We
were
directly
in
the
hall
after
the
opening
and
were
also
pleasantly
surprised.
When
the
climbing
bar
later
opened,
we
switched
very
quickly
and
were
customers
there
about
every
week.
The
open
design,
the
variety
of
tours
(outdoor
area,
bouldering
areas
2x
etc)
and
the
staff
quickly
convinced
us.
At
the
weekend,
due
to
the
overcrowding
of
the
climbing
bar,
we
were
back
in
GriffReich
after
years
and
would
have
loved
to
turn
around
on
the
approach.
The
greeting
was
still
somewhat
warm
(but
not
nearly
as
friendly
as
elsewhere).
Even
though
the
hall
was
almost
empty,
a
“trainer”
snapped
right
away.
She
had
no
idea
about
anything,
was
quite
a
riot,
ironically
didn't
follow
the
rules
herself
(e.g.
spoke
to
a
person
hanging/climbing
on
the
wall
from
below,
distracted
the
security
guard,
etc.)
and
then
criticized
everything
without
any
particular
logic
behind
it.
The
fact
that
“something
like
that”
can
call
themselves
a
trainer
is
dangerous.
We
definitely
felt
sorry
for
the
children
present
-
in
the
care
of
the
trainer.
The
role
model
is
something
else.
Responsibility
too.
Finally,
you
have
to
say
that
the
sound
makes
the
music.
But
for
us
this
means:
If
the
climbing
bar
is
full
again,
we
would
rather
go
home
than
to
the
Griffreich
where
we
end
up
being
treated
stupidly
for
no
reason
and
also
in
a
very
disrespectful
and
childish
way.
And
GriffReich
should
perhaps
urgently
reconsider
what
kind
of
trainers
work
there.
Of
course,
competitiveness
is
not
so
important
due
to
subsidies
from
the
DAV
etc.,
but
I
wouldn't
neglect
good
customer
relations
and
basic
image
management
here
either
:)
