I asked for two sausage and egg biscuits and was charged for it however I get to work and I end up with 2 plain dry sausage biscuits. My coworkers kept telling me Martin’s is the bomb. Three times I went and it was disgusting. Last time I went I ordered a chili and coleslaw hotdog and all I got was a warm hotdog with coleslaw on it on a near stale bun. Whoever’s leaving positive comments literally have no taste buds or any idea of what real food is. 3rd time was definitely the charm for me. Dairy Queen is better than this and Dairy Queen has horrible food.

Always reliable no matter what location. Greasy spoon food at its best. Big portions, even on a biscuit. Cant do it often because of dietary restrictions but we simply love it

Horrible food. Half cooked and leftover smell. I am a fan of country food especially gravy and biscuit, but this place has west cobb’s worst county food. I normally go to stillsboro biscuits and its awesome. This place is no where near. I can make much better gravy and biscuits at home. Biscuits are very dry and over done. Big no no to this place.

One of the newest martins and much better than most. Food is decent and the staff is attentive. No martins will ever live up to the original in austell especially since it left the martin family.

Food is awesome and the manager and staff is customer service friendly and professional. The chicken is awesome with a light brown biscuit.

It's still Martin's but I guess because the Hiram location burnt up it makes this one busier. So the employees are stressed and the line for drive thru is ridiculous. Guess I should go to Bojangles til the other location opens up.

The ladies at the drive thru today, 9-16-23 at 2pm were very rude. When we received our order, I looked in the bag and realized we got one small hashbrown and one large hashbrown, when we ordered two large. We were very understanding and told the lady that we were missing one hashbrown patty. She said alright and went to the freezer and grabbed the hashbrowns out with her bare hands and dropped them in the fryer. Another lady came to the window and proceeded to argue with me about what we ordered. If it was put in as a mistake we were more than happy to pay for another small hashbrown but the lady was being so rude and said “fine then just pull up.” You would expect if you’re nice to others they would be nice back. Not sure if they were having a bad morning but that doesn’t excuse being rude to customers about YOUR mistake and then handling food with your bare hands. It’s disgusting. Not only that, one of our biscuits were wrong. If you already have such poor reviews, you would imagine the workers would try harder.

Martin's is dependably good food. We go frequently. Nothing fancy or trendy here, just good food. I went inside to order carry out. I didn't like hearing the manager threaten one employee with disciplinary action, but the food was fresh and good. Parking can be difficult because of the long drive thru line often stretching into the street.

If you go to get breakfast make sure you get there early there tends to be a line. They do go fast but if your hungry it does suck the sit in that line but their biscuits are were getting. Yhe staff is very nice and helpful. They misheard my order on one item and didn't hesitate to make sure it was fixed and taken care of before I left the restaurant.

This was my first ever visit to this restaurant or any of the others just like it. The food was amazing. We got a chicken egg and cheese biscuit. It melted in my mouth. The reason I gave 3 stars for service and atmosphere was because the place was gross and not clean. It was disgusting that you can literally touch the coffee grinds they put in the pot. Also they use there hands to scoop eggs out onto sandwiches.

Fantastic best breakfeat sandwich I ever had drove by this place for the past 17 years and have always seen the line of cars out to the steet, but never stop in. I will be a regular now!!

Always a line... But food is great. We tried to go the day after Christmas but they were out of tons of food items. It was expected. We will return.

The fries given with both meals purchased git into one and it was still VERY SMALL. I know businesses are cutting back but that is ridiculous! My family was VERY unhappy with me.

Food is really good, I arrived at 2:40 doors were locked, searched what time they closed and it said 3pm so we tried the drive thru, not a person in sight and no one answering… hmm don’t know if y’all close at 2 now or not but this was disappointing

The customer service here is top tier! Food is always fresh, and the tea is always sweet. For the cheap price, it's no wonder why their line stretches out into the main traffic.

Good food with a variety of choices. The biscuits are really good. They are handmade from what I assume as the biscuits never tasted the same but have the same yummy taste just some mornings it seems they have a little bit more buttermilk.

Martin's offers great bang for your buck and provides decent service. Indoor dining is now open, and the restaurant appears decently clean. I got a chicken biscuit, and the biscuit is the part that really shines. It's not a flakey biscuit and manages to hold its shape, making it much easier to eat. I wouldn't recommend getting coffee here, although they do have a table for creamer and sugar.

Truly the worst chili dog I have EVER had. Chili only in the middle and the whole thing was soggy and tasted like it had been soaked in water. Even the bun was soggy. Awful! Too bad I can leave less than a one star review.

Maybe going out to eat just isn't for me, I'm not sure, everyone raved about how great this place was, we definitely did not find that to be the case for us. The food was just gross. Soybean burnt hamburger patties, instant eggs, burnt sausage, onion rings so oily they would give anyone a stomach ache. Guess a lot of people like that sort of food. 🤷‍♀️. I'll stick with cooking at home, it's cheaper anyway.

Food is great and service is mostly speedy but the sign says Dining Room Now Open. Well, guess what....it's not. Both doors were locked. No more covid excuses, open the Dining area! This is ridiculous and false advertisement.

Martin's is a great breakfast place and a pretty good lunch place if open. So why not a five? There's nearly always a line all the way out to the street and they do not have their dining room open so you can't walk in and place an order. I guess being in demand is a good thing, but the line moves very slowly so we just don't eat there near as much as we used to. But I'll go back, as they're egg and tenderloin biscuits are very good

Friendly employees and fresh bacon biscuits. When I stopped there was barely a line. There was still a wait for the food because there is obviously a huge need for employees, not only here, but everywhere. Even being short handed the lady at the window was in a good mood and provided great customer service. I will definitely stop here again in the future.

I love Martin’s, usually. I ordered food and a senior coffee today and I was charged for my coffee. I own 2 Martin’s coffee cups and I was told not to bring them when the pandemic started. They have been giving me senior coffee in a disposable cup at no charge. Today they charged and I asked if they still give senior coffee to customers who own cups. I was told yes and I explained my cup was at home because the last time I was there, I was told not to bring it. The cashier at the drive thru window never offered to refund my money. I am not happy!!! It isn’t about the money. It is about doing the right thing.
