    Got the new quarter pounder and there was no onion on it ordered it with onion went back in the store the head manager Jessica gave me the dirtiest look when I told her my sandwich was made wrong and when telling her it was wrong instead of remaking it like she would every customer she gave me a side of onions to put it on myself personally the old gm was way better and half of these mangers at this place shouldn’t even be a manager you shoul treat any customeras you would want to be treated as if it was you standing there yourself ordering food overall horrible customer service skills and I will never be working for that McDonald’s again they need to act like adults instead of acting like teenagers wouldn’t recommend eating there or working there fries are always cold and always get the orders wrong

    Ordered food paid at 1st window pulled forward to pick up food the MANAGER handed me my drink then told me to park closed window I remained at window the manager returned to window and said if you don't move you will not get tour food. I told her Noone else was behind me she said I don't care move or you will not get your food i asked her name refused said it was policy so I asked for the corporate number again was told by the manager by policy I don't have ro give out. So I move to parking spot the manager brings my food out again I sak her name refused asked for corporate number again refused she says we are franchised opened so I ask who her boss is she refused again to answer my questions due to McDonald's polices and she was just trying not to get in trouble. I have worked in customer service before and I was trained that you do your best to please the customer, if this is the training from the franchise in Paulding, OH. McDonald's then I believe this owner needs to do undercover boss becaus3 his managers need some customer service training before he or she losses their business

    The service is horrible. They do not have enough people working there for them to have 2 drive thru lanes, mobile ordering, and dine in. I ordered my food through the app at 9:43 for curbside pickup and I am just now receiving my food at 10:18. The workers made my food ahead of time despite the app saying the food would be made when I arrived at the building so my food was already somewhat cold and then upon inspection they forgot all 5 of my hashbrowns. I called and they said they would bring them out to me and I proceeded to wait another 10 minutes for them to bring me the food that they had forgotten. Meanwhile they are pushing Drive Thru orders out the window incredibly fast in comparison. There is no way none of those cars received a hashbrown! Now my food is cold and I’ve been sitting in the parking lot for almost half and hour for disappointing food. I would recommend going to a different place for breakfast or anytime of the day really. If you desperately need McDonald’s take the time and drive to the next town over. It’s not worth it here.

    If I could give any review a zero I would! I went to mcdonald’s and the manager hailey, locked people out of the restaurant way before closing, she was yelling at the customer and screaming at the customers to get out. She yelled at me when I left the people in the restaurant after she locked it. I’ve worked at mcdonald’s before and know that is not aloud

    I had ordered my McChickens without mayo, but they unfortunately all had mayo. I went back through the drive-thru and the girl working there was kindly apologized and made sure I got two new McChickens without mayo. Despite having my order messed up, I was impressed by her service and the speed of the food.

    The worst McDonalds in the area, better off taking the time and driving to Defiance or Van Wert. Fries are always cold and old, has gotten to the point if you want fresh fries, you have to order a Large no salt fry and add your own salt. This time, instead of making new fries (only 2 cars in drive thru, they were not busy), they took the old fries and put them back in the fryer basket and dunked them in the hot oil to wash the salt off. Received somehow still cold fries, with salt and extra grease. Absolutely lazy and disgusting

    Drive Thru is incredibly slow. Personally, I'm getting tired of being asked to pull into a parking space to wait on my food.

    Prices have skyrocketed! Menu has shrunk! The McDonalds app is clunky & does not flow! It should be easy to make an order with a logical flow. It frequently is difficult to set desired Mac location then placing an order is a study in Patience!! Even the store MGR’s complain! ! ! Jasmine what I recommend & u do not even have it listed! Sausage McMuffin with egg! ! !

    Waited 35min for drive thru, had to go in and asked about order said they was waiting on quarter ponder. After wait fries and nuggets were cold. Forgot sauces... Lady behind the counter kept the same pair of gloves on while handling money, trash, and then food. Didn't fill up the fry containers.

    Ordered two double cheeseburgers with ketchup and got them with onions they scraped off what was on them and gave them to me they tasted horrible I ate one and made them make the other one properly.
