Fantastic location, out of the world service, friendly, respectful and courteous staff, pretty good food. A very sumptuous breakfast spread. Room and bathroom size is good too. Though I wish the bathroom had some hooks to hang clothes. Cleanliness is not a problem. Lifts are a bit too small and cramped and are also quite slow. Check in and check out was express speed. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised to have such a fantastic and a value for money Hotel in the heart of Patna.

Hotel Rooms : Clean and in good condition but Lots of mosquitoes in the room. Service staff : lazy and pathetic and will take time on everything you ask.Had to call and ask for a mosquito replant three times and it came to our room after half an hr. Food : Served in buffet is quite average ,its service is too slow even inside the restaurant and takes them lot of time to refill the food during buffet almost half an hour. Over all experience is Average.Would recommend this hotel only if you don't have another option.

Pathetic experience and do it recommend this for family stay. It’s not a 4 star and worst than a lodge. 1. Even on paying in an advance and getting by a booking confirmation directly from hotel, the rooms were not ready as they were occupied by shaadi gang. 2. Restaurant was made restricted to in-house guests because they were busy hosting shaadi function. 3. The lifts were not working. 4. The management is good for nothing despite calling multiple times for multiple issues like - continuous disturbance from top floor, no hot water, no towels, delayed room service, playing loud DJ till 12 in night.

The variety provided at the time of breakfast was wide and services provided by the staffs especially Shweta Jha was very good.They were very cooperative. But at the time of dinner , we were not provided with much options and the taste of the food was also not good. The hotel needs to improve it with special focus on the food quality.

I visited The Red Velvet Hotel on 20th july 2023 with my family to celebrate my Son’s birthday. The party was very badly ruined by Mr Luv kush (employee ) . He promised me that taste of food will be super but it was worst. Luv kush is very cunning person. I would leave zero stars if I could. The food is mediocre and to make it even worse it is not even close to authentic. You should not call yourself a 4star hotel. Worst Indian buffet food I ever had!! All the veggies were stale. The rice which they called jeera rice was uncooked & looks like it’s a plastic type material . The place is good for nothing .Don't waste your money on stale, cold , lousy food!! Don’t ever try this hotel because few years before this hotel was known by the name of Hotel Samarpan nesh inn due to worst service afterwards they changed to Red Velvet samarpan now in future they will migrate to some other name. Beware of this hotel and specially a master piece Mr Luv kush.

Shweta jha - it was nice behaviour and greeted by the warm and welcoming. Throughout my time at the hotel, every interaction with the staff was marked by their dedication to ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The attention to detail in maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the premises did not go unnoticed and greatly added to my overall satisfaction.

Shweta jha was a person to help in breakfast at this location and wears a welcome smile all the time. Thank you for your welcome. About the restaurant Since the RO water they serve is not clean so carry your water, brkfst is bit high on bill, staff is friendly. About the property I think this property is renovated & trying to improve the standards. About room Ac don't work properly need maintenance service which was done later after multiple follow up & phone calls.

Theft Alert! Be careful with your money and other valuable belongings. Money goes missing and when checked on CCTV, a housekeeping staff was seen getting in and out of the room at an odd hour (8:30pm) when the occupant had stepped out for dinner. Hotel first says that the staff who intruded into the room was a long time staff and hence would not have done it. Later, at the time of check-out, the hotel says they will complete the enquiry with the staff and respond. Few days later, they intimate that they have found no staff responsible for the theft.

Booked hotel hall for birthday party, i asked mic for singing. They denied arrogantly. There senior asked for 2500/- rs charge for only mic. Not cooperating staff. Not good behaviour. Very small hall, dinner also not hygienic. Not recommended for party. They turn your mood off after asking extra charges on every service.

Overall it was good experience. I recommend guests to stay here if you’re coming for a short business trip. I liked the food and hospitality. Shweta and all other staff members served the food very well.

Went there for official trip. Nice and big rooms. Min price₹ 4000/day. Food was good. Multiple options in food. Service was ok. Lift is quiet small. Second lift was not available. Waiting time for going to rooms were quite move. Parking available. All necessary items like slippers, comb, brush shaving kit etc. Provided. Nice stay. Recommended. They checked the room while my checkout but some of my stuff left there.

Really had a great family wedding and stay at this hotel. The hotel staff and management is really accommodating and supportive. All our guests had a good time and had a great event. Raju from the event management stayed on top of things and always available. All the support staff ( Lalan in particular) really helped to accommodate all the guests in their rooms. Its going to be our no.1 spot for all future events.

The team this hotel has from the security guard to managers. All are self motivated and doesn't leave a chance to serve you better. Amazing work done by leader I wish i would have met him.

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff members. The Receptionist are very cordial and friendly. Also, the manager at the Spice restaurant Mr.Santosh and his teammates are very polite and caring. You'll be surprised for sure by their hospitality. We had a pleasant stay at The Red velvet hotel for 4 days.The service was extraordinary and also Child friendly. Ms.Aditi helped us a lot during the stay. Highly recommended.

1. Not good for the business meeting & conferences. 2. There is no control over the parking area. No reserved slots for the VIPs arriving in the conferences. On a particular day, there was a vehicle parked in the pathway obstructing the entry & exit and some marriage rituals were being performed for over 15 minutes. The parking staff and the front desk sounded helpless and the Manager was not accessible. Yet to hear from them on the feed back. 3. The miniature lifts meant for 3-4 persons have frequent breakdowns and most of the times only one is working. That is also used by the staff as service lift and the guests feel ignored. The lifts sometimes arrive at the floor but doors do not open. The creaking operation is scary. 4. The lack of coordination amongst the lift staff, the parking staff, the servicing staff and the frontdesk leads to awkward waiting for the VIPs arriving in the conferences. 5. Food is not up to mark and so are the beverages during the conference. There is no authenticity of the recipes. The hygiene is an issue. Found a piece of plastic or may be a little bone in dal last time. Reported but yet to hear from them. 6. The service is pathetic. There are inexplicable delays and when pointed out the staff resorts to unpleasant behaviour. This happens mostly when the conference VIPs are offered lunch during the conference in the restaurant on a prior request and approval by the management. Could never had a satisfying and complete meal. (the review is specific to the business meetings only and there have been about 12-15... the assurance to improve has not resulted in anything like that...)

Stayed at the property in Jan 2023 with a group of 20 people. Must say that hotel staff is really courteous and overall service of the hotel is excellent. Especially Ms Vandana at the restaurant was very helpful and attentive. Highly recommended hotel when in Patna.

Considering they call themselves a 4 star hotel, I think improvement is needed. Firstly they need to repair/replace those old mini lifts, they don't work properly. Secondly we noticed many times that hotel staff were eating themselves while serving the starters. It looks rude. Otherwise the staff is cooperative. Amenities work properly. Cleanliness is maintained

The hotel is placed in great location and all travel options are easily option. Clean rooms, Etiquette staffs, Great food... What else do you need when traveling! The prices are also reasonable. I will specially mention about Aditi who takes care of all guest visiting the restaurant. Kudos to her for making dining experiences wonderful. Aditi and Other staff is wonderful
