Nice hotel off the highway, comfortable rooms, plus was a bathtub in the room. Restaurant was ok for an evening snack before sleep. Has paid parking outside or in a garage. Breakfast was standard buffet. I'd recommend this place if you're passing Hannover as the prices were pretty decent.

Spent a night there just to take the flight the next morning. The rooms are ok, except the toilet itself seemed a little bit weak and made sounds every time you would use it. The service staff were very friendly and nice. They have a shuttle that takes you to the airport door when you request. The day I spend there the hotel was really crowded but my experience was nice. I may repeat.

We love coming to this place. It has some really old oak trees nearby, which more than makes up for the rather bleak 1970s architecture feel of the house. You don‘t notice it once you‘re inside looking onto the surrounding parkland. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, clearly loving their work and making an extra effort to keep it that way. Highly recommended!

We stayed for one night before Christmas. 3 adults one 3 year old in two adjacent rooms with a connecting door. The hotel looks brutalist, probably built in the 60s. The rooms were both clean and cosy. Equipped with the usual design features of the leonardo group. Even the modern flat screen and neon design was very well integrated in a stylish bar area, so that the age of the building could solely be recognised from the outside. But, this is only the outer shell! From the young receptionists, the barkeeper, the cook who could spare a moment in a not yet busy kitchen over the nice breakfast personnel up to the kind lady in the covid test room (offering for a small fee) everybody was kind, caring and much more than helpful - anticipating our wishes, just perfect! We wondered in the morning why we only stayed for one night. If we will be back in the area, we will make sure its the leonardo hotel tiergarten. The hotel and equipment alone deserve 4 stars but the people made our stay a special one, 5 stars and a big thank you to the complete hotel staff! StayHealthy!

A slightly dated interior hence the 4 Stars. The food was Ok but rather dull and uninspiring which was a great shame. This would have dragged my rating down further except that: The service was very good indeed, I was well looked after. The hotel is next to the Tiergarten and it is great to get out into for a decent walk and breath of fresh air

The best thing about this hotel is the bar the barman is one of the nicest most kindest man I think I've ever met in my whole entire life I've had some very good experiences at the Leonardo hotel and to be very good very welcoming very nice is just a good guy all around the time I've had this hotel has been a very good time and I won't forget it ever especially the times I've had with saed he's so kind and the best thing about this hotel is saied bar man the barman is one of the nicest kindest man i will never forget my experience

Nice hotel just 6 km outside Hannover. Parking 24 hours = 6 euro. We have spent nights in Leonardo hotels in 3 German cities and think of this as clean fair hotel

The hotel benefits from a fantastic location next to a park, but the experience is ruined by poor facilities and cleanliness. I will look for an alternative next time I visit.

Very pleasant and beautiful Atmosphere in Hotel. For that are responsible excellent employees. Very comfortable, clean and quiet Rooms. The surroundings in that part of the city are remarkable and wonderful. The connection to City-Center is perfect.

The hotel is located right next to a park with deers. You can see them from your window 😃 The rooms are clean and cozy ✨️ The hotel staff is unbelievable! Everyone speaks multiple languages, the team looks like a real family and they treat their guests like dear friends. Special shout out to the chief and kitchen staff. They do their job greatly!

A hotel like 20 years ago, interior outdated and in urgent need of renovation. "Do not disturb" signs at the door are ignored, personal belongings are taken from the room and prices are diced at the bar. Absolutely no recommendation.

Beautiful view to the garden, higlhy recommend that!!! Waking up to the oldest tree in Hannover is an amazing experience.

Nice hotel with quality food. the staff in the bar really polite and good attention, but the lady tonigth in the reception was really nasty. If she doesn't like the foreigners she should consider to look for another job where you don't need to talk in english with anyone.

That is a great hotel outside of the city center. Rooms are good with AC. Fitness center needs some attention. Breakfast is very good. The are a lot of walking trails around the hotel.

I would like to congratulate you, in my opinion, this place is perfect because of cleanliness and order. Breakfast was very tasty and fresh, everyone can find some delicious for themselves.

As always Leonardo hotels deliver a good and stable experience. I will especially recommand the hotel in Hannover which is located next to the most beautiful park with deers walking around.

Rooms were clean with ample space in three person room. Some initial misconception about parking service as the front desk asked for payment when the check in collegues ad said that parking will be free until 12.00 next morning.

My experience was similar to a 3 star hotel, i would say.. -stayed there 2 Nights (May - June) POSITIVES: - hotel breakfast for me had enough diversity, but I didn't see pancakes or similar food that i have seen on other 4* hotels). - hotel was partially revamped. - hotel - everyone was nice. - room - comfortable bed. NEGATIVES: - hotel - only half of the team speak English ( asked for boiled eggs, on breakfast, and the person did not understand me. had to ask for German friend help). - hotel - while it was renovated the hotel still feels outdated. - room - at arrival the window was open (freezing). - room heating was not working. had to crank up the bathroom tower dryer to heat the room. - bed sheets were small for the bed size. ended up partially slipping on the bare mattress. - room - tub was almost fully clogged (started with a shower, ended with a bath). Maybe only a few rooms have this issues... my colleague had fresh food on the rom which I didn't, so maybe I was unlucky. To expensive for a 4* hotel.

Extremely pleasant and super friendly staff. Both the international girls (Madagascar, Togo, Vietnam) as well as the German staff at breakfast in the morning were beaming with smiles and seemed to like their jobs. One star off as the breakfast is boring, items poor quality and it is just 'cheap' + serving chicken Nuggets for breakfast must be either a bad joke of the cook or his/her lack of culinary imagination... I will gladly stay here again but will skip the breakfast...

Good service. Clean room. However, the fire alarm went off 3 times in two days, once at 4:40am. All were false alarms. And, the sauna wasn’t available, which was a disappointment for my wife.

As an American tourist.im so very impressed with this hotel.rooms are extremely clean.bathrooms are spotless.the food at restaurant is amazing.i had the rumpsteak twice.it was that delicious.the staff is multilingual and courteous. I highly recommend for travelers location near airport and is still quiet. I hope to return and will stay again

Very lovely beautifull hotel, nice restaurant with good food and kind waiter, BUT appart from a false firealarm at around 23.30, when we were sleeping...at around 3am my wife went out to walk our dog, but she could not come in again, and she was outside the hotel without her phone, in minus 1 degrees and lots of wind....., after pushing the nightbell to reenter the hotel at least a 100 times without any reaction from the nightportier, she was knocking on all windows with light on, all around the hotel, but there was no nightportier or other staff anywhere....then she began to shouting loud in front of the hotel...finally after 1 hour, the nightportier opened a terrassedoor on 3 floor and asking "Can I help you" my wife explained the situation, because she thought is was another guest...but is was the nightportier who claimed he was celaning the room, and therefore could not hear the nightbell. He then went and opened the door for my wife. In the reception the next morning, they said that they NEVER clean the rooms at night, so maybe he was sleeping or something else!!!! This is the worst experiens we have ever had in a hotel, just unacceptable!!!!

The staff of Leonard Hannover were all extremely kind, helpful and service minded. We were welcomed with a tray of fruits, sweets and a flower. Beautiful gesture! The hotel is situated by Tiergarten and right by a tram taking you to Hannover centre. We are definitely staying here again and highly recommend this hotel!

I was in this hotel for 2 nights with my family and i was impresed by the clean of the room and they ofered us fruits and Candy. I will came back with very soon.
