One of the best mall in pathankot

Novelty Mall is a very fun-to-go place. The place is always filled with people carrying a pretty smile on their faces. The aura of this Mall is quite good. For shopping purposes, I don't recommend this unless you're super rich. PVR Cinemas is decent enough. Audi (screen) 1 and 2 are good, Audi 3 is average and Audi 4 is the worst of them all. There are a total of 4 floors. The first 3 floors are full of outlets of big brands like Adidas, Skechers, Jack & Jones, Woodland, Navrang etc. PVR is at the fourth floor. Both escalators and elevators(lifts) are present in the mall which function quite good. This place is very good to hang out with friends or family!

Location is beautiful, but inside no proper maintenance everywhere dirty floors and broken edges of walls, tiles, bathroom equipment broken, hanging incorrectly due to losse screw. 🤢🤢🤢 Management Team should aware 🤬🤬🤬

The movie experience was always good but the staff around there was not even bothered about the customers .. and the tone was not good soo rude, I remembered while interval I went to get something to eat and the person before me standing in the queue has paid the money by scanning the QR code but the receptionist said they didn't receive the money yet, please send it again. Now we were watching the whole scene like a movie and that receptionist was soo rude even the guy shows the screen shot of the payment but no step has been taken by pvr manager and security, yrr bill b 2000 tak ka tha.. Bc mujhe khoof ho gya bhai maine payment card se ki ..

Best in town. A good place to come for food n shopping.A lot of varieties n brands are present. Quality products are avilable.Simply its called Pride of Pathankot.parking option available. Kids friendly. Best for family, friends and tourists entering pathankot. Overall satisfactory experience for customers

Nice place to get together

If you want to watch a movie here, you will have to watch it by holding your nose. Because there is such a dirty smell that only a warrior can watch the movie by sitting here.

Very few brands availability, that is too because of locality and consumer spending behaviour. Mostly people visit here for just roam around but nt for shopping. Parking is a big issue. People leave their car on either sides of the Dalhousie GT road which creates traffic nuisance for commuters and people living in nearby locality.

It's good but i hate it when they didn't showcase anime movies , like the latest one piece:red, we were waiting for that from so much long time and they didn't give us any show of that, and I hate that thing about them.

Beautiful place on Dalhousie road. Safety is on top class. Family members are safe here. And we can do lots of gaming stuff here... Beautiful place .

Very courteous staff at all positions,start from ticket windows to sitting in the hall.Keep it up.

Good place to hangout with family and friends. Parking facility for two-wheelers needs to be improved.
