First of all, let me tell you why I posted this comment. I always check online reviews before visiting any service. But I always find mixed comments. Some are positives and some are negatives. I was little confused why it happens all the time. Therefore, I decided to check reviews of a doctor whom I know closely. What I found the majority of the comments are positive here. And some are negative. I also personally believe that Dr. Kansal ( ENT) is excellent. I have been visiting him for almost five years. He is an open-minded, straightforward person. Generally, doctors don't listen too much and they don't talk too much. He is not like that. He will listen to you and explain everything. Negative comments are about staff, crowdedness and behaviour. Staff members are average. I think majority of people behave in this manner when they are busy. Yes, it is little crowded but they provide excellent space for sitting and it is fully AC. Lastly, about his behaviour, it is completely wrong. With regards, Responsible Citizen of Patiala who loves to regard people who are contributing to our society.

Not cooperative doctor and very rude behaviour of a doctor. if a patient is waiting from last 35min. and only 2patients are appointed for skin doc, then a pt asked doc m getting late from my duty how much tym u will take and he said very rudely asi ki kriye asi apna km v dekhna j eni jldi h ta shmi ajeo ethe na khdo eda#saurabh kansal

Best doctor.... i am taking medicine from Saurab sir from last 4-5 years. He is really great personality. I can never forget the way he treated us during lockdown. I was so stressed from my cold and cough during COVID-19 initial stage Around 20-25 march. Though i was not corona positive but the fear of COVID was frightening. He gave me medicines on one call and i recovered in 3-4 days. The same in my mother’s case. She also consulted him for her ears and the same way he helped my mother. Giving medicines at his own clinic at high cost and even selling expired one too, by replacing the old wrapper with new one.

Doctor dealing is very nice but his staff specially his receptionist is very mannerless.. she gives preference her knowns first..

Dr. is good but team managing the appointments has no experience of dealing with patients.Appointment number has no value. I got number 35 and after number 31, 6-7 patients went then i gt my turn to see the doctor.i believe there is some numbering problem for them🤣

The behaviour of staff is rude. They are hassled even if you call for emergency appointment. Incase the said timings do not work for appointment they should not put those details info at Google itself so that people don't consider this option for any contact

Very rude behaviour of doctor. He doesn't even know how to talk with patients politely, he refused to consult patient on phone call because of sunday, what rubbish reason he gave.

Worst visit in whole my life. I don't know about how good the doctor is? But there is poor management. I waited there for more than 90 mims and the receptionist said still there is 35 patients in front of me. 4 of my known came after me and receptionist just sent them inside. I just politely asked them to refund my money and will never go back again. No number system. They call everybody by name. I

Dr Mansi Kansal gave steroids to a 16 years old kid and 8 tablets a day just for SOME acne and blemishes which made the skin even more worse and very rude behaviour by her.

We met Dr Kansal in his clinic first time during checking my wife sinus problem on 25.6.2021. He examined very carefully & informed us problem with soft speaking language. Really he is a very good person like his father. God bless him. JAHID HASSAN

Dr. Saab to treat people later. Do your clinic staff first, this poor service does not come from the bicycle puncture repair man who is in your clinic.

yr pls this is my humble advice specially for the people who have earning from their blood & sweat, pls be careful at the time of buying medicines, first they sell medicines at the MRP which is not very often happens as medicines are subjected to full bargaining, and second they prescribe medicines of highly branded co.'s So to get hefty commission. They don't care the circumstances of poor people. They can sell other alternatives which are available at much lesser price, bt than who is gonna let their commission go out of their hands. Be careful when visiting "kansal ENT Tripuri, Pta." and other one's of same attitude. Don't fall prey to their hands and be rational. There are very few doctors who give the right advice. Take her advice as a very good doctor.Must come once for good treatment at low cost.

Both the doctors worst experience . I took my aunt to dr saurabh kansal and her ear condition got worse and we had to rush to PGI for her treatment . Same case with Dr. Mansi kansal , she gave steroids to a 16 year old kid and that poor child was not able to attend school and classes for about 6 months . And she used to manipulate every time we visit her.

Saurabh sir is good..but the staff is average..They cannot manage well. Suggestion- A screen should be placed showing the token number of the next in queue so that the process is transparent.

Dont know how's the doctor but their staff nature is very rude they just block the patience when they call on reception

Doctor is good but staff managing the appointments is really pathetic. They doesn’t know how to talk to patients and how to follow the slots provided to patients. Kept us waiting everytime for almost an hour even after booking appointment.

My mother was suffering from Herpes Zoster. We visited many doctors but nobody was able to diagnose her ailment. We took her to Dr. Saurabh Kansal, with the hope that may be he could treat the blisters in my mother's ears. After examining thoroughly, he told us that my mother is suffering from Herpes, and assured us that her condition is not life threatening, as it appeared from her symptoms. He asked us to take opinion of Dr. Mansi Kansal. Dr. Mansi confirmed the diagnosis and prescribed medicines. We were so terrified, so she even gave us a brief counselling,which was very helpful. Next night at about 10 pm, I called Dr. Mansi on her mobile number, because my mother had vomited her medicine. Dr. Mansi guided us and even called back herself to know about the well being of patient. It was a truly heartwarming gesture. I must say, Dr. Mansi's cheerful smile is enough to treat patients.
