Best ambience to visit with your family and friends, having a rooftop restaurant gives it a edge over other restaurant in the town. The quality of the food was excellent, though I was told earlier that the taste was not up to the expectation, however from the yesterday's visit i can say that the quality and the taste of the restaurant has been improved a lot. Staff service is also great. Though you may have parking issues but for that they are offering valet services. All I can say that one must visit once to experience the enthusiastic environment and enjoy live music.

Best day to visit this restaurant is saturday nd sunday. Because on these days there is rush in hotel nd roof bar too. Other days dinner was not in good condition. Best restaurant only for weekends not for everyday. Yesterday had dinner we found that we have wasted our money for dining. Food was horrible, tasteless. Me nd my family will not visit this restaurant except Weekends. But staff & service was too good. Roof top bar dinner was delicious, tasty nd no words to explain means mind blowing dinner, starters. But, in restaurant the dinner was horrible means we ordered kadhai paneer, in that gravy nd paneer were smelling. Then we ordered in deserts rasgulla it was also smelling.

Food at restaurant is well below standard and so is the live music. For ghee roast chicken they served something similar to honey chilli chicken. Similarly Rara chicken was also overcooked and tasteless. Cocktails are also just average

service was pathetic... Super slow & totaly irrational... Nobody to take order in first place.... Snacks and beverages being served after main course... crispy corns were served burnt... No cutlery...no tissues... No round of rotis till 30 minutes... Only excuse of weekend rush was given...very very disappointing

I was staying here for about 10 days for work. This one is perhaps the best hotel you will get in Pathankot. The rooms are comfortable and nice. And the rooftop restaurant is cosy, which plays live music once a week or so. The singer on live music days is great. Their menu is diverse, and they mostly do a good job with the different menu items. Also, the hotel is relatively small, which also makes it cosy, and I preferred it that way. Their housekeeping and service, unfortunately, is not up there. The housekeeping in lax - not cleaning the glasses everyday or providing water bottles. My room floor was dirty when I checked in. It got cleaned only after a couple of days despite putting in a request on the first day itself. Also my bedding were already used when i checked in. There were hair on the pillows and stains on the bedsheet - i had to get it all changed. For the restaurant, they had days. Mostly the staff and chef were good. But one day my order took half an hour to be served and our table server was no where to be seen. We weren’t even served water. Plus when the food arrived, it wasn’t what we had ordered. Mostly, there was a lack of consistency in service. They could do better with having more trained staff. Specially from the ones giving the orders. The orders reaching the staff seemed incomplete and therefore, needed a lot of repetition, which can be annoying when one is coming back from a long day at work.

Place is very good and the quality of food is best but the staff behaviour is very rude with guest and staff members at that time one of staff member broken one plate and then the Mr Pardeep start shouting on him and he is using abuse language in front of us this is so bad thing that he did I always recommend everyone to not visit this such place where staff members don't know the value of other member and the guest and after that one more member came his name is rikant is show a very rude behaviour with us when he is surving food and at the end of time when I gave coupon then he said I can only take a coupon of 1000 but my bill amount is 6000 then he speak very rude I made a decision to never visit this place again

Nice ambience and the food. It was a great experience to dine in. The quality of food was great. They also served us welcome drink, a sweet gesture from their end. Overall a pleasant experience. But the only issue is the location, no parking area.

Our one night stay at this hotel was excellent! Naina was especially gracious and accommodating. The room was luxurious and we also really enjoyed the rooftop restaurant. 10/10

For party, room service it is the great hotel in the whole pathankot. Satisfactory services provided by the staff, for the parties, they are different types of lights in the evening with bar. Infrastructure of the hotel is quite impressive.

I came here for Teej celebrations and i must say it has great ambience, the taste of the food was delicious although i have tried food from many places but this one showed why they are called best western! Also the staff was very polite, professional and cooperative for everything, i recommend everyone if you are visiting pathankot or near by then you should stay in best western!

Well, its an amazing hotel with great restaurant at the rooftop with live music, good bar service and offerings. We hosted couple of event in the hotel, all I can say is the best so far in pathankot. We hosted a party at the banquet hall and a dinner gathering at the rooftop bar. Food 10/10, Service 10/10. Keep it up !!

The stay was good. Room size is good. But the hotel has no separate parking available on the premises. The car is parked on the road. And the food is decent.

Have visited the restaurant multiple times and enjoyed each time. Special mention for Rajat, who served food with an immensely personal touch, as if feeding one's own friends or relatives. This young boy is full of positive energy and makes our visit so much better.

Very mediocre food. Honestly if I were to close my eyes and you’d ask me - where do you think this food is from? I’d say a street food vendor. We ordered chilli garlic noodles and Asian veg in black bean sauce. The gravy was way too runny. The flavours weren’t that great. Honestly not a great experience ordering from this place.

Best hotel in the pathankot city with the excellent services, Rooms are very nice and good maintain, cleanliness of the hotel is excellent, the team housekeeping were superb and we'll trained, other services are also good. I really like this place. I suggest this place to all.

Possibly most decent hotel in Pathankot. Don't follow Google maps if you're traveling from Jammu. Location is at edge of some old market. Parking is on the road. Rooms are ok, there's no view - absolutely nothing. Food is ok. For the price you pay, this is fine.

I prefer best western to any other hotel in pathankot, compared to other hotels it is much cleaner and as I have stayed in best western in Paris too so I believe they try to maintain their standards. Keep up the good work👍

I stayed in this hotel for one day and staff was cooperative. Veg biryani and daal is delicious. Buffet breakfast also had lot of variety for food. This property is new and few km away from pathankot station.

Stated for a night, the locality might not be that good but the hotel is well maintained with an active staff. The high quality services make for an amazing experience.

Core of the City attended a Wedding there in their Banquet and Stayed there for a few days. The staff is Great and Helpful. Especially Mr Kanuj sharma. He Helped me a lot through the stay.

Food and ambience was good. Service was too slow. Literally u have to wait for good half an hour for your order and up of this the utensils in which they serve u meal are just pathetic. They use aluminium third class utensils. Have never visited a hotel who use such utensils. I don't think will ever visit again.

I must say that the staff is really very cooperative. The food was great and ambience even better. Vandana ji and raman ji are Very good and very cooperative. We had a small function and prices were very nominal. I am really out of words to explain the detailing Vandana ji.

Pathetic service of the Restaurant. Nobody came to ask for menu also. We after 30 mins of idle sitting called someone from staff to take orders. They dont have menu cards for all tge tables. They wont take orders on time nor they serve it. The food quality is worse after that. We ordered manyitems fromnon eg. But only achari tikkas was good. Paid a bill of Rs 5069 and it was waste of money. Please dont waste your money on such restaurants. Live singing was going on and idont know from where they got the singer. He ws so bad at singing i cant tell you. Staff is pathetic and cant listen to you. The staff was fighting with each other in front of so many guests. They were passing cheap coments on each other and not working efficiently also. I have wasted my hard earned money and time by going there. Please i request you all dont ever go to best western Pathankot. Disgusting. When i paid tge bill i complained to the bill counter what i mentioned. But the person l Sitting on bill counter was laughing at me. You can imagine the work environment there.

Good food. However they do not offer discounts or concessions to armed forces personnel. That's a privelege which they should extend as these personnel work day night so that they sleep peacefully.

Comfortable and cosy rooms but service lacks at many fronts. Overall a good experience. I didn't expect much from Best Western of Pathankot but it didn't disappoint me.

Visited this place many time recently on saturday . The service was slow and have to wait for half an hour to get the food served and further wait for 15 to 20 mins to get chapati order again. The service donot justified the high price. Music was too loudly to be pleasant. Need to improve service.

Had our wedding here and all our guests stayed at the hotel for about 3 days to attend all the functions in town. We all had a very comfortable stay. The staff was super nice. The food was amazing and the hotel was very tidy and clean :)
