Not
good
for
the
business
meeting
&
conferences.
2.
There
is
no
control
over
the
parking
area.
No
reserved
slots
for
the
VIPs
arriving
in
the
conferences.
On
a
particular
day,
there
was
a
vehicle
parked
in
the
pathway
obstructing
the
entry
&
exit
and
some
marriage
rituals
were
being
performed
for
over
15
minutes.
The
parking
staff
and
the
front
desk
sounded
helpless
and
the
Manager
was
not
accessible.
Yet
to
hear
from
them
on
the
feed
back.
3.
The
miniature
lifts
meant
for
3-4
persons
have
frequent
breakdowns
and
most
of
the
times
only
one
is
working.
That
is
also
used
by
the
staff
as
service
lift
and
the
guests
feel
ignored.
The
lifts
sometimes
arrive
at
the
floor
but
doors
do
not
open.
The
creaking
operation
is
scary.
4.
The
lack
of
coordination
amongst
the
lift
staff,
the
parking
staff,
the
servicing
staff
and
the
frontdesk
leads
to
awkward
waiting
for
the
VIPs
arriving
in
the
conferences.
5.
Food
is
not
up
to
mark
and
so
are
the
beverages
during
the
conference.
There
is
no
authenticity
of
the
recipes.
The
hygiene
is
an
issue.
Found
a
piece
of
plastic
or
may
be
a
little
bone
in
dal
last
time.
Reported
but
yet
to
hear
from
them.
6.
The
service
is
pathetic.
There
are
inexplicable
delays
and
when
pointed
out
the
staff
resorts
to
unpleasant
behaviour.
This
happens
mostly
when
the
conference
VIPs
are
offered
lunch
during
the
conference
in
the
restaurant
on
a
prior
request
and
approval
by
the
management.
Could
never
had
a
satisfying
and
complete
meal.
(the
review
is
specific
to
the
business
meetings
only
and
there
have
been
about
12-15...
the
assurance
to
improve
has
not
resulted
in
anything
like
that...)
