Good hotel to stay rooms very clean & hygienic, polite and courteous staff, Reception manager was also very helpful so was food which was tasty.

I stayed there on 13th & 14th December. Location is so so. Food quality was average and apart from regular food if you ask something different they didn’t even understand. Service was below average (may be due to short of man power). Breakfast options are very limited. Not value for money.

My husband and I were on a pilgrimage, and we planned to stay in Patna Sharda Residency for one night on the 19th December. As my husband suddenly became sick that night, we needed to extend our stay till he got better and kept on extending for 3 nights. The operation manager Shahnawaz Ahmed was very accomodative, kind and gave me all the support from finding the doctor to keeping us comfortable during our stay. From the chef to the room staff and the restaurant staff were all accomdative with all my husband's food requests. A special thanks to Ragul, Bipul, Saurav and every single staff member who were kind to us and helped us during our stay. The room staff accommodated all our cleaning requests without any delay. As a a new hotel and still establishing, they have exceeded all our expectations. I would highly recommend Sharda Residency for its safety, cleanliness and for the kindness of the staff. The manager organized the transport to the airport without any hassle for us. As we were coming from overseas it would have been very hard for us without the hotel staff and the managers' help. I wish them all well and thank hem from the bottom of my heart🙏🙏 It's is a very clean and safe place to stay with an amazing staff.

Worst hotel experience. They don’t understand meaning of do not disturb . They keep calling from morning to eat breakfast like some mad person . I checked in late night and from morning 8:30 am they start calling me to eat breakfast even after saying that i dont want to eat n sleep they keep calling me n dont let me sleep . Very unprofessional staff don’t understand anything . They just keep calling n saying breakfast ready hai breakfast kha lo it feels like you are in there home not hotel. So basically u cant sleep in this hotel peacefully at all they will keep calling u for breakfast from 8 am onwards Never gonna stay again . Location is very bad too

I will recommend this hotel to other. stayed there for 2 days. And this was my awesome experience. A nice gesture shown by receptionist on arrival . From room service boy to the receptionist and manager is polite and professional always showing a nice behaviour. Room and bathroom was neat and clean as well as spacious . Provide a big screen tv with most of the dish channel available and working . Kitchen provided hygienic and tasty food. Room service very quick , as I asked for one extra towel and within no time service boy responded. Hotel is at a distance of 1.8 km from Patna junction , price is reasonable as compared to the quality of service and room provided by them. After checkout service boy loaded my baggage on cab. And a happy journey wishes by receptionist with smile I hope to visit it again if need to stay at Patna.

This is an excellent place for staying in Patna. The hotel is situated in a prime area yet not on the main road and therefore offers peace and quiet. It is probably recently built and therefore it looks quite new and feels really good to be staying in a new place. Rooms are spacious. Ample amount of light. Hotel staff is really caring. Food is good (although portions could be a bit larger than what is offered). Overall, I'd rate it as excellent and give 5 star rating.

Amazing rooms, experience and service, real value for money. The area it is located in is a bit shady, inside small gullies, but don't be taken aback by it, the hotel is worth the stay.

This property is relatively new, very clean, and well stocked with amenities. I was super comfortable. But, the next day i was warned by some locals about the locality. I was asked to avoid the hotel and moved.

I stayed in Hotel Sharda Residency for 5 days recently during a trip to Patna. The hotel is close to Patna Junction (2 km) and is situated in a calm neighborhood of Lohanipur. The hotel is newly constructed and well maintained. Management has given highest priority to comfortable stay which is clearly visible and felt just by getting inside the hotel room. The quality of mattress, optimal size of furniture and top quality bathroom fittings make the stay very comfortable. Rooms, galleries and in fact the entire hotel premise are ultra clean. The Management and entire hotel staff are very polite and dedicated. Room service is quick. Multi cuisine food options are available and the quality of food is top notch. They serve food customized per clients requirement. Breakfast buffet spread is decent and can be increased. Again the quality of food in the buffet spread is excellent! My overall stay experience was excellent! Only two feedbacks - Increase the breakfast buffet spread (it's decent anyways) and keep the kitchen open at late night too. I highly recommend Hotel Sharda Residency to anyone who is looking for a hotel in Patna for a comfortable stay at a reasonable price. Thank you Hotel Sharda Residency team for making my stay very comfortable. The quality of service was almost at par with a 5 Star Hotel. I wish you all the best!
