Receptionist ladies on ct scan counter is uneducated women who can't even get a sweeper job very bad behaviour and language and the worst past is they don't have card or upi payment only cash is taken very mush disappointed

Report for ultrasound is provided by a lot of other diagnostic centres in around 20-25 minutes. But these people at Sarita Diagnostic Centre take around 5-6 hours. On enquiring about the lengthy time taken for an ultrasound report people there replied ' Yahan itna hi time lagta hai, itna hi lagega. Karwane ke phle puchna chahiye'. I would like to tell the people and the doctors working here that this type of language and service by your team is not at all acceptable to the educated and mannered people. Shamelessly and aggressively telling us ki itna time hi lagta hai yaha par will never bring you praise and good name.

Sarita Diagnostic centre's branch is also running in phulwari Sharif,opposite to petrol pump.I gave my blood for sugar " fasting" and "pp" test but it was surprising when I saw the report of sugar "random" test.It means there is a comlete lack of sincerity in this diagnostic centre. They also charge more than any other reputed diagnostic centres in Patna.They charge Rs 160 for both sugar (Fasting and PP) test whereas it is only Rs 120 in well managed and a reputed "Gitanjali" diagnostic centre.I think staff are not properly testing and fake reports are being provided and ultimately they are playing with the health and hence life of customers. This centre is running in the name of Dr mehra who seldom come to the centre and it is being run by inexperienced persons.
