I made an appointment three months ago. I drove there at the time mentioned. I hadn't gotten out yet when an employee came to the car and told me that my hairdresser wasn't there. When I asked why I hadn't been informed, I was told that I didn't have a phone number. It's just strange that my last appointment was canceled over the phone. I've been there for years and take a journey of over 100 km and then you're left standing like that. Absolutely not ok to treat customers like that. I was there for the last time.

Advice and editing from Steffi. The prices are disproportionately high and incomprehensible. The strands were poor last time. The roots were very light like a bar and not like strands. The rest of the hair had no highlights and only the applied color. The color wasn't nice at all, it had green and blue tinges. And the structure of the hair is completely ruined. It's been 9 months now and I'm starting to have a pleasant color again. My new hairdresser treats the hair gently and constructively so that the completely destroyed structure doesn't break down any further. I called them and said that I was very dissatisfied, but I didn't get any understanding. The styling was always great. No recommendation.

A great team and great advice, my wishes were always addressed. I've been there for 10 years and have always been satisfied. The price is good for Hannover and the service provided, it could be significantly more expensive. Cutting hair is a craft that should be worth it.

I have always received very competent and professional advice and implementation of haircuts and color. I feel extremely well looked after. A very pleasant atmosphere, interested in the customers, no gossiping, all employees are extremely friendly and accommodating. I always enjoy my visits to the hairdresser... highly recommended!
