Not what this store used to be. I remember the first time I came after the store had opened, and it was good experience. Since then the quality of clothes seems to have gone down over the years. Mostly during a sale it's even worse. I would recommend to buy clothes in non sale time. I have also noticed that sometimes you may not even find the latest fashion from a particular brand.

Just an average mall , basically this is Pantaloons store and half KFC outlet that's it nothing special to mention. There's a Underground parking and if you're coming by a public transport then it's easy to come.

I have been visiting here in Pantaloons to look for new collection for my family. I went there to buy a jacket and a hoodie, this place has a very nice parking and i like the underground parking. The entrance is also nice and beautiful. A lot of people take pictures at the entrance as it has a nice scenery and plants. The interior part is also nice and has dining also in KFC, a lot of clothes and varieties of fashion products. If you are a fashion lover and has no money problem then you shall surely check it out once. I literally liked the quality but the price is a bit high. So I would also suggest you to check V Mart which is 15 mins away from it

Patna has two Pantaloons showrooms. This one is the older one. The collection of clothes was good. Its not a mall . The KFC Restaurant besides pantaloons is also very nice. It is adequately spaced and clean. We had veg burgers and chicken popcorn here and enjoyed it. Its also consists of office of Red FM on 3rd floor.

Awful help and amateurish conduct. The folks behind the counter are kidding n giggling with one another as opposed to taking requests and taking care of clients. Made me and my companions hang tight at one counter for quite a while and afterward request that we move to the next one. Also, when we go to the next counter, the person says go to the first, I'm not taking requests here. Exercise in futility coming right to this spot and gets an assistance like this. This KFC totally sucks !!
