A week ago I was in Hanover with a friend and unfortunately had problems with my period. I went into the store and asked to use the restroom. I explained exactly why I needed to go to the bathroom and explained that I wouldn't ask unless it was an emergency. Nevertheless, I was turned away and had to leave the store. I thought about writing this review for a long time because it has nothing to do with professional competence. But I was also encouraged by other women because, even though the work might be good, the behavior was, in our eyes, very inhumane.

Hairdressers who know their craft I feel wonderfully cared for here. Since the first time, I have always been welcomed in a friendly manner and not pressured into anything, neither to change my cut, type or care products. Always with an open ear for your own wishes and ideas, you can talk to the entire team here, no matter who. I can give a clear recommendation when it comes to hair coloring. The products used last long and well. In the past, the first time you washed your hair at home with red tones was always a bit of a "bloodbath" - here the particles last. This certainly also applies to tint/highlights. You only cut what you want! The popular saying (especially for long hair) “As little as possible, as much as necessary” is perfectly adhered to. That shows expertise. Tips are welcome. You can talk about anything that moves you. Occasionally this is particularly helpful for further care if you convey what you plan to do in the near future. But talking is not a must! Clear recommendation for anyone looking for a good, new hairdresser ;)

Finally a hairdresser who has recognized and implemented the advantages of booking appointments online. I didn't wait a minute for my appointment. The haircut was great, the lady took a lot of time. Priced at €19.50 for a men's dry haircut, it's really fair! I'll be back!

I have been a very satisfied customer for quite a long time! That actually says it all!!! I also find the store very clean and well run! The friendly employees are excellent at their job!!! My years in which vanity played a certain role are long gone; Nevertheless, I am always happy when I am asked about my newly designed 🍐 after a “treatment” by Elke. Class!!!

I've been a regular at Emi's for coloring and cutting for a long time and I'm glad I found her! :) I have a somewhat difficult color request (for my original color) and we sometimes tried small changes, but overall I was always happy with the result. She is also an extremely nice person who I enjoy talking to. I also think that making appointments online is great and the store is well organized, I never had to wait long. I think the prices are okay in comparison.
