Really happy with the services provided by the hotel. We were too touched about how he made us use the lift and he climbed the stairs, to maintain social distancing and then escorted us to our room. Really happy to know about the safety measures taken by the hotel and fascinated to know about stories associated with the hotel, he told us about. However, the breakfast was free and it was too good. Would surely be back for such a beautiful experience

Very poor management. Female and male manager are very rude. They will talk softly in the starting and then after that they'll talk rude and charge extra money. Very bad services , some of my guest got injured due to their furniture after complaining several times. The most pathetic hotel of patna. Also, charges extra money. Not up to their promises. Strictly recommended, do not take risk by spoiling any of your functions to this hotel.

I had stayed in a deluxe room. The room was clean and hygienic. The service was really good. We reached the hotel quite early morning and even left early morning the next day. Yet we did not face any problem. The lady managing the hotel was very courteous and helpful. The other staffs were also very well behaved. The in-hotel restaurant food was also fine. However it is quite overpriced because the room and washroom are quite small in size and inefficient in design at the given price. So a 5 star for the service but 2 star for the room!

During our recent trip to Patna, me and my family stayed at Vista Palace. Hotel management and staff were very helpful during our 3 day stay. Service was really good. They served Breakfast every morning - which was included in the package. 5 Star for the quality of Food and Service. Affordable hotel with great service. Would recommend anyone planning a visit to Patna.

This was a wonderful hotel in which to stay. From the day we arrived Richa welcomed us and felt at home. Clean rooms, great location and extremely good Indian food at the restaurant. It was an excellent stay, I would recommend it.

It's a decent place in the locality that it is in. The family room was big and clean but the bathroom wasn't clean enough. The approach to the place is not that great because of narrow lanes but felt safe for a family. It is a pet friendly place so they have no issues if you go with your furries.

Good rooms , safe for females and kind staff the receptionist was friendly and helpful. But the WiFi doesn’t seem to work properly, little to no WiFi at all. They mentioned free WiFi but it doesn’t work. Overall good stay!!
