Good food, very nice ambiance! Huge place for family gatherings! Nice view of taal volcano. They need to improve on is their pest control, lots of small insects flying around. Staffs are courteous though, our server smells like cigar. I think they need to tell their servers to avoid smoking.

Great food, great place & great service. Wide selection of food (Filipino food, Cafe delights ++) & so much tables & chairs for everyone to be catered. We ordered the Margarita Pizza, Carbonara, and 6 pcs Chicken wings (flavors: spicy buffalo, parmasan & bbq) -all are a 9.85/10!! So good!! Drinks: Mango Shake - 10/10 THICK consistency & the sweetness comes from the ripe mango talaga. Lemon Cucumber freeze Spanish Latte Service is great! The waiters were able to accommodate all our requests (tissue, honey, extra fork+) Their card terminals have a tendency topak (not push thru with the payment since the internet is slow), so please be patient with them. Recommended to bring family here. Crowded by noon/after noon time. (Photos & videos were taken at around 11AM+, not crowded)

Rosario by Vikings is one of the newest and best restaurants in Tagaytay. Their delectable food, commendable service and instagramable venue are just 3 of the many reasons that make Rosario worth visiting. Hanging out and dining with family and friends in this place will surely make your trip to Tagaytay complete, memorable and special. Additionally, you can hold special events here. My son's intimate wedding was held here and it was definitely so hassle-free. Thanks heaps! Great pinoy comfort food! Servings are meant to be shared. Best to get the outdoor dining area which has a great view and cool weather.

Great ambiance and nice view of taal volcano. Food was excellent, bulalo beef is so tender. We love the lumpia shanghai too and all other food served to us. We. Definitely a must try and next time we go back we will try the outside dining. ( we did not try it this time because it started raining ). We captured their menus to share with everyone but please note that the establishment has the right to adjust the prices and contents of the menu. Thanks.

Good view of taal lake and volcano. However only breakfast is served until 10am and only outside seating is allowed the rest of the menu is served only after 10am. This is the former Josephine's Tagaytay but now reopened as Rosario by Vikings. The menu is different now. More choices.

Rosario by Vikings is formerly Josephine's restaurant ... The place has improved a lot, good food and good service.. Will definitely go back to dine again.

Good for family gatherings, the place is relaxing. The staff is very attentive to our needs. Serving is good for 3-4 people. Baked scallops- cheesy and creamy. There's a milky after taste for each bite. Pinakbet- I love that the ampalaya isn't bitter plus the crispy pork adds a different taste to their pinakbet. Pork binagoongan- tastes sweet and milky. We are not sure if it is 'Gata' but it's good. We ordered burnt caramel macchiato and choco caramel macchiato and long black coffee as well Long black is not the usual one, it seems like a shaken espresso with ice. Caramel and choco macchiato is so-so. Nothing unique in their taste. Please do expect that the service charge is high as well. Overall we enjoyed the place and the food :)
