friends.

Nursing staff is great. Security staff needs to be more courteous. Patients attendants too can be helped or supported by simple acts of courtesy like helping them get a bottle of water etc. Mess and canteen facilities too can be improved by stressing on service component.

For Cardiac Wing - Positives - Dr. Kaul (excellent) Cleanliness (excellent) Nursing Staff Professionalism (excellent) Nursing Staff Behaviour (excellent) Room facility and sized (good) Downside - The benches in ICCU waiting area could be repaired but anyway that is not the priority. B. Outside Cardiac Wing - Positives - Parking Space (ample) Mess (Clean, Excellent) Cafe (Okay) Medical Store (money makers, sad rules, selling some generic overpriced medicines with a minimum strips to be purchased) Staff behaviour outside Cardiac (not so good) For cardiac wing with Dr Kaul, this is totally recommended. You can trust him and his team. Outside cardiac wing, not so sure.

Very pathetic hospital, if you have lot of money & patient is not serious then you can visit there for time pass, doctors could't diagnosed the heart attach & were just treating like normal issue, only doing hit & trial method.., thank god we have shifted to other hospital & saved the life, Pathankot's people pls go to amritsar, jalandhar or ludhaiana for better services if you love your dear ones..Thanks

Dr Ashutosh Baba and Dr Yashpal is very good and friendly doctor. It looks good care the patient all facilities in this hospital but billing process very late.
