Good
day,
Worst
service
I've
ever
experienced.
If
I
could
I
would
give
0
stars.
So
what
arrogant
and
unreliable
never
experienced.
So
with
the
chaotic
"car
dealership"
you
don't
know
where
to
start.
We
looked
for
a
car
on
the
internet
and
I
tried
to
reach
someone
there.
Which
turned
out
to
be
very,
very
difficult.
Then
finally
reached
someone
&
the
good
man
said
"I'll
call
you
back"
...
dandelions,
because
I
had
to
make
the
phone
call
myself
afterwards.
Everything
has
been
clarified
so
far,
specifically
asked
whether
the
vehicle
is
an
accident
car,
this
was
partly
denied.
The
good
man
told
me
that
the
vehicle
only
had
hail
damage..
that's
all
there
is
to
it.
Well,
we
chose
a
Saturday
for
the
test
drive
and
actually
signing
the
contract.
My
parents
were
there
before
me,
they
were
totally
shocked
how
unmotivated
and
unprofessional
the
seller
was.
Clumsy
answers,
just
key
and
go.
After
the
test
drive,
we
asked
again
if
everything
was
fine
with
the
vehicle
and
if
we
could
look
at
the
history.
In
the
history
there
were
positions
of
"repairs"
which
of
course
he
could
not
explain.
In
addition,
of
course,
he
didn't
get
into
the
system
to
check
what
exactly
had
been
done..
the
contract
wasn't
finished,
of
course,
even
though
it
was
agreed
that
way
(we
had
a
journey
of
200km).
He
told
us
that
he
will
call
BMW
on
Monday
and
ask
what
has
been
done
to
the
vehicle.
(It's
funny
if
you
as
a
dealer
don't
know
what
you
have
in
your
yard).
Of
course
I
had
to
go
afterwards
so
that
I
would
have
gotten
an
answer
at
all.
Now
it
was
suddenly
said
that
the
bumper
and
the
fender
had
been
replaced..
the
only
funny
thing
was
that
there
was
hail
damage.
(Was
someone
trying
to
cover
something
up?
Hmm..)
And
when
asked
why
that
was
done,
you
can
guess
three
times
what
answer
came....
"I
don't
know,
I
have
to
ask
BMW".
Man,
how
annoying
but
also...
On
the
whole,
I
strongly
advise
against
this
“dandruff”
for
everyone.
It
couldn't
have
been
more
rude.
When
you
bought
a
car
for
€30,000,
you
weren't
even
offered
a
coffee..
I
mean,
what
kind
of
service
is
that?
I
work
in
a
car
dealership
where
we
offer
coffee
to
customers
who
only
have
their
wheels
changed
for
a
paltry
€40.
Think
about
it
again
Mister
whatever
(the
good
man
didn't
even
introduce
himself
by
name).
Be
sure
to
check
the
seller
three
times.
Or,
best
of
all,
keep
your
hands
off!

Guten
Tag,
Schlechtester
Service
den
ich
je
erlebt
habe.
Wenn
ich
könnte
würde
ich
0
Sterne
vergeben.
Sowas
arrogantes
und
unzuverlässiges
noch
nie
erlebt.
Also
bei
dem
Chaotischen
„Autohaus“
weiß
man
garnicht
wo
man
anfangen
soll.
Wir
haben
uns
im
Internet
ein
Auto
rausgesucht
und
ich
habe
versucht
da
jemanden
zu
erreichen.
Was
sich
als
sehr
sehr
schwierig
erwies.
Dann
doch
endlich
mal
jemanden
erreicht
&
der
gute
Mann
sagte
„
ich
rufe
Sie
zurück“
…
pustekuchen,
denn
da
musste
ich
wieder
selber
hinterher
telefonieren.
Alles
soweit
abgeklärt,
extra
gefragt
ob
das
Fahrzeug
ein
Unfallwagen
ist,
dies
wurde
teils
verneint.
Der
gute
Mann
sagte
mir,
das
Fahrzeug
habe
nur
einen
Hagelschaden
gehabt..
ist
ja
weiter
auch
nichts
dran.
Soo,
da
haben
wir
uns
einen
Samstag
raus
gesucht
für
die
Probefahrt
und
eigentlich
Vertragsunterzeichnung.
Meine
Eltern
waren
vor
mir
da,
diese
waren
total
schockiert
wie
unmotiviert
und
und
unprofessionell
der
Verkäufer
war.
Plumpe
Antworten,
einfach
Schlüssel
und
los.
Nach
der
Probefahrt,
fragten
wir
nochmal
ob
mit
dem
Fahrzeug
alles
gut
ist
und
ob
wir
nach
der
History
gucken
könnten.
In
der
history
waren
Positionen
von
„Reparaturen“
die
er
sich
natürlich
nicht
erklären
konnte.
Zudem
kam
er
natürlich
nicht
ins
System
um
das
zu
prüfen,
was
genau
gemacht
worden
ist..
der
Vertrag
war
natürlich
nicht
fertig
obwohl
es
so
abgemacht
war
(
wir
hatten
eine
Anfahrt
von
200km).
Er
sagte
uns,
dass
er
Montag
bei
BMW
anrufen
wird
und
fragen
wird
was
am
Fahrzeug
gemacht
worden
ist.
(
komisch
wenn
man
als
Händler
nicht
weiß
was
man
da
auf
seinem
Hof
stehen
hat).
Natürlich
musste
ich
wieder
hinterher
damit
ich
überhaupt
eine
Antwort
bekommen
hätte.
Nun
hieß
es
plötzlich
die
Stoßstange
und
der
Kotflügel
ersetzt
worden
sind..
komisch
war
doch
nur
die
Rede
von
einem
Hagelschaden.(
Ob
da
jemand
etwas
vertuschen
wollte
?
Hmm..
)
Und
auf
die
Frage
warum
das
gemacht
worden
ist,
dürft
ihr
dreimal
raten
welche
Antwort
kam
….
„
Ich
weiß
es
nicht,
muss
ich
bei
BMW
fragen“.
Mensch,
wie
ärgerlich
aber
auch…
Im
Großen
und
Ganzen
rate
ich
jedem
dringend
von
diesem
„Schuppen“
ab.
Unfreundlicher
ging
es
fast
nicht
mehr.
Bei
einem
Autokauf
von
30.000€
hat
man
nichtmal
einen
Kaffee
angeboten
bekommen
..
ich
meine
was
ist
das
für
ein
Service
?
Ich
arbeite
in
einem
Autohaus
wo
wir
Kunden
Kaffee
anbieten,
die
sich
nur
die
Räder
für
läppische
40€
wechseln
lassen.
Denk
nochmal
drüber
nach
Herr
wie
auch
immer
(
der
gute
Mann
hat
sich
nicht
einmal
mit
Namen
vorgestellt).
Schaut
unbedingt
dreimal
hin
bei
dem
Verkäufer.
Oder
am
besten
direkt
Finger
weg
!
